Easy to use as an attendee Mogden
This event app was very easy to use and intuitive as a user. I liked selecting sessions to attend and adding them to “My Agenda”. Also very easy to submit evaluations for each session I attended.
Update required and not available.
I opened the app and it said I needed to update. I pressed the provided button and it circled me back to the same message that update was required.

Easy to navigate, however there are some broken links. Used it at a tradeshow to navigate the event. Sometimes while scrolling, clicking on links and then returning to the list, it bumps you up to the top of the list; which can be annoying. But overall, straight forward and useful. Thanks! K. It’s much better online and they don’t seem to have an app for event organizers

? The input or the app. Specifics of the event agenda were left out and made it hard when doing a walking tour. This could have been an overbite on the planners or it could have been the limit of the app, I am not sure. Breakout sessions were easy to sign up for and the registration was simple. T.Naylor
NWES attendee experience
I loved using EventMobi at the Northwest Event Show. I attend many events are rarely find an app as useful. The UI is just so simple. An example is when you open the schedule, it automatically shows today’s day and time instead of the very first session on the first day. It’s little things like that that make using the app so convenient.
No ability to logon like Android version
No ability to get beyond settings tab and logon like Android version!

Event viewing difficult
Getting the list of events is useful, but filtering those events and searching them is very poor in app. Would be useful to have a landscape view and see events arranged in a time bases so I can easy see which events start at which time. Especially if conference has slot of events arranged. Wouldn’t recommend app, only use because conference I’m at is using it.
Choose photo from library is broken
I can take a photo for my profile, but cannot choose one from my photo library or files: after selecting and cropping, it yields an error « failed to save profile image. Please try again ».
Makes Conference Life Manageable!
Having the schedule at my fingertips was a lifesaver at a 3 day 3 floor conference with much happening at all times. I felt in control of my schedule which was an empowering feeling in the hustle and bustle of a large event. The notification system was fabulous in providing reminders and a personal touch. R Murray

Overall a nice tool for conferences but lost functionality from upgrade. Loved taking notes. Now no way to get them out of app. And lost ability to message other attendees
Great conference app
Really useful app for conference attendance. The announcement feature was very helpful for knowing what was happening across the event.
Kinda clunky. Improvements needed
It would be so easy to make this useful maybe even great. As it is you might as well go with the printed conference program. They don’t allow you to delete sessions you aren’t registered for (junking up your schedule feed), don’t include room locations for sessions you are registered in, etc. It would awesome to go paperless, to actually be useful, but as this App stands, it’s a waste of space on your device.
Works fine, but not on MacOS
I realize that the app says it's not been verified with MacOS, but it doesn't work at all. Just spins on the loading screen. Unless you verify that it does somewhat work, you shouldn't allow it to be installed on MacOS.

Playback Speed button gone

Helpful tool
EventMobi has become a critical platform we use when planning events, from registration to check-in. Reg forms are quick and easy to set up and overall the process helps us save time. This has helped us run our events more smoothly. I hope EventMobi continues to expand its features and is receptive to community input.
Improvement suggestion
Overall a decent experience but when clicking on a session and then going back to the main agenda it should save your position and not go back to the beginning of the day at the top. Very frustrating to have to scroll down when looking at multiple sessions later in the day to see which you want to attend.

Good event white label app
We had a good experience working with EventMobi on making a white label app for our annual association event. We found the user interface with”cards/tiles” easy to use and had the highest download rate this year. Also we have overwhelming success with the gamification element which we debuted this year. I would agree with others that some updates would make it even better. I would include clicking on a location in a session and being taken to the map as well as removing old notifications without user action after a long period of time.
A few requests for the developers
All in all, a good app for conference attendance. A few requests from using EventMobi for the first time: 1) Provide an option to view a very quick tutorial (< 30 seconds, or 5-7 swipes) upon the first opening of the app to show the user important items in the UI, and have a “Tutorial” menu item to repeat it at another time. Despite having some added several events to my schedule, I couldn’t find the schedule I constructed—I would have thought it was in the menu. On the last day I found the profile button and found my schedule there, but it wasn’t called “My Schedule”, it was called “Agenda”. Please keep the wording consistent—I personally like “My Schedule”. 2) even though I had this app, the first two days I constantly had to look at a print out because there were no maps provided at the hotel room locations in the app. Phase A: include a way to see the map of the hotel conference rooms. Phase B: include the ability to tap on the location information for a particular event and see where that room is on the map. 3) Make sure all events have their location provided. 4) Enable someway to clear the alerts in the application, or have them self clear on the day after the event has transpired. Also, on my iOS device, I only occasionally got iOS notifications regarding events/room changes. 5) Enable the user to request iOS notifications for for the next event on “My Schedule“/“Agenda“.

Well Thought Out But One Design Irritant
I’ve used many event-type apps and this is one of the better ones being pretty full-featured. Developer please note: The only design flaw is that the app does not support landscape view. That is quite irritating especially when switching between apps and if you normally use a physical keyboard for entering notes etc.
Using in landscape mode on an iPad
Can you fix this so that it can be used in landscape mode on an iPad? I use my iPad docked into a keyboard so the portrait mode is no use for me.

This app worked great for our conference!
The EventMobi app was the perfect addition for our conference! I work with a restaurant company that holds an annual leadership conference. Usually, we have a large paper cost due to the need for schedules, name tags, work materials etc. This app solved all those problems and saved us A LOT of money! The group loved that fact that they could refer to an app, as they all have their phones on them at all times anyway. The social wall was a huge hit and we had people in competition to see who could post the most. I ended up making an awesome summation video using only the pictures people posted! The convenience of this app was the best part. If a venue changed, I could easily update it or send a message out letting everyone know. I would brag on the support but honestly, I didn’t use it because everything worked so flawlessly! Thank you EventMobi for improving our conference experience. We’ll be back!
Seriously bad
Why make it so hard to update one’s calendar with selected sessions? Or even just show selected sessions for that matter.
Love working with Eventmobi and its’ support team
We started working with Eventmobi years ago. We host about 6 events a year. The app itself, but also the backend of the app are very easy to work with. If you do have a question or would like more training, the Eventmobi support team is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The developers are open to suggestions! It’s more a cooperation than a customer/provider relationship. We researched other apps, but Eventmobi has everything we are looking for = An event app but also a registration page that feeds the app automatically. And the pricing is very reasonable.
Not ready yet
Used the app for a conference and schedule. Worked for the time before the event, but locked up and showed incorrect schedules or no schedule. Deleted the app and downloaded again - same issue. Had to use the paper agenda and schedule instead. Disappointed at best.
Fantastic App
I’m the CMO of a small company that produces conferences globally. We put in an extensive amount of time into researching event apps that worked for our Size conferences, provided everything we would need, and did not have a complicated back end system. Event Mobi blew us away. Getting your app up and running is a breeze, you have a large amount of customization at your disposal, and their customer service is like none other. I had an issue 1 hour before a conference and I was on the phone with customer support and had it fixed in 5 minutes. I can not recommend this company/app enough!
No rotation on iPad
Sometimes it’s the little things that make an app useless. While in the iPhone the app seems to be great, on the iPad the app seems to ignore the abilities and functions of the iPad. The lack of ability to rotate makes this app pretty useless for note taking on an iPad.
