Best iPhone Base Bike Computer
If you’re looking to use your iPhone as a bike computer, this is the app. Best part is planning & creating routes in the app.
Why can’t I listen to ITunes?
If this is my error, I’ll change my review. I just spent $40 for an app I won’t use Brel cause it won’t let play music while exercising. Ridiculous.
Excellent
Great that it supports radars. Battery life is excellent. Really loving this app, highly recommended. Couple of suggestions: would be great if you had the option to set the map in free mode in settings so it doesn’t reset every time you switch screens. Also it be very helpful for MTB if there were a distance scale on the map. Thanks for the response. I understand now why the battery life so exceptionally good 👍🏼
Power meter reading requires subscription
Power meter reading requires subscription. Not sure why such a simple feature requires sub, anyways plenty of free apps out there that provide such feature

J’ai pris une version d’essai 7 jours et j’ai constaté l’impossibilité d’importer les activités ( sur iPhone) de ma dernière appli pour le suivi. J’ai donc annulé l’abonnement 48h avant la fin. Je passe à une autre appli.
Almost 5 Stars
Love the app been using it for several years but recently switched to another bike computer app that includes the ability to control Music (prev/play/pause/next buttons) directly on the screen active cycling screens. Using my Apple Watch or switching to the Apple Music app while riding to control music is not optimal or safe IMHO. I’ve been asking for this feature for a while now in Cadence and once got a response a few years ago that it was “in development” but still haven’t seen it. Happy to come back if this feature is ever added. Thanks!

Just what I needed
Using outdoors- Apple Watch and Favero power pedals works great- super customizable. Only wish is that i wish it would pickup my indoor Speed from my life fitness ICG ic7 trainer. It grabs data from the power meter but not the computed “no wind/grade speed”
Turn By Turn Navigation Beyond Poor
Could be very good but the Navigation simply does not work. If I export a route created in Komoot the data (route and distance) is aligned perfectly, however if you try and navigation either by manually adding waypoints or using the auto match function it keeps creating random changes of route for no specific reason. It’s a total waste of time and completely ruins what could be very good app
Great app
Love the cadence app. I’ve been looking for an app that syncs accords multiple fitness apps and can also connect to devices such as radar’s etc and display natively in the app. The only suggestion would be for it to allow backup of activities to iCloud as opposed to downloading a folder and saving it somewhere. Other than that, it’s a great app.

Rubbish app! Useless, spend money and doesn’t even work. Other free apps are better than this one. Really frustrating!!!
Great Alternative to Bike Computer
Works great, no glitches. Awesome that the Garmin Radar works with this App!
Free to a degree
It works but so does the free strava and other gps tracking app do exactly the same. Each come to their own through subscription package which I refuse to buy. So use as basic cycle computer. Or buy wahoo Garmin hammerhead etc proper cycling gps unit cheaper in the long run.
Schön teuer
Für was um Himmels Willen soll man Jahr für Jahr 50€ auf den Tisch legen? Update: Du hast recht, meine Rezension war nicht besonders fair. Aber ich möchte mir keinen Fahrradcomputer kaufen und diesen auch nicht bezahlen. Außerdem finde ich, dass die laufenden Kosten für die App die Abokosten nicht rechtfertigen. Damit meine ich nicht deine Programmierarbeit, aber es muss eben alles ein bisschen im Rahmen bleiben. Ich würde eine Einmalzahlung von zum Beispiel 80 Euro durchaus bezahlen. Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass, wenn ich navigieren möchte und mich außerhalb der Route befinde, er mich nur zum Start oder zu einem Wegpunkt navigiert, dann aber nicht weiter – wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe. Ich möchte eine Route von einem beliebigen Punkt anfahren können und diese dann von dort aus fahren können. Oder habe ich da irgendetwas falsch verstanden?

Unable to test app
Tried to test the app for 5 mins and got 10 ads, impossible to cycle and remove those ads, dangerous, please allow users to test.
The app is excellent. But it’s not for me
I want to be clear that this truly is a really great app, I used the free trial and after 2 rides unfortunately I’m not going to continue my subscription. It can connect to all your devices, heart rate, cadence, power meters, shifters, radars. It does Live Segments on Strava (typically reserved for the big brand gps cycle computers). My problem is truly I ride too much to be able to reliably use as it drains my battery. This isn’t a fault of the app either, just our screens are battery hogs and when using your phone as a cycle computer it is always on and when in the broad daylight, your phone runs hotter and needs to keep the screen brighter. I did a 45 mile ride today, and had to cut it short because my phone had plummeted to 10% in less than 3 hours. I can work a full 9 hour shift at work and still have 40% of battery left. This is a great app it does everything anybody would need, but if you are trying long distance, you’re just going to need a dedicated cycle computer

Un'app ancora in fase di sviluppo, con diversi bug. I programmatori hanno sicuramente molto lavoro da fare. Ci sono troppe metriche che rischiano di confondere l'utente e una varietà di colori che distraggono dalla guida. Inoltre, dichiarano che l'app è gratuita, ma per utilizzare le funzioni proposte chiedono oltre 20€ all’anno. Se non è gratuita, sarebbe meglio non scrivere che lo è. Ci sarebbero altri dettagli da migliorare, ma mi fermo qui. Continuerò a seguire il progetto per vedere se ci saranno progressi. Per ora, non è ancora molto utile
Not as free as they make it sound
While the basic functions are great to use. The navigation and heart rate function which is why I downloaded it are a monthly subscription even though it is using my Apple Watch

Finally an app that does it all if you have an iPhone and Apple Watch. Integrates everything and easy to set up.
Amazing app, but worst payment plan
It’s an amazing app, but the whole concept of not having to buy a bike computer goes to the trash when they offer only monthly plans. I’m not saying to give it free, but offer it for a one time payment lower than buying a bike computer.

Was great then something happened
Unfortunately something has happened and it’s now unusable for my use case Apple Watch connection constantly drops out and speed coming off sensors is fluctuating wildly. Does not happen in alternative products Annoyed to have taken up the year subscription
Not bad missing stuff for indoor cycling or spinning.
Good app for cadence and other stats. I use primarily for Spinning on the bike. Missing a few parameters. But been using it for years.

Very nice to use
By far the best looking and polished bike computer app Ive tried. Navigation features are not quite there yet, but the developer is working on it.

Function wise a superb tracker for bikes and runs. I just don’t like the subscription model. A lifetime-upgrade should be offered. I would like to own my app and not rent it.
Problème avec le GPS
Lorsque j’utilise cadence sur mon iPhone, à vélo, après quelques minutes le GPS ne semble plus fonctionner. L application est toujours active, la vitesse passe à 0 hm/h. Je dois redémarrer le téléphone pour réactiver le GPS. IPhone 13 Pro.
Outstanding app
I’ve used a number of cycling apps to track my writing. Cadence is by far the best. Super easy to use. And tracks a bunch of information.
Heart rate monitoring issue on Cadence
I used Cadence on iPhone 13, Apple Watch 5 and Wahoo cadence sensor last year, no issue. This year I upgraded to iPhone 14 and Apple Watch 8 Ultra with same Wahoo cadence sensor, I cannot get the heart rate monitoring anymore and sometimes issues to sync with Wahoo sensor.

Excellent display and data options, some lag in ascent data. Only reason for 4 stars is inconsistent connection with Garmin Epix 2 watch for HRM
New to cadence
I paid for the full version which was a Waste of money to get the extra screens as I only cycle . Oh well. It seems accurate and gps isn’t hit n miss like Strava is now.
Great app
Does everything the more expensive bike computers do plus has your cell phone and music. Also love that you can use different brand sensors all into one device.

Varia
App is fantastic in every respect but I’m having issues with it keeping the Bluetooth connection to my Garmin Varia. Native Varia iOS app works fine so I don’t think it’s an issue with the unit itself. Support is also good from the developer, so if Varia isn’t a deal breaker for you you can’t go wrong with this app.
Everything I need in a bike computer
If you have an iPhone and like to ride this is the app to use. I use to use another app to track my rides but I purchased a bike radar which wasn’t supported. This app does.

Once you have got through the adverts the display is great
The Screens are well done
but the calories consumed are not correctly transmitted to Apple Health. For example, while the app displays 1170 calories, the number of calories burned in the Health and Fitness app is significantly lower. This makes it pretty worthless for monitoring training success in the area of fat burning.
