Originally downloaded because I could not remember card number suddenly and could not pay road tax with Apple Pay, but this allowed me to, but hey yooo, as previously review I read, this is app you didn’t think you need until you get it. City charges few clicks, auto check for your car ulez/zez charges, airport parkings, after adding my driving license I finally see date I’ve been issued, one data I always dig deep into emails to find out when checking insurance quotes which you can do within app, which is using comparethemarket.. well good simple package with 90% of what you need to keep an eye for on your car! Brilliant
Why I still can’t add driving license
Did download that app a while ago apparently they got some issues with adding license try again today and still doesn’t work

This is Great app honestly , I don’t often right reviews but this app was definitely worth making & is actually useful as it’s solves a great many problem’s ! Well done I’m impressed! Keep up the good work 👍🏽

Won’t let me use the app till I update it yet it doesn’t let me update. So can’t use it? I paid using this app for ulez but have received a letter saying I havnt paid, not sure why but can’t check the app as it wont let me on it 🤷♀️

Need ability to clear/delete old notifications/attentions
Excellent App
I thought an app like this was not necessary - but having different dates for insurance, MOT and tax renewal, I’ve realised that this app makes life so much easier…who wants more admin than necessary?! I have a LWB van and it knows only to show me garages that can accommodate. Highly recommend.
Terrible
My bank contacted me they had set up subscriptions with 2 companies so I had to have my card cancelled. Luckily my bank are very vigilant 😡
Licence Verification
Overall the App is very good and I have recommended it to relatives. However, my licence was renewed by the DVLA earlier than the scheduled month but the App refuses to verify my licence even though I have the new licence in my possession. This is an ongoing problem for the last 6 months.
Mot dates wrong & unchangable
2 of 3 cars has the wrong mot dates …not updated since 2019 on one car. Plus fact they dont let you manually edit it means it cant be fixed.
Top app
Best app to pay airport drop off. Problem is it only does Heathrow drop off only. Hopefully in future they will do other airports as-well.
Fraud
Do not use this app, this app will scam you… And charge more money.
Can’t download Docs!!
This is a great app and would get 5/5 but you can’t download the insurance docs with a download button. Unless you can read Times New Roman Ft.1 (with a microscope) then good luck. You have to go directly to Caura tech support.

Should be able to save car documents on app. Meaning insurance certificate, log book etc

Very helpful
This app is honestly one of the best if not the best when it comes to reminders about Tax, MOT and assorted fees associated with motoring hence the four stars. The insurance quotes, however, are laughable for a London address so I wouldn’t go bothering your friends with the refer code - unless you have a VERY large circle of friends… on a Scottish Island. Great app otherwise though, honestly!

Latest update leaves a permanent message indicator on it’s app icon if you don’t log when your insurance runs out. This must be violating Apple’s policy as I can’t imagine Apple think it’s a good idea. Imagine if every app you had installed had a series of message nag numbers

Not Fit for Purpose - too risky!!
Warning: “Dart Charge” do not recognise this Company. I paid for the Dartford Crossing x 2 journeys! The payment was taken and then 2 months later, I am receiving a Dart Charge penalty! The communication from Customer Support at Caura is shockingly bad, no updates on my query and now I am receiving notice of a CCJ!

Not a good service because if you accidentally pay for the wrong if you have two or more on the app. you can’t just simply change to the correct vehicle you have to pay again so I think this is rubbish and a rip off crap service

I would have preferred councils to set up DD’s for caz payments. This app makes it very easy though so all good
ULEZ
I purchased this app after getting charged £80 because unknowingly I entered ULEZ because the Zone was created recently so I didn’t know. I started using the app and it worked fine until after my last visit I received a penalty notice . The app said you pay the ULEZ and you are covered for 7 days so I paid the £12.50 but unfortunately the App was wrong and now it states your covered for the one day . The fault was the App but no refund was given

Now won’t let you access tolls unless you enable notifications, which is entirely irrelevant to the task at hand. Also seems to be a way to sell insurance from a very small number of providers. Odd.
Great customer service!
Everyone is helpful and puts your mind at ease with anything. Crashed my car and it was written off…they helped me through the whole process and also provided me with a quote from the same insurance company, taking the stress away of having to do it all again myself! I highly recommend them!!+++++
Don’t Believe Everything On The App
I downloaded the app out of curiosity and found it is saying i would need to pay £8 a week for driving into Birmingham. Upon checking my car details on the gov.uk website, my car is compliant in the clean air zone, meaning i don’t have to pay a penny. Best to check these things out for yourself before trusting the apps are correct.
