- App crashes and loses your place frequently
- Audio voices sound robotic and annoying
Efficiency is my heroine!
Efficiency is my heroine and this app gives me that hit. It cuts out all the fluff from books and gives you only the gems. Such a great idea. I can get through a book that would take 60 hours to read in only 20 minutes. Incredible.
Crashes
This app literally crashes every time I open it. It’s basically unusable. I’m disappointed

Great direction and suggestions 🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧🥰
Generic, Inaccurate & Poor English
This was one of the worst summaries for a book I’ve ever encountered. “Themes of…” used multiple times in each chapter, the word “poignant” used over 15 times, and so generic it didn’t explain major plot points. I honestly can’t believe how low quality this summary of “The Dog Stars” was. Thankfully I only did the trial. Did AI or someone who just learned English write this? Unbelievably bad.
Peak
Would’ve been 4-5 but it costs money
Reader
Impressed. I still read most books cover to cover, however, if time is an issue or very complex plots, this is a great way to supplement that specific book.

App Reloads
When reading inside the app the user is forced to keep Bookey in focus. Otherwise, Bookey reloads and places the user at the start of the summary. I have experienced frequent crashes when reading inside the app. Deleting the app and re-installing does nothing.

My opinion are your app is the best platform in books but not for other languages read a book and not reading they books and compare other languages like Hindi or English more than read books in Hindi language most preferred in Hindi language I know English but more than read books in Hindi languages thanks for all efforts
Difícil de usar

OK but some Inaccuracies
I’ve only had this app for a day I already found a few inaccuracies while skimming through the summaries of the books I’ve already read. But I guess if you’re going to read only these summaries and not the actual book, it probably won’t matter. However, I am bothered by the removal of a co-author’s name from one of my favorite books.
Super easy and practical to use
I just started using this app and it had been super helpful to me grasp the major concepts of chapter of the book. So far it appears very accurate so hopefully I can use it as resource to get more books done with time is tight.
SCAM
This is a scam. I subscribed for a free trial, did not like the app, but am unable to cancel my subscription because the app doesn’t appear in my subscription list. Now I have to email the company. Ridiculous.
Good but could be better
The summaries are overly simplified and lose some key insights from the books I’ve listened to. Overall good experience though.

Great variety of different literary genres
I find Bookey includes a wide variety of popular books published from different timeframes, and have enjoyed using the free version. Looking forward to trying out the audio portion of this app as well!
Poor app
This is not an audiobook app. It’s just a cliff Notes app. It’s worthless. Don’t spend your money on it. I’m gonna see if I can get a refund.
内容还不错
对于学习英语的上班族还是非常好用的
Doesn't fit iphone 13
I can't really read most of the things it wants me to do. All of the words are just cut off :/
It’s great
Honestly, just take a break from podcasts for a minute and give this a try.
not the real books
I paid for a subscription only to find out that it only plays summaries. What is the point of reading a summary instead of the actual book?
希望会有真人阅读
ai配音听起来总是怪怪的
Loses my place when paused.
The concept is great, I've loved listening to the books but the one problem I seem to have is that if i pause the book to do something else and go back it seems to lose my place and start over at the beginning. If this was resolved it would be five stars for sure.
Confidence Man
A must read…especially now in retrospect.
AI
When I say the website for the book I wanted to read, it said “Full audiobook” yet it’s just ai made and read summary’s… extremely disappointing

Bookey review
Like cliff notes only better.
Bookey is a scam
The hard-to-find book that Bookey claimed to have, that I was looking for, was a fake. They used a picture of the cover & table of contents, but each chapter’s contents was just a description of what the book’s chapter contents were like (instead of the actual content).
I like the way bookey app designed for summary
As a full-time employee and a mom, read a book every day is a challenge. Half hour summary will save me lots of time to read the books which not necessary to spend time on. Focus on the book really helps my needs. If I love the book and want to read more deep, I can download the book to read by myself again.
