No way to stop daily reminders
Update June 2026. I disconnected the app from the internet it’s sits in my phone with no convection to their services AND STOLL I GET DAILY REMINDERS. Why do I pay for this app? To read books at my pace. I don’t need to be reminded about anything from them no 3 times a day even if I’m not connected to their servers. They have had at least 5 updates to the app since I made my original request to make the already available button to stop the remainders work. Nothing has been done. If you want to be bothered 5 to 8 times a day with “remainders” please by all means pay for the app. Daily reminders come at all hours of the day. 11 pm 5 am when you’re in a meeting etc. They haves button to put them off. When you switch to off it automatically goes back to on. I’ve contacted them since I’m ever 2025. They have done SEVERAL updates to the app since then. Unwanted reminders -several a day- come in daily. I want my money back. Stay away from this service unless you want your phone dinging 4-8 times a day. !
Assinei a anualidade.
Sharing doesn’t work
Both the “share to Kindle” and the links shared by email don’t work
É bom, mas trava muito.
Bom APP, mas trava bastante.
Keeps me feeling productive
I love this app. Although just short summaries, I do wish we could highlight and annotate so we can look back on what was important to us after the fact.
My iPad 13 Pro is not working. It turns off immediately when I launch an app.

Bad Customer Service
It might be an AI customer service chatbot. I have given all steps I’ve taken to get the app to function, sent screenshots, and every day it seems to reset and ask me the same questions. I have a lifetime membership that I can’t log into on my iPhone. It only allows me to create a new account. Paulo, my customer service email contact, either doesn’t remember day to day or really isn’t a real person. Hope it’s the former. No Human should be this bad at helping.
Muitos erros
Tenho a versão paga, mas estou me arrependendo. O app apresenta muitos erros básicos no player.

Not very up to date with books
Nowadays it’s very rare that I find on this app one of the recent books I’m interested in. At the start it’s used to be on the ball, but now I think the catalog of books is becoming old and stale. Please start adding new titles.
Livro maravilhoso
Amount deduction is not as per the offer.
I am trying to apply with an offer mentioned at INR 1999 for the 1st year, then it’s 3999 from next year. But when I am going to pay it’s asking 3999 to pay now. Unable to avail the offer. Pls guide.
Conteúdo bom, mas com viés político.
Infelizmente, com artigos tendenciosos. Quando ficam só nos livros, ok. Acabei de cancelar minha assinatura.
I love this app!!!
I love this app because of how much I am able to retain the information I’ve learned. I’m a neurodivergent so getting straight to the point is so helpful for me. And this app does just that. 12mins is the perfect time for a summary before my mind starts to wander off about what I’m making for dinner later. And I love the fact that there are quizzes at the end for you to test your knowledge. I’d recommend this app to anyone. Only improvement I’d say is to fix the quizzes they sometimes freeze up and the multiple choices get added to the wrong questions. Or it doesn’t go to the next question like it should. Also they could be a tad longer. For deeper testing of knowledge. But great app overall.
Is this a scam
I paid for the annual service from apple. It has charged my card but keeps telling me to upgrade as if I have not paid for service even though it shows I’ve paid in full until next year. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. Signed in multiple times. Plus can’t contact support.
Great app but not Apple Watch compatible
I enjoy this app however, my plan was to listen to the audiobook while I jog in the morning. When I try to play the app on my watch it says I need to purchase an $89 subscription. Messaging with tech-support they mentioned that it is not Apple Watch compatible.
Nag nag nag
Every time the app starts it nags you with a pop-up message to turn on notifications. Over and over and over and over and over and over again.
WHY PAID ONLY
I was really enjoying this app, but everything I want to read now is only available if I upgrade the premium. No no no no no
Apps doesn’t work offline
The app doesn’t even open if you are not on the internet. I reported the issue a few times and still nothing.
Provides both synopsis and critical review
This app is helpful. It introduces new books and interesting topics. It provides both a synopsis and critical review based on their take aways. That said, it is of course subjective. This app won’t replace what you could have learned from reading a book. Rather it can either persuade or deter you from deciding to read it.
Send to Kindle device stopped working
This feature has broken since a few months ago, reported but nothing done till date. Please look into getting it fix.
Better than social media
This app is better than scrolling through mindless posts on social media. It engages my mind and attention in and around topics that I didn’t know existed or think I’d enjoy.
App won’t even open
App stays on loading. Haven’t been able to even check the app out. Very disappointing.
Completely disappointed
I thought it would be a good idea and the annual subscription was cheap. But I finally decided to listen to books I’ve read completely. The 12 minute synopsis was nowhere close to what the real book said (e.g. Rich Dad, Poor Dad). They skipped over so many important points - just because they have to finish an entire book in 12 minutes.
No puedo exportar a Kindle
Save
Quick and efficient ! Love it.
The App That…
You can’t get rid of. Once you have subscribed, you can’t cancel. Think twice before subscribing. I have been trying for over a year to unsubscribe and the app will not let me cancel. It has for a second year in a row taken my money.
Good content, mediocre interface
App lacks 10 second skip functionality from the Lock Screen. Sometimes I can’t find where to pause the title playing if I start it from my library. Honestly the content is good but the app interface needs lots of work.
Takes forwver to open
Almost 12 mins and the loader window still is running without landing page.
Content can’t be displayed since last update
Since last update does not charge the landing page, I can’t see the content
Eye Opening For Further Reading
12 Minute Tip is a valuable way to acquire a good perspective on a book we wish to read, but for 12 Minute Tip would have never been found. The theme of each book is clearly explained and gives a pertinent reason why one must read it. 12 Minute Tip emphasizes the importance of a book and why it should be read. I strongly recommend 12 Minute Tip to anyone, especially those looking for a book that not only fancies them but intrigues them yet is unable to find because of the lack of knowledge or idea on how to find such a book. Indeed, this is where 12 Minute Tip comes into play and the rescue. Thank you, 12 Minute Tip! Lalo de Pilar
It wouldn’t load
I’m writing this review because I opened the app I chose things I wanted to learn and then pressed continue, immediately it said “can we send you notifications?” I said no and it would not let me continue so then I changed it so could send me notifications. After that, it would not stop loading and I have exited out of the app and gone back into it. I’ve done everything I can short of deleting it and reinstalling it so I don’t know what to do.
Need more info
Where can I find more information. I want to know can you buy the entire book from the same 12 minute app? is there a special rate discount other than $99?
Rarely loads
Limited titles. Somewhat useful... if it loads. Hit or miss.

Amazing app
Great app to quickly learn about topics important to me as a business owner, entrepreneur and also my personal development! 100% recommend. I love it so much I bought the lifetime option!
I like the app but
I like the app but at least once a month the app will not load so I have to delete it and reinstall it. If it were not for that pain I would easily consider purchase. I wrote this review and I’ve reached out to their support several times but zero response but they want me to pay for their app? I don’t think so! Mediocre app & terrible customer support!
Use book covers
Using original book covers for the book titles will be more better rather than using stock photos. Also update the books frequently.
Great summary. Bad tech.
So I am a premium subscriber and using it since a week now. The summaries and the collection are great! But the search function does not seem to work and there is no night mode either. The while light gets too much on the eyes if one has to read more than a few books. So 2 stars less for the tech!
