Good game.. just some request
I really love this. I just want to see more to it. I have played since release then left, I recently came back (lost my account.. not the issue) I am here to ask to bring back voice chat and make skin tones free. That is all I truly think this game will blossom, especially if you bring back the voice chats.

Cute but weird people
This game is really cute and fun. the chat can get a little crazy, there’s a lot of weirdos on there I’ve even met a pedo, I’ve seen people asking for nudes and honestly wt, there’s needs to be more moderation there’s just so much happening some days it just makes me not want to play.
Account deleted
I have played this game 5 years ago and I loved it and then this update came abt some new update for the new version of sweet dance and my account started to lag and when I logged in I was inside a different account p.i needed up getting very stressed and tried deleting the app and re logging in but it didn’t work.so ended up pressing delete on thr new account it would take me to thinking it will get my actual account back. At that time I don’t realise the update was about two versions of the game so I pressed it anyways and I know it was a stupid decision. I didn’t realise and after that and tried re-logging in. and then I couldn’t access my account.so i decided to not play the game and quit it cause I couldn’t fix it.And now after 5 years I came back and tried reaching out to support but no one came back to me I tried differnt emails but nothing works and only support that ever said was the Thailand support but they said they don’t have access to my account because I am in a different country.I don’t know what to do and I don’t feel like its gettting solved.Please get back and help me out my account log username was Emilyfire

Great game
I love this game i have been playing for a LONG time but I wish it costed less to get outfits in the wishing system i think its kinda money hungry and we a technically forced to pay if we want the outfit it takes way to long i have to wait every day for a single wish but overall great game
Keep losing accounts
I’ve played this game a lot when I was younger and lost many accounts Now that I’m older I decided to play this game again but yet again I lost an account and can’t get back in. I had many things on the account. (It is a fun game but not worth the money you’ll think about putting into it)
Pretty good
So this is a really fun game and I would really recommend this and I’ve only been playing for 2 days but things they need to fix and update is the kpop songs and they font of the thing that gives you an introduction to the world. I really like that there is marriages and babies but it says on App Store it is 9+ which I don’t think is good
THE LUCKY SLOT IS RIGGED
Ok so I’ve been playing sweet dance for awhile now and I love the game but the lucky slot that was recently added is rigged because so many times I’ve clicked on it and it landed on something else that was the gesture gift BUT I STILL GOT THE ONE GESTURE GIFT and I know for sure that it landed on something else please fix it it’s unfair that this happens to me
Love the game, but needs some work
Here are my 2 main things that I think needs work. - Shouldn’t be rated 9+ | Certain clothing items are quite revealing (particularly with the girl characters), people cuss in the chats, and there are also weirdos that message people for weird stuff. - Skin tones shouldn’t cost money to change | It’s kind of irritating that you have to pay for a different skin tone if the default one doesn’t match how you look.

Account inactivity deletion
Don’t spend money, they will delete your account if you go inactive. Then when you contact support they say they you deleted your own account. You can contact them and get it back, just for them to delete it all over again. Fix your game, its not that hard to leave BINDED accounts there if someone wants to come back. Lol unbelievable!

I really like this game I’ve been playing it for a very long time though I do wish I could buy more things with coins because everything has to be bought with gems, and I mean I don’t have money to be wasting on gems.

When I opened this game today I saw that there was two different servers I can play in, I opened the second one and it made another account for me and I had got up to lvl 7, and after that I decided that I wanted to go back to my main account so I deleted the lvl 7 one and tried to play on my main. When I tried to sign into my main account and start playing the game it kept saying that I was currently online on that account and I can’t play the game with my original account and then it puts me in the spot where your it’s your first time playing the game and it sends you to pick your character, I’ve refreshed my game and re installed and it’s still saying this. Please help me with cuz I don’t want to restart all over again, I’m on lvl 46 and my name on there is kiko^_^, I’ve also seen that another person went through this as well so please fix ur game

Trash Game
Dealt with an EXTREMELY RUDE admin. Honey was VERY unprofessional. Refused to help at all. I lost my guild because of the system and tried to contact someone about it, but that admin blamed me for this. Nothing could be done about it. I contributed the MOST out of EVERYONE in the guild, but to get booted out like that just hurts. I quit this trash game. Refuse to spend anymore money if the staff are disrespectful towards players. I read through some reviews, and someone else ALSO experienced the SAME rotten attitude from the SAME person named Honey! I played this game since the pandemic, and to be treated like this is sickening to me. They allow devil worshipers to destroy my guild I spent a lot of time over years (I cannot believe this happened so I’m very unsettled by this all). Some inappropriate users and scammers are in this game. I submitted a request multiple times only to get ignored. They have some wings that fail to fly even if you paid hard-earned flying permits! Absolute waste of time getting 90 or more flying permits just for nonfunctional flying wings! Leaving this trash game with staff who treat long-term players poorly! This game genuinely has ZERO care for the player base if their moderator is THIS rude and disrespectful, giving responses full of attitude! I used to care a lot about this game, but it’s time to move onto better games than this trashy Sweet Dance game! For game developers: Having an admin with this much bad attitude is TERRIBLE for business! You already lost at least 1 customer (plus me so that makes at least 2 people). PLEASE educate your staff to avoid losing customers. The damage has already been done.

I used to play Sweet Dance around 2019, 2020, or 2021 (most likely 2020) and my account was VIP6 at the time. I spent a lot of money (hundreds of dollars or more) using Apple Pay / App Store purchases. Now I reinstalled the game but I forgot my old account/login method and I can’t access my original character/data anymore. Could customer support please help me recover my account using my Apple ID purchase history / transaction receipts? I can provide screenshots or maybe order numbers （if can find）as proof. I been playing since 2020 and it’s been the best game of all but all though i wish we can also earn some diamonds instead of having to spend so much money on them to get good mounts and outfits and also i be getting just emotes and hearts and all the other stuff instead of the outfits it gets kinda annoying sometimes and keep getting the same stuff i do wish you guys can add to whatever we could get a better chance of getting the full outfit and to get more diamonds by doing some side quests and mastering dance levels

Fix this stupid game

Super fun - But better with money
I’ve had this game for years and it’s always super fun. There’s lots of outfits and ways to earn them by completing tasks. I love the dancing animations and outfit animations. I wish there were more song choices, specifically English songs. Also I don’t like how I feel like I need to purchase things in order to get good outfits.

I've been playing this game for a few years and not much has really changed, events are really all the same and there isn't a lot to do. This game would be a lot better if it had more events. It's also hella hard to get a mount, i don't wanna spend my life savings for one mount.. and even basic looking mounts are hard to get. You like half to spend money in order to get something that decently good..

Log in button not working
I logged out of my main account to switch to my other account, but I can’t log in! My password and user are both correct because it’s saved into my device but when I press the “log in” button nothing happens… I even tried registering a new account but the “register” button isn’t working either!! The game doesn’t have properly customer service email, everything needs to work via Facebook or Discord. I had bad experience with the admin on Discord server that named Honey, so unprofessional that he didn’t solve my needs as a customer with full of his attitude. If you can’t train your staff how to assist customer, don’t make them your staff or you lose customers. I spent thousands of dollars on the game to get disrespect and ruined my day with bad customer service. Furthermore my problem has still not be solved yet…..

i used to play this game a LOT in 2020-2021 and i just recently downloaded it again because I wanted to start playing again. I logged into my account and everything had reset. While I love sweet Dance and will always continue to play I have one issue which is when I’m trying to change my password or log back in when press forget password it’s giving me questions like spouses name or pets name and so on when I never set those questions but it’s telling me the answer is wrong it’s so annoying losing my account and making new ones because the way you change a password or log in when you don’t remember the password is so frustrating the game would be way better and more fun is you could fix that and make it do we can use an email or number to change the password or log in again
