Fix your account transfer system
Absolutely dogwater account recovery system. Even if you do link your account to your google play they have a misleading button that says “link account” in the menu that if you press it, just wipes your old data. They don’t care even if you have literal receipts of your purchases with order numbers, dates, and times. You have to be able to answer a ridiculous amount of questions that most people wouldn’t have answers to even if they lost their account one hour ago. They’re fr like “oh youve played bandori? list every card.” There’s no point in starting over from scratch bc they’ll just take your account from you the second you switch phones again anyway. I’ve never seen something so idiotic I don’t know why they don’t just give you a log in like literally any other gacha I have ever played. I don’t think their support email is even a human

complicated and unclear varies to transfer previous game data transfer. no way i could know i would need my player ID and to create a password. greet players with it. at the start of the game SHOW HOW TO SAVE THEIR ACCOUNT

I just finished watching all the anime’s and found this game so interesting and cool. But what I would like is being able to exchange coins for paid stars or gacha tickets cos it’s hard for me to get that much stuff. But overall it’s so good ✨
Good luck if you lose your account
Played this game every night for two years straight, then I got a new iPad. I forgot to screenshot my account ID, and lost the account. If you don’t have those numbers you’re screwed because customer service will not help you. After filling out a form asking which cards I had, how many coins and stars I had, what events I played in, what items I had, etc etc etc. they continued to ask for the same information over and over again. After going back and forth saying the same thing, eventually they just told me they “couldn’t confirm the account was mine.” Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

i want to ask you something: when i tap on the notes, the game doesn’t seem to react appropriately. They keep counting them as miss instead of perfect. Can you fix that?

Great game but play the japanese servers instead.
As much as I love this game for its charm and rhythm game aspects the developers of it have definitely slacked on the english servers of it, Dont get me wrong this game is great and is a great rhythm game but the english servers have definitely felt like they’re going down the drain. If you want to play this game I would really recommend to just get the Japanese servers, Data transfer from Gamecenter also appears to be broken sadly

The game doesn't work, even with a VPN
The game is great, the characters are also just great, but recently, or rather 2 months ago, everything started to work badly, at first it seemed to load normally, but then the error came out there is no Internet, the Internet is very good, I try to always maintain its stability, but still does not load. With VPN also does not work, as soon as I connect, it seems to load normally, even resources almost loaded, but then I give out that there is no memory on the device and need to check the free space. I have enough memory, at least 9 gigabytes, but I still get the same error. as a pjsk player for 1-2 years, i tried this game cause i wanted to see more games like pjsk, and i really love this game!! I literally play it everyday and very beginner friendly! I’d suggest you try it if you need to find more rhythm games or you like pjsk!! <3

If you delete the game and redownload it without remembering your player ID or setting up a transfer ID and saving it, even if you have proof of purchase you not getting that back.

I just clicked into this game but it keep saying do this do that and I keep on getting jumpscared the end

first off, it honestly took a bit too much inspiration from the rhythm game “Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage!” it copies some characters, and is a copy. second,, the registering sucks. it just sometimes doesnt register. i dont even have long nails

To make a long story short... Devs suck, support sucks, game sucks, story sucks, events suck, cards suck, new 5 star cards added for absolutely no reason... It fell off. The best advice I can give is to go play Project Sekai if you're looking for a new rhythm game.

The game used to be much better. Still so many server issues and error messages. That said, don’t listen to the low IQ children on the reviews comparing this game to Project Sekai. How can Bandori copy when it came out first?

The game gave me the intro and I was super excited to play it, but it comes up with a storage error after I accept the dialogue download request, when I literally have 400GB free storage on my phone? It’s such a shame because I was looking forward to playing this. ☹️
never responded to me data transfer request
I made a request to get my old account back all the way in november and they NEVER responded to it. I've emailed them to do something about it but i believe they only got a bot to respond to me to make me shut up. I've been playing bandori for years and I've never had this problem before! Bandori PLEASE do something about this instead of getting a bot to do it for you.

Black screen???
During the very first song still in the tutorial, the game was fun(although short probably on purpose) but after completing it, my screen went dark(other than the health bar and stuff) and nothing else appeared?? I waited for like 10 minutes but nothing still appeared pls fix this problem because it seems like a fun game and I don’t want to give it a bad review
