Absolutely Absurd
What sense does it make to have so many drivers, but still have to wait an hour for your food? Why am I ordering from a location closest to me and the driver goes 30 minutes away from the location Everytime!!! After picking up the food!!!?? For the price to be so expensive for delivery this company is absolutely working backwards. The food is almost always cold. And the operation is just so slow because of the backward minds that people tend to work with. Every order I almost have to ask for a refund which is almost impossible because it’s so hard to get in contact with someone

Ordered McDonald’s at 7:30p, got food at 9:30p. But they did get the order right.

I didn’t receive an item I ordered and opened a support ticket. It has been 10 weeks now and it still says “Kraven will pick this up soon”, yeah… right 🙄
good app
good app and the bahamas has been needing something like this for a longgg time. kinda laggy and could run a bit smoother buts it’s useable + needs a message feature so the option to text the driver is available as well as calling.

Sadly, your service has gone down hill. Continuous declines of orders due to “card stolen” etc is extremely frustrating. And you don’t reply to emails, nor do you provide a contact number!

I have been using this app for a couple of years now and found it to be fantastic. A couple of times I needed help or support it was first class. I highly recommend it.

Can’t click some stuff. Cant click contact. Go to profile to add addresses. Seems defunct. No response to contact.
Blocked Account
My account has been blocked without any explanation, 2/10 service. STOP BLOCKING accounts randomly 💯.

Can’t enter credit card info
The app functions well, until I try and put in my credit card information. Every time I try to put in the expiration month and year it won’t take it. So I couldn’t proceed with my order. Just landed in the Bahamas without a car, took a taxi to the AirBNB and ready to get food delivered, but we will not be eating tonight. Ugh, so frustrating.
Payment issues
Since I downloaded the new app, its asking for the country for a Bahamas Based card that was already in the old app. I am now unable to order and having sent in a query to customer support, the reply comes back to contact my bank for the country. Ridiculous.

Unable to place order on App
My husband and I have tried multiple times to place our order and it won’t let us get past through to pay and place the order. We both tried deleting and downloading the all multiple times and still the same problem continues. Once you click on place the order it takes you to the next screen but the screen looks like the size exceeds the app requirements. You can’t see the action button to continue. My husband finally used the iPad and was able to complete the order. I have photos of how the screen looked but I am unable to attach it.

Great app! Great Service!
I love this app. Only used it twice so far but the interface is clean, simple and easy to follow. And ordering from the restaurants is easy as well. I also love that you can track your food and you can track your driver, and that the drivers are always in contact to let you know when they’re leaving, how far they are or when they’ve arrived. The two times, they have been so professional. And I really appreciate how the drivers and their cars are branded as well. This is definitely my favorite Bahamian food delivery service.
NOT WORKING!!
Since updating a few minutes ago, I cannot use the app. I am prompted to confirm my email address by entering a one time pin but I am not receiving it at my email address. I have tried changing the email address to another one and the pin is never delivered. Very disappointing.
Deactivate my account
The app was working smoothly until one day they deactivated my account without an explanation.Told me to contact admin never got a response and they won’t allow me to use the app anymore. It’s so strange…
Very professional and well done
Food service apps are not an easy feat in the Bahamas. There is a lot of room for error. Fortunately, Kraven has been able to dodge most of these and present a fantastic, user-friendly alternative to take out ordering. It is well worth the hype and deserves recognition. If you’re unsure, give it a go regardless. Remember that if there are any issues with an order, chances are it is the restaurant - and not Kraven’s - fault.
Epic fail
Craptastic. Needed it to order food while out of the country. The signup process was straightforward enough, but ultimately wouldn’t work. I got to the stage of entering the OTP the app sends to your email, but when typing in the code, it says it’s incorrect. Lather, rinse, repeat. Will be deleting the app at the conclusion of this review.
Log In Issue
I’ve been trying to log into my account for about 3 months now but because it was linked to my Facebook/Google account I cannot. I also can’t make a new account because my number is locked to the old one.
Perfect delivery to Atlantis Resort
Delicious warm food, and still icy smoothies. Fast delivery, great service, and complete transparency on progress during the delivery. Kraven deserves the 5 stars here
Do Better
Tourist visiting the Bahamas from the US Multiple Bahamians have suggested downloading Kraven However, the app will not allow me to create an account or check out as a guest, because my phone number doesn’t begin with a ‘242’ Seeing how 80% of Bahamas revenue is generated through tourism, Kraven is missing a huge chunk of revenue by only allowing locals to order.
False order complete notifications
App sends notifications saying the pickup orders are ready, however, in some case the restaurant has not started on the meal as yet.

Nice but has issues
I love the convenience of the service, however I was only able to use it on my phone twice but now the app is no longer working. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled but I’m still having the same issues.
