Two hours is extreme to wait on a delivery especially considering the delivery cost is not necessarily affordable. We appreciate the variety and convenience but the timelines need to be revised

CANNOT CATER TO ITS USERS PROPERLY
Today was my first time using 7Krave & everything was going well until I placed my order.After ,placing my order they called and told me to log in to my “other account” mind you FIRST time using the app.So,I logged out my account and logged in back,waited a couple minutes ,because I thought my order would’ve came by then.Ordered again then got another call and the person was telling me the same thing!! So I’m there trying to explain to them that it’s my first time using the app & I don’t have any other account.The person on the phone didn’t seemed convinced & then told me I had to wait 2 HOURS!!! before I could actually order.So I said no canceled my order & deleted the app. [sorry if my grammar is bad]

Improved Interface
Love the improved interface with the pop up notifications on the progress of the order and ease of applying rewards points and balances. Only issue is the response time from customer support - a more responsive turnaround would significantly improve service quality.

I have been using 7Krave for about 3 years now, recently everything as been awful especially for the food delivery. Recently 3 out of the 5 orders I placed within the same week the orders came incorrect (island grill, and KFC). I have complained about this numerous times. It was the last straw for me. I tried reaching out to the team no one answered specifically asked to speak to a manager and no one answered! Service is complete trash. No one cares , all about getting your money and that’s it.

Does not pay out refund and charges your card
7Krave does not pay out refunds, only take your orders and even if it’s not received they charge. I’ve been avoided on an order for a month that the restaurant partially fulfilled and they are aware and refuse to pay out and keep ignoring messages when asked. Only automated responses they give to orders and it’s not the first but they will also charge your card a dollar for anything but won’t refund even if the restaurant is closed. Used to like this app until the bad customer service . Just all money and no customer service.

Great transparent service. The drivers are well mannered and communicative. The app is very easy to navigate. I can rely on 7Krave when cooking and driving are not an option. Overall great app.
Delivery fee getting ridiculous
I was an avid user of this app until I saw they started charging so much for delivery. The delivery fee is more than a meal most times. Automatic 5km $800 charge when my location was approximately (according to maps) 1.4km away THEN an additional extra distance of $300. That’s very ridiculous 7Krave, get it together.

I found it difficult to process the transaction using a overseas card/ back when setting up the card payment. So you charge my account in JMD but it show me in pound and there is no way of figuring out the exact amount to verify and authenticate and add the card for future payment. I found this stressful so in the end I choose the option to pay on delivery. How I just need a refund for the amount which was charged.

Terrible Service = terrible ending
As someone who has been using this app for over 3 years for both food and groceries, even when your bearers were rude and extremely late at times, to block my account and then note that I was being difficult over something that could be EASILY resolved is ridiculous! I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED IF I KNEW YOU WOULD NOT COME TO THE LOCATION. I have ordered things on my account to be delivered to multiple address including work, why on earth would I waste my time trying to do anything else? First the bearer was flat out rude and instead of reporting that I missed his call before he completely ignored my order for over an hour. Then after reaching out to your customer service representative , they have the audacity to ask me to walk A MILE just to collect my food? And then calls me difficult for refusing? If I wanted to travel to get my food I would’ve went to the restaurant myself!!! Instead of taking accountability and trying to come to a proper compromise you completely block my account but that’s fine, I would never use the service again after such an experience. I would never even recommend anyone to work with a place that lacks accountability, such inefficiency and then on top of it, awful customer care. I will surely take my difficult self elsewhere.
