Good Service
Doorstep is the only delivery service that i have seen so far that delivers to Gordon Town. Looking forward to using them in the future
Treatment
I am unsure of if it is a styling thing but everytime I place an order it is rejected and I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service to handle this issue but it’s no avail
Bag wasn’t sealed, Nugget was missing
Not a fan of the the unsealed bags.
Exceptional
Exceptional service! Fast delivery!
Bad Service
The service was terrible. The worker was rude and very disrespectful, the food was cold and my order was missing an item. In addition, the delivery fee was double the cost of the food I ordered. 0/10 would not recommend.
Meh
Good customer service but way too expensive
Easy to use
Love this app
Waste of my time
If my life depended on this app I would already be dead no matter how many times I tried adding my payment details it wont work🙄 it doesn’t deserve five stars much less one
Great app
Love this app
Delivery takes too long
It has its moment but most days in Portmore there are no merchants available AND delivery takes over 2 hours (they tell you it’s 1 hour but it’s close to 3). Don’t order from here if you’re starving.
Excited to Try!
In Kingston for carnival and looking forward to ordering KFC or Church’s Chicken lol
Rarely works in portmore
Service in Portmore is unreliable. Will delete my account and app. Back to 7Krave
Excited!
Looking forward to using JAs own food delivery service
Company takes your money with promise to deliver food
They accept your payment but the food never arrives and do one answers in support chat or by phone. Be willing to lose all your money.
Best Everrrr
Better than uber, better than doordash! 1000/10! Yessss!
Stop texting me
Used the service once years ago and now I keep receiving text messages. I’ve requested multiple times to stop texting me but haven’t heard a response. Update I’ve heard from them but they’re unable to delete my number from the system and I have to be blocking every number that sends me promotional messages. Also, I can’t delete my account. It’s recommended to uninstall the app (which does nothing because the account is still there!). I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE!
Bella
Fast and accurate order! Will use again !!!
Ridiculously expensive
The prices are absurd and they give you horrible restaurants to choose from
Visit
Amazing service
Too expensive
So my food cost $900+, I see a service charge of $100+ almost $200, then tax at $100+ also almost 200 dollars, then delivery at $599 and my total was around 1890 something dollars or more, like what’s the sense? It’s like I’m paying double the money for my food to have it delivered, might as well I put that 900+ for their total delivery in my gas tank and just go buy my food myself, that’s way too expensive in my opinion, I rather go get my food myself.
Besttt!!
5 stars
High service fees
Too high, better to go to the restaurant myself.
