Great service and delivery.
Steals your refunds
Horrible business that doesn’t answer their customers when there is an issue for a refund. Also they short changed me with my refund amount. I’m happy they have a competitor who is better at what they do.

I ordered three piece, chicken, and I only get two pieces. No one reached back to me and said nothing.

Issue with adding in phone number
Getting an error when adding in my phone number. It’s not recognizing the country code if I remember correctly.
Improvement Needed
The app is okay so I’m still using it, hoping it improves. I have never gotten a driver on my first try; Bahama Eats Grocery Store doesn’t have enough everyday items and some BE items listed as in stock are not, and that isn’t revealed until after payment, which is not customer-friendly. Also, BE is terrible at responding to customers. I have never gotten an answer from any of the listed phone numbers, or from the purported Customer Service chat line. Once again, I hope improvements are made soon.
THE SERVICE IS AMAZING
I ordered from BE multiple times and I am very satisfied with the service and the communication with the drivers. I always get my food on time and I will keep using their services.
Can’t add my number
I have been trying over and over to use this app but it would not allow me to insert my number so I have never been able to use it for delivery. An I have no clue how to contact someone with assistance so that I would be able to use it

No other delivery app compares in the Bahamas. Great selection, good timely drivers
I wish I could have given no stars
My 50$stuck in this app it doesn’t even show up in the wallet I asked them to send my wallet money but no reply from their end Seriously shut down for good and give me my money back

Best delivery app in Nassau
I’ve tried other delivery services and they’re all horrible compared to BE. Love the selection and delivery times. Prices are super cheap compared to others. They got all the good restaurants, no one compares.
Don’t use app… they are crooks
You are a bunch of crooks!! You took my money and never submitted the order to the Resturant. Your telephone numbers don’t work.

I placed an order, it never arrived, I was charged $83 for it. I called, wrote an email and tried the live chat, there’s nobody to speak to about it!!!! It’s a scam!!! DO NOT USE
Fraud charges
I ordered food last week. The order has been canceled but I was charged the full amount incl delivery . Day later they charged 3 times 100$ for nothing. I reported it to my bank.
