Good Performer
I have ordered 2 times from the application and they served very well. I’m totally satisfied with the services and delivery part. I’m rating 4 stars due to the interface of the application as I have faced a bug while ordering food from Subway, it automatically selects the veggies. Kindly look into the issue, rest you guys are doing a great job in COVID Crisis.

Bought food from Popeyes and when driver showed up food was thrown from bag and left open where I could see my food from outside the bag.

I have many instances of poor service. I try to be understanding but I find that my food is delivered cold, delivered very late and the customer support is painfully inadequate. Come on respond to complaints and be prompt with complaints

Hey @letseatcayman — I spoke to Sarah at the restaurant, and she confirmed the food has been sitting there for a long time. Your driver never showed up. All I’m getting from you is “sorry” with zero action. This isn’t just bad service—it’s straight-up unacceptable. If you can’t deliver what I paid for, refund my money and stop wasting people’s time. Glitchy
Great service. But I have to delete the app after each use and reinstall. Been this way for a while.
Reliable
The app is easy to use and runs smoothly. I’ve ordered during rush hour, and amazingly, it was delivered faster than I got home. They’ve also fixed the payment portal issue, so transactions are much smoother now.
Twice my credit card info was stolen on this app
After purchases on Let’s Eat, there were a series of over ten transactions for PayPal on my credit card. The bank think the breach is Let’s Eat. It happened twice. Beware!
The app is so glitchy
I love the concept of the service - order your food by mobile app, pay for it, no hassle. Delivery person delivers and it’s already paid for. The delivery people are nice too. However; every time I want to use the app I need to delete it from my phone and download again because it does not allow me to sign in. It’s a real pain. I’ve used the app a few times over the past 4 months hoping it will get better but it looks Iike they have no intention of fixing the app issues. Also, it takes forever to get the food. Feels like more than 40 minutes. I mean these people have a parking lot full of vehicles. Why can’t I get my food in 30 minutes or less. So I am trying out the other food delivery app in Cayman. I will come back if you fix the issues.
Best Food Delivery App in Cayman!!
Let’s Eat is definitely my go to delivery app when I am in Grand Cayman. The new design is amazing! It’s great for food delivery from the great restaurants in Cayman. Especially Pepper’s which is a favourite and Let’s Eat is the only delivery option for this must try restaurant. But it also now does delivery for convenience items, pharmacy, flowers and baby supplies. And is soon adding groceries. It’s really a one click option for all your delivery needs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Double charged me on an order 4 weeks ago and now refusing to refund it stating over and over again that they will “follow up with their accounting department again”.
Inferior
App is poorly designed (we were unable to register a payment card the first time we tried to use it) and choice of restaurants is limited as compared with other local options. You would expect the best availability of customer service representatives on a Friday or Saturday evening, at their busiest times, but no-one is available to answer calls or messages. Restaurants complain, in turn, that no-one from Let’s Eat answers them either. Not the fault of the restaurants. Good idea, poorly executed. Better alternatives available.

Best app in Cayman Islands
Never seen such sophisticated app in Cayman Islands. Best food delivery app ever. Easy navigations, plenty options to choose from, fast access. Brilliant feature is you don’t have to add your address while ordering food. Location service picks up the address which is very accurate. One stop solution for food delivery.
Drivers always late
I’ve tried the app again but still the service is terrible. It would be good if you could pay additional to get a single delivery made rather than the driver delivering to multiple locations before getting to you. Have had my order delivered cold every single time and the customer service will simply ignore you if you point this out.

Terrible service
I used to love this app. But recently the service has been absolutely horrible. The customer service is rude and constantly blaming late and poorly delivered food on the vendor and not themselves. They never update the status of the order because they are driving around delivering too many meals at once. The food usually arrives cold or Luke warm. Do Better!

Subway is only 6 blocks away and both times I could have walked there, ate, and walked back in half the time my orders took. Both times it took over a hour. The roasted chicken was ice cold and the bread is soggy (even when I didn’t add Mayo the second time). I even sent a complaint the second time that my food is sitting there waiting and they tell me that it’s 25 min prep time (for Subway!!!) Even with that it’s been 38 mins so it’s ready. Took 68 mins before my food got here even. Food services to use are Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, and Food Dudes!!!!!
