Great App
I have a suggestion. On the splash page have the smart outlet icons go green when they’re on, that way you can tell at a glance which ones are on or off.
Too complicated. Not impressed.
Trying to pair two bulbs in bedside lamps. They wont sync to the same color. Can’t connect to Alexa. Got these for free through my son’s school but I wouldn’t pay a dime unfortunately. Too many superior products out there to have this many issues.
Good but could be a bit more polished
The Android version of this app comes with widgets to quickly toggle the devices on and off. I wish they added widgets for this ios version as well.
What happened?
I have used this app with a smart light bulb for 5 years. I was always able to set a time for the light to turn on and a time for it to turn off. I moved and the option to set a time off is not there anymore. What happened and why? I know it was there. Kind of useless without it.
Very weird
I got a hole box of theses bulbs in the mail and I tried to make them work like I can’t get the light to flash am I doing something work
Best light bulb ever!
The brightness is awesome and the different colors like red,blue,or green I good too!

The only place you can do it is in the same place. Your router is I tried doing it in my room over and over and never connected. It’s not worth the money.
Apple support & network support terrible
I purchased 20 bulb through the DTE smart energy program. I not the most tech savvy senior. I do have the patience to apply trial and error methods. I haven’t found any way to connect to my Apple home kit app - - I haven’t found a way to set a different lighting scene in a program sequence. I can only set up a time sequence - the color and brightness are not available for adjusting. I now have a problem that I cannot resolve. I had been informed of a security breach and I was instructed to change my network name and passwords. Upon changing my network information I am unable to reconnect with the new network and the assigned identies and program to each bulb Smart feature is useless because I cannot reassign identity or reprogram the bulbs. Please review this information and provide a solution.
SO SLOW
app is good just extremely extremel extremely super slow and sometimes one bulb wont work and i gotta wait like a day for it to work in the app again like the app when i press the button or anything nth happens its so annoying i had to write a review and i NEVER write reviews for anything
Lousy Connection
Patiently trying g to work my way through these bulbs. The connection is terrible, I’m on a Google mesh system. One bulb furthest way is consistently online, most which is very close to access point won’t connect. Maddening.
Alexa skill restored
After a two week outage it seems the Alexa Skill link has finally been restored
No longer able to link with Alexa
App is no longer able to link with Alexa.
Color scenarios
I have five lightbulbs and my only problem with the app is that the scenarios and automation aren’t able to change the colors of the lights. I would like to set up all my lights to turn on so the gorgeous preset would play on them all at the same time. Please add colors to scenarios and automation
iOS Haters
I got smart plugs through my utility provider that only work with this app. They don’t work with HomeKit, the app doesn’t work with iOS Shortcuts app, IFTTT. I can’t even add a widget to my Home Screen. Obviously HomeKit would be best, but IFTTT or Shortcut support would be a decent workaround. Even a widget! So here I am, having to find and open the app just to turn off a lamp when everything else in my house works with Siri. Is that lazy? Yes. But I’m all in on iOS and Siri so this is a bummer.
Setup is a nightmare
Definitely not “screw and play”. Almost an hour to pair first light bulb, after that, 10 min for next. Nonetheless, very aggravating.

Alexa skill won’t work
Been using this for a couple of years and suddenly now the Simply Conserve skill cannot be enabled via Alexa. Cannot use voice control anymore. No solution provided in app, or contact given to report issue!

The A19 is a super bulb. Being able to change colors for a specific purpose and operate remotely is excellent.

Good, but not exactly as expected
This needs to have the ability to add prebuilt scenes and color mode into automation screen. For now it only allows to automate turning on and off the lights. It’s very convenient, but having the functions mentioned above will make this app a lot better.

Poor connection
Was so excited to get these. I bought 4 bulbs in hopes being able to regulate my lighting. The bulb would only connect if you are in the same room as the router (whole house router with extender in rest of house). If I moved the bulb out of the room of the router, it would lose its connection. I tried multi times and fail every single time. Disappointed, will return.
Can’t get automation to work.
Bought bluetooth bulbs with the hope of getting garage lights on a sunset to sunrise schedule. No problems pairing the bulbs, but the only function that works is on and off from the app. May as well use the wall switch, it’s easier to access. Tried a few different scenarios for the program. None worked. Contacted support through the app. Never got a response. Directions for setting things up are non existent in the app as is support. Big waste of time.
