Alright, please bear with me as this is my first time review of any major app that I’ve used. So first of all, a couple of negatives and in my eyes they are quite major negatives. The first one is, sometimes I have to say logging in can be a nightmare because it sometimes doesn’t recognise facial recognition or password input and it just doesn’t want to acknowledge that you’ve logged in instantly and the amount of minutes I’ve lost on a booking/visit makes it look like I am not being punctual which in turn makes me look like I’m unprofessional and not being punctual. The 2nd point and I’ve only realised this after using the app for about one month. The issue being if you go into the calendar section of the App and so you want to go back last week to check a booking (btw we are in week 30 at the time of writing this review) and if I want to go back to week 29, say on a Monday or a Friday, it will not show those days which is a massive problem for me because how am I supposed to check what I did on one given day therefore I wouldn’t have known exactly how many hours and minutes I would have done and what calls I have because obviously there’s no physical paper timetables anymore or rota's that we are given by the company and in my opinion, that is a major failing for this app, so my advice to anyone is take a screenshot and/or screen recording of what your visit and that includes the hours in the minutes. On my 3rd point, which is a positive it’s good to have an app where I don’t have to write anything down and I can use text to speech to get my notes down to the office. I hope people can make sense of what I have written down and I hope the developers of this app will take this into consideration and it's is a major flaw IMO but it’s a frustrating that the days I have previously worked are no longer there to be cross-referenced. Anyway, I hope you’ve enjoyed my supposedly constructive review of this app and I’m still giving it two stars and really I would love to give it one star but the fact that it tells you exactly how many hours and minutes you’ve done the court that’s good to know. The App is actually running slow even after downloading the 3.0 version and it’s been hell trying to work with the app.
Too slow on apple phones.
Pass is very slow on iPhones. Lagging all the time. If you want to write notes it will take ages to complete notes as it lags.
Task do not sync sometimes
After uploading notes it does not sync and shows the tasks as missed notes task
Biometric Login
Just updated now and figured I can no longer use face identification log in. Why? I believe updates should make App navigation easier for users not make it tough!
Bad app
Is very laggy and drains the battery fast. It also doesn’t work properly when logging in and out from one customer to another, which makes the job harder.
Password reset
If you forget your password, the app doesn’t have where to reset it when login in.
This app is HORRIBLE and BACKWARD
I can’t believe forward thinking organizations would use this app , in this age of technology, this app is a mess, won’t automatically update 😳😳 it’s a shock and I am wondering how come they are in business. Please and please get your act together and fix things 😥 no travel time, no time worked calculated cumulatively. It’s a mess.
Save action button disappears
With the last update, on my IPhone, the green button “SAVE ACTION” disappears if I need to add something in the notes before charting them as given. It’s not hidden by the keyboard, it’s just not there anymore. I need to change the action to “NO” then go back to “YES” and then the green button reappears at the bottom of the page. Please sort the issue, thank you

Bug
Overall a decent app to use when it is working properly. However it often freezes or goes back into previous visits after backing out onto the home page. Unable to see previous visit notes in full and unable to access some previous notes.
Pass not working correctly after update
I work as a support worker, I’ve had nothing but problems since the last update, typing on its on, sticking, not being able to log out correct, my phone is on the new update. I had a phone call from one of your staff last week where we did a screen sharing, the lady said she would contact my employer but as of yet she hasn’t. There was an update today 29/7/24 which was a bug fixer and the app still isn’t working right. It’s also using most of my battery while using the app and it’s making my phone old while I’m on the app. Please could you try and fix the app as I need this for work. I can’t spend 10 mins in a clients house just filling the app out because it sticking. My phone is also the brand new iPhone 15, maybe the app isn’t compatible with iPhones as it’s not just my phone within the company it’s doing it too .
Lags
It lags when checking tasks, the last update before the screen change was ace. Super quick and could fly through the tasks. Now have multiple issues when taggin in single& double calls as have tagged in as the same position multiple times. I do like that you can change the order of clients and tag in as an unscheduled visit.

Every time I’ve had an update, it starts to drain my battery and it makes my phone hot to the touch, then when using the app I have to keep closing it and reopening it as it’s running very slow.

I’m a care worker use this app everyday last one month the app is taking ages to update information, today morning it took 24 minutes for 3-4 minutes notes I had enough of this app
