Cera Care
Cera care have excellent carers who really care for their clients. If I’ve had to contact the office the guys have always been friendly and very helpful. Most of the carers go above and beyond
Cannot view
Since the last update I cannot view any notes made by the carers it just continually loads with a blank screen. Tried uninstalling but still the same

App is good. Few things not fully utilised. Eg carer profiles not often filled in, message section never gets replies returned. Generally works well for user rotas.
Not the best given you need it to work to check on loved ones
Logs you out, makes you log back in like you are a first time user. Once in information isn’t there or is missing and isn’t updating the visit times. Yesterday said visit would be 9.25, kept checking as meant to update but then said has no visit due. Eventually could see been at 7.25. This information should be there for caters to see. Can’t get history to work.
More secure than banking apps
None of my many financial apps ask me to log in using my full credentials, nor insist I reset my PIN every time I do so. Highly annoying, given the amount oftimes I’m checking my rota due to lack of communication from the coordinators. Moreover, what’s the point of allowing me to edit my profile picture if I can’t actually save it?
Great for me to know how my sister is doing as I live 100miles away
Love the Cera app and the Cera carers. It is great to know how my sister is doing as I don’t live nearby. I use it every day and it is always very informative

Since the latest update a few days ago can’t view Visit Details - nothing loads. Please fix ASAP, this is very important us.

Inconsistent
I am on the latest version 1.10.1 build 7038 Keep being logged out, reports regularly unavailable and Carer check in & out times not always available. I no longer message via app as not responded to by office. It would be much more useful to be able to message Carer.
Ok but incorporated issues.
Healthier lives makes no sense and takes away from visit. After an arms worth of checks and a mandatory message. Healthier lives. If a person doesn’t have a catheter in morning they won’t at tea time. That’s care plan info. Sudden changes to health has to be reported. Blood in urine etc. pointless being there as well. It would also be logged in text.

Not working properly
Visit reports aren’t showing up for the past few days tried deleting app and redone loading but still the same.
Male or Female
No problems with the app but there are times when I do not recognise the name of the carer who will be attending. It would be nice if, when in the “Schedule” view, the person icon was coloured blue for a male and pink for a female. I’m sure this could be easily done. I am unable to read my wife’s “Care Plan” due to the tiny text size. The app window on my iPad is the same size as my iPhone. This needs to be changed to full screen to help with reading small font text.
Disappointing
Keeps logging me out, reports not always available, messages left for office via the app, never get a response from anyone! Could be a lot better. !

Good when it works
The app in principle is really good & enables family to view visit details remotely, however 8/10 it doesn’t work properly at all. Visit logins are not available, details are not synced up correctly & in a timely fashion. Today, the visit is not showing at all! Not great for family who rely on the information about a relative with dementia! Sort it out I would happily give 5 stars! Adjusted to 1 star, consistently issues logging in. After the most recent update, I can no longer see any visit information at all. Makes the app completely useless!

Unable to see reports made. Relative is very poorly and i have covid so it’s not what it is supposed to when it’s needed the most
