Isn’t reliable
Constantly having trouble scanning in to log in which causes stress before you’ve even started your appointment, then having to mess about turning phone off/on and deleting app and reinstalling it this all takes time which your either doing in your own time on in your clients time that you should be dedicating to your client I don’t think it’s a good app at all
Bug Report, Keyboard Overlapping UI / Submit Button Hidden
When filling out the "Task Note" the keyboard covers the bottom half of the screen and does not dismiss or allow the page to scroll. This makes the "OK" or "Submit" button completely inaccessible. it happening very often with me. it’s really disgusting
Needs improving
The rota is not very easy on the eyes and can be difficult to understand. It would also be so much more helpful if we could sync our rota with other calendars like other rota apps.

Nourish empower should be more user friendly. Monthly shifts should be seen at a glance instead of the weekly view on empower.

The App is a brilliant work of art. It is easy to use and summarises the day in very easy, and clearly marked headings .
Rubbish app!
Freezes all the time, when given new set up codes doesn’t log you in as it says that the app has been authenticated with another user. This app is ridiculous!
Logins
Love the app — it’s super useful and runs great! Just a small suggestion: having to log in every time is a bit of a hassle. It would be so much better if one morning login could last the whole day. Keep up the great work, and hope you can bring this update soon!
NOTES NOT SCROLLING
App is so slow. It freezes when writing notes so cannot complete them. Reporting an issue doesnt work or is ignored.
Biometrics login and distance
Will it be possible to have an option of biometric log in and also to have an option of showing distance and time between service users.

Dangerous and NOT WORKING
Medications that have been administered are showing as due!!! This is causing safeguarding issues and double administrations, it will cause a fatality! This morning the app was showing a blank screen when logging in, so I couldn’t even see where I was supposed to be. The app is literally going to cause a death if it isn’t fixed and fast!
Notification
The app is working fine but it will be great if notification feature can be added. I will really appreciate if I can be notified when there is any changes on my rota, when to start and end my shift even if I am to administer medication.

This app has been great so far kudos, can the medication aspect allow one time clicks for all administered medication and one time for refused or other action as against doing it one by one please.

Can be better
Recently the system locked me out twice. I couldn’t see my rota, keysafe codes or do my work notes till I got someone from the office to help me to log in again. On the weekend is even more difficult. Putting the code in every time I want to use the app is annoying, fingerprint would be great. I also really would like to see the mileage I used from client to client, so I know how much petrol money I can get from the company. I used to work for a company which used a different app and that worked perfectly with satellite, we knew milage etc. This app is far from it but it’s not my choice unfortunately.
Absence of Notifications
I have been making use of this app for sometime as a carer but on many occasions staff members including myself have had occasions where changes have been made to their shift plans but get no notification from the app and the carer ends up in a tight situation because there is no information from the healthcare company administration or notification from the app. So please, if this app is really about promoting efficiency, this ‘notification issue’ should be among your product managers top priorities.

On the medication section of the app is it possible to just tick all medications together then click on administer or whatever option then submit? Rather than click, administer, submit individually? When you have a client that has 20 tabs to take per call it gets quite tedious. Thank you.
No notifications
Office has to remember to message you separately via text or WhatsApp as to any changes to the shift no notifications comes up and this gets a bit much when you’re trying to spend time with the Client then having to keep looking at your phone. Should be able to read through other notes that have been left by carers a lot easier.. Just Has way too much on there can be made a lot more simplified like other apps I’ve used.

Please can the app also show us estimated mileage for each visit,from client to client,that said it has been a very good app
Freezes
The app freezes far too often on client visits, even if they have good internet service.
Face ID
Just if we can login with Face ID, each time have to type in the pin is too troublesome, and it doesn’t keep us logged in for longer time, every few minutes have to type in the pin is just too much….
Notifications
Please kindly add notifications to the app if changes are being done like if new shift is being added or updated by our employers we can get a notification. Thank you.

All the time technical issues there is no right option to log out. Why I have to chose option that service user needed more help what is not true but there is no option technical issues there? Why if staff before me had a problem this is affecting me ??

CAN WE GET NOTIFICATIONS WHEN NEW APPOINTMENTS ARE ADDED TO OUR ROTAS? Like a tinny winny pop up notification on our screen that lets us know? 🤲🏾

I would like to be able to keep control of the number of tablets picked up from the pharmacy and it would be great if you could see when the stock is low to order in time. A feature to record upcoming appointments would be great to and an induction recorded in. The mood of the client and behaviour

I’ve been using the app for some time now one of the issue that i have with it is that. It requires you to tap the key every time you enter. Can the developers put something in the system that when you want to log in you can use Face ID or Touch ID to gain access rather than putting the code everytime you need to enter. It’s frustrating at times

Better interface
The App needs easy Flow. The task time between split shift. Scheduling problem, interface not user friendly
Clean interface but very limited view
It is frustrating that we only have a daily or weekly view. The old 14 day view wasn’t even good enough really and now it has been removed. It would be ideal if we could either have a monthly view or simply just a list of all shifts allocated available at a glance.
Face id required
App itself working nice but the only thing is instead of typing password can you add face id in it as well if possible please
Keyboard occludes Tasks
When you log in and have to type in tasks , the keyboard covers it. You always have to close the app and reopen before typing in tasks.
Needs Touch ID to login
Logs out to often so you have to put passcode in. Needs Touch ID to login.
Upgrade Lock
Set the lock as screen lock as the phone lock is it could be fingerprint face resignation pattern so on. Thank you
