So far I like the app. One item I’d ask you add under usage: It shows a graph comparing usage by cost. Please add an option to show actual usage units per month (Total Therms). I like tracking how true usage has changed from one month/year to the next as efficiency or life style changes occur at our house.
HUH?
Got an email about an app update but can no longer access the app. Doesn’t recognize me either even though my account is already made. Thank god for autopay or I would be screwed. Fix your app.

You has a very large company Need to update the way u except payments Using customers checking or saving accounts is fine YOU SHOULD UPDATE TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS LIKE CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS!!! Using checking accounts takes forever to clear and not everyone has money just laying around!!

Not letting me get fully in to app to pay my bill just keeps circling
Great app - $ limit doesn't reset
App is simple, easy to navigate and find and track info. One issue is that the dollar/usage limit doesn't seem to reset, resulting in unnecessary warning notifications.
It keeps resetting
I’ve had it happen about 4 times since I moved here (we moved in January, it’s October). We set up the account with my name, account number, social, etc. The app will work fine for a few months then one day when I go in to pay my bill, it has my name pre filled but no account number or social. It directs me to call customer support who then says, “Everything looks fine on my end, try logging in again” but every time I log in, it takes me to the page to add my account. It’s very frustrating and I hope I’m not charged a late fee if this happens again.

Still the only place in the entire world charging to use Apple Pay even though Apple doesn’t charge them to have Apple Pay.

Great app! Very practical and easy to navigate. I do wish that you would expand your payment options and start to accept visa as a payment method.

I love how I can just quickly sign right in and pay my bill within a matter of 30 seconds. I love how they alert me to let me know my bill will be ready to give me days notice. One of the best apps I’ve ever used.!!!

Not recognizing me
I have tried time after time to use the www site, app and a representative to keep up with my payments. I either am not directed to my account or the payment amount doesn’t reflect the billing usage amount. I am told to pay a specific amount but still get behind in balanced owed the next billing. I tried budget billing but was out of sync with due date and often recommended to stop budget cycle and pay regular payment. I have asked for help in order to better understand how to straighten this out but it ends up being only repeating itself. Please help me

Worst app ive ever used
Has to open a safari page to sign in to, instead of having a native log in function. Ive never even been able to use this piece of crap. If i could even get it to open in chrome instead of a worse browser than internet explorer(safari) i wouldnt be so mad as i have my passwords safe but this company is pathetic.

The app works fine but I always have to move my Ipad because it wont appear in the HORIZONTAL mode which is what I always use. Change this to earn 5 stars!!
