MyMonroe On the Go is a real-time, free, citizen and visitor service platform that allows the public to conveniently communicate non-emergency issues directly to city government from their smart devices. Download the MyMonroe On the Go app to report community issues or problems; you can even submit photos and videos. When you use MyMonroe On the Go, your smart phone's global positioning system will automatically provide the issue's location, your report will be submitted to the appropriate department, and you can track its progress.
