家計簿アプリ使おうと思いインストール。 チュートリアル後に画面移行し、下部に「無料で使う」と表示されたので、タップをすると「サイドボタンをダブルクリック」と表示。何のことだろうと思っていたら少し遅れてAppleの課金画面が表示。 何も疑わずすぐにダブルクリックしていたら2,400円課金されていた。 他レビューでも同じ内容が多くある。 詐欺行為としてAppleに報告しておきました。 他のアプリを探します。

詐欺みたい
課金の表示もなく、ここ押してと急に表示されて従うと、フェイスIDで即認証されてしまい、課金されてしまいました。 まるで詐欺みたいな課金方法で、いくら機能が良くても気分が悪くて使いたくないなと思ってしまいました。
Androidでも使えるようにしてほしい
４年ほど前から家内と2人でシェアルーを使って家計簿を管理しています。とても使いやすくて大助かりです！ただ私がスマホをAndroidに変えた後にシェアルーにAndroid版がないことを知って愕然としました。あらかじめ知っていたらiOSからAndroidに変えることはなかったというくらいです。どうかAndroid版も検討の程お願いします。

初期設定中にフェイスIDを利用される
初めて低評価レビューを書きます。 初期設定で、年齢などの基本情報を入力する流れで突然電源ボタンを2回クリックという操作を促されます。操作の意図などは一切記載されていません。電源ボタンを2回クリックするとface IDが起動して、Apple walletが起動するようですが、普段wallet機能を利用しないので何のための2回クリックか意図が分かりませんでした。操作しなければ次の画面に進まないため電源ボタン2回クリックしたところ、face IDが起動してwalletに登録してあるカードで決済まで一瞬で完了してしまいました。こんなやり口って許されるんですか？あまりに卑怯な手法に心の底から軽蔑しています。仮に、法的に許されるとしても運営の体制として一切信用できるものではありません。私も会社員ですから企業が利益を出す必要があることは重々理解していますが、ユーザーを騙して一時的に金をむしり取るようなやり方は許せません。ユーザーとフェアな関係を築くつもりのないアプリです。全くオススメできません。

I use it to keep up with my home expenses with my husband and it really helps to see whats going on money wise..
音の出る広告がキツい
非常に使いやすいですが、ある程度の期間使用すると、音が出る広告が突然再生されるようになります。音が出せない場所で入力してるとびっくりしますし、周りの方に迷惑になります。いつでも音が出る広告大丈夫な方、最初から有料版（広告なし）に課金する予定が有る方以外にはお勧めできません。ちょうど使い慣れて他のアプリに乗り換えるのが面倒くさいと感じる時期に音の出る広告が始まりましたので…
Stop asking me to give a feed back
The app is good. A bit complicated. I paid for the subscription. I expected to be able to work on it without having to remove your prompt for a feed back every move I make. It is annoying.
Excellent budgeting app
My wife and I are using this app to track all of our expenses and it really helped us to save a lot of money at the end of the month. We paid for the premium version and we are very satisfied. In the future, we would love to see a web version and the ability to export all our expenses in excel.

ここを押しての表示が出て、押した瞬間選ぶ余地もなく年間の有料プランに登録されました。せめて金額や契約期間の表示とかあってほしかった… ここまで悪質なアプリは初めてです。 これから試そうと思った矢先に起こったので、機能どうこうの問題ではなく印象最悪で絶対に使いたくないです。 詐欺アプリと言っても過言ではないと思います

何も考えずにダブルクリックしたのは悪いが、あまりにも悪質な課金誘導。3600円を失った。二度と使わないし、積極的にネガキャンを実施していきたいとまで思わせる。

I love this app as a college student who has such trouble keeping track of money. This app is so handy when it comes to to paying attention to categorizing what I spend my money on and it lets me see that some of my habits are embarrassing. I wish some of the stuff were more free but other than that it’s very easy to use app and there’s also such great visuals when they’re giving you a tutorial of the app.
Be careful! Sneaky In App Feature Tricks You Into Paying
I’m super disappointed. This app does exactly what I hoped it would do which is track expenses individually within a group. It’s been difficult to find an app I can share with my partner that doesn’t require sharing bank information and splitting the expenses. I simply just wanted a seamless way to track expenses we each make separately so each of us can see where our money goes to for our individual budgets and where we can be better savers. I downloaded the app and took the “tour” that prompts when you first open the app. It’s a little digitally outdated but does everything I hoped it would. All of sudden during the tour of the app the screen goes completely white. In bold black letters the text says “Press Side Button Twice” with an arrow to the right side of the screen. My ADHD brain is so dialed in and excited I follow the prompt and just like that… 25.99 is charged to my card. I’m pretty upset because I immediately realized I have been tricked into subscribing to the service. This happened within 2 minutes of having the app downloaded. I put in a refund request with apple. I was denied. Apple requested more information and I gave Apple more information. Denied again and was informed the decision is final. Contacted the apps developer and customer support directly and they stated “there’s nothing we can do. Apple generally issues refunds based on usage. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” So wild how an app is allowed to have a feature to trick people into buying into their subscription during a tour of the app. It should not be allowed. Super disappointed. I take full accountability for not following down and paying more attention AND shame on Apple and the development for denying my refund request and allowing an app to have this prompt in app. It’s misleading and not okay. I’ll be calling Apple tomorrow to dispute the charge for a third time. Wish me luck!
不能新增負數的費用項目
很喜歡這個app！但更新後遇到一個問題，在記錄購物這類型的消費，常常會有退貨或退款發生，在app更新前我會記錄負的費用項目，讓費用減少。但app更新後就沒辦法這麼做了…😖

使いやすそうだけど課金が
課金への誘い方が怖い。 最初の設定をしていたら急に課金画面。え？どれ選べばいいの？ってなってたら薄いバッテンがあったり… カテゴリ増やそうと思ったらなんとかプランだとここまで増やせます！みたいなのが出て速攻クリックさせようとしたり… よさそうだったけど残念。
Item Function
It would be good to have a function that can add item function in the Note. I usually input one expense for one invoice and enter the each grocery item in the Note. This function can allow me to search each grocery item and compare the price.
Frustrated
The app has a lot of promise and I’ve been extremely excited! However, I’m stuck! Because I had trouble registering my email account first. Then, I logged out of the app so that I could figure out how to add my elderly mother as a member of my room without an iPhone. Bad move. I have not been able to log back in without my son inviting me which creates another person in our room and throws off the division of financials. I tried to cancel my subscription because I thought I had seven days to cancel but somehow my subscription says one year of all services and I see no seven day window. So, I’m stuck and, we have expenses that need to be confirmed from accounts that I have no access to any longer. I reached out to Facebook customer service and through the app, to no avail. Frustrated and stuck, looking for another option.
Freezes & could use improvements
I noticed the app is freezing a lot. I’m not sure if it’s because of the ads, but I do wish it didn’t have them. Also, there should be an easier way to put that some bills are only one person’s. If a bill is already paid, it should not have to be settled. It is repetitive and annoying.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17.5.1 Infinite Loading when entering the app. Also, can’t report on Apple Store.
Not Android Friendly
It’s a great app but the problem is it’s not android friendly. Not everyone uses Apple so the people in your family / roommates that use android. That’s the reason this app gets 3 stars from me. If it did or does become android friendly then I think it’ll deserve 5 stars. It’s unfortunate it’s not.

Not free - immediate year subscription without any prompting
I did NOT want to sign up for anything and this app automatically signed me up for a year’s subscription and charged me. When I tried to cancel it immediately within 20 seconds it will not refund me and says I have a year subscription that doesn’t expire till next February. I cannot be any clearer that I did not want ANY subscription to this for any amount of time. I didn’t even get a chance to look at the functionality of this app to see if I’d want it before it automatically set me up. I want this cancelled and refunded immediately. No support or any numbers to talk to anyone who can help.
Very good app for roommates or couples
Overall I really like this app so far. Although I do wish you could customize how often expenses repeat so you can have monthly, yearly, etc. expenses.

Didn’t last long
I was supper excited about this app.. but after entering and customizing it for my husband and I it has completely stopped working. I can’t sign in..keeps asking me to name my room even though my account pops up then goes right to that screen…Even after trying to start over I get an error message. Iv deleted it and reinstalled…that was a waist of time.. can’t report a problem for whatever reason….
Spending accountability
My husband and I are trying to be more intentional with our money. The idea of documenting every dollar we spend and why will hopefully help us spend less. So far it’s working well.

Best app for couples in Canada
I've looked everywhere for an app like Shareoo. We tried Mint, YNAB and other apps but nothing was easy as this app for splitting bills and managing a budget with a partner. We are very happy and we bought the premium version. The only thing missing is a web site to manage on a computer.
