Can you include a feature that allows to set a scheduled payments, but without splitting them over days…and make a special section for them?

I’m stuck on the page where it tells me how much I get every day. Not sure how to progress.
A lot of useful options are missing
I understand the premise of this app if to have a daily budget. But I want to be able to add/deduct amounts of money for my savings goal. I could not find the option to add a lump sum and not a daily amount towards my savings, which kinda defeats the purpose for me.

Nachdem Eintragen aller Fixkosten beim Onboarding zeigt er mir nur noch an wie viel Geld ich pro Tag ausgebe kann und dann gibt es keine Button mehr zum weitergehen…
Abzug weil…
…ich hier nicht mehrere Konten erfassen kann und somit eigentlich nur das Lohnkomto angeben kann. Ich mache aber unterjährig ab und an einen Übertrag auf ein Sparkonto. Zudem finde ich es schade, dass einem bi den Preisen kein Nachlas gewährt wird, wenn man die Vorgänger ersion gekauft hat.

Great, but what happened to me sucks
After using their previous app called “daily budget” for a couple months I decided to spend the money to get analytics and categories and what not and literally right after I spend that money the app just then decides to tell me there is a new and improved app. I would’ve spent the money on the new one. Looks nicer, looks improved, but I’ve already spent my money on the last one and I’d feel scammed to get this one now.
Almost perfect
Started this app this week it works really well. I’m just disappointed I can’t enter data from before I started using the app to get a clear picture immediately. Also I wish with the front page with the broken line diagram I could adjust how many days I see. In the past and the future. 3 days really isn’t much.
Budget-Reset am Monatsanfang
Die sehr sinnvolle Option von DBO, nämlich das Budget am Monatsanfang zu resetten und wieder auf den initialen täglichen Wert zu setzen, ist immer noch nicht wieder implementiert. Man startet so teilweise den Monat mit einem fetten Minus. Bitte wieder zurückbringen.
Update
Hi the new update is very hard to use. The search function doesn’t work anymore. I cant find anything. My saved memos are not auto populating anymore. Layout isn’t fluid. Been using this app for so many years now. Please revert it back to the original format
A gem of an app!
I’ve been using the app for 2 months now and absolutely love it. Take a moment to play around and see what works best for you, the app is very flexible. Trust me, after you become more conscious of your budget habits, I feel this app will be a great tool to have for a lifetime!
They ruined it
After the latest update, it's now on a subscription model. I tried restoring purchases and it doesn't work, I can't access any of my budget id saved in the app.

Most recent update butchered savings
This is an app I use daily and recommend to everyone. But the three recent updates has jumbled how all of the savings systems and goals work. This most recent update completely butchered my savings and everything is completely messed up. Fixing it would require me to find everything that used to be a savings based on memory, and try to change it to a new system that may or may not exist in one month. Please stop making breaking changes. Please make an easier way to fix broken migrations or I will have to start looking for an alternative app.

Amazing!!
I have been using this app for over 4 years now. I love that there was a lifetime premium payment, and it was cheap! This developer has zero intentions of connecting your bank account to the app and I personally love that. Yes, it is a little more work to input all your transactions yourself, but it offers a moment of reflection. Also, inputting the transactions is extremely easy and I love using the custom categories to see how much I spend on dumb things like vending machines.
計算が合わない
なんか変だと思ったら、日割り計算で端数を繰り上げられてる。これじゃあせっかく細かく設定しても実際の金額より数字だけ増えていく

So I am not a budget fan, I’m not great at backwards planning and dividing how my money gets spent. Thats what I love about this app, because you preload your monthly expenses, you just track what you spend and it makes you aware of where you actually are at for the month! The only thing I don’t “love” is that I can’t backlog, but there’s also a freedom in that in the sense that you can just start where you are today and start changing now! Try the app for a few weeks and you will feel your habits change!

Disappointed in Developer
I have been a pretty consistent user of their original app, Daily Budget. I’d even purchased a lifetime pro subscription and was excited about new functionality. I’m extremely disappointed that instead of building that new functionality into the existing app, they created a new app where I would need to purchase yet another subscription. It’s such a scummy business practice. Please do better.
Almost perfect
I love this all so much! I’ve used the original Daily Budget for years. The only thing that would make this app perfect is the ability to have expenses and savings based on a percentage of income. As an independent contractor, my income varies. But I always have to have an expense of 30% for taxes and I like my savings to be in terms of percentages. Right now I have to go and manually edit them several times to account for any extra or lost income. It would be so great to have this streamlined!
Noch nicht ganz durchdacht
Die app bietet an eine Ausgabe oder ein Sparziel einzutragen. Aber eigentlich entscheidet die App selbst als was sie es abspeichert. Wenn ich zb für disney+ ein Jahr im voraus bezahle und den Betrag über ein Jahr abrechnen will, ändert die App selbstständig den Eintrag auf Sparziel. Aber ich hab den Betrag ja bereits voll geleistet und deshalb auch eine Ausgabe erstellt und kein Sparziel. Zu einer regelmäßigen Ausgabe kann man kein enddatum einstellen, da ich nicht weiß ob ich nächstes Jahr wieder für ein ganzes Jahr kaufe ist das also auch nicht wirklich passend. Wenn ich den eintrag dann verändere, änder sich ja auch das komplette letzte Jahr etc.

The best app
This app makes budgeting so straightforward and doable. I’ve been using this app (and the original daily budget app before this app) for over 5 years. I love the flexibility the app offers to allocate money toward expenses in different ways (recurring expenses, daily expenses, spread-out expenses, and a general savings jar) while still being simple and intuitive. This app helped me develop good savings habits and I’m so thankful that it has helped me be in a better spot financially than I would be without it. I can’t recommend the app enough.
My savings goals got deleted???
Was 5/5, it updated and all my savings goals got thrown out of whack and doesn’t work now.
Great app for budget tracking
I took away a star because I paid the lifetime fee on the other Daily Budget app only for them to make a new app that they are charging me for again. This app isn’t so different that my lifetime payment should be void.
Projection budgeting was removed
Sad. App used to have a key feature of projecting your remaining income after bills and rent to the end of the week, month and year. Now you can only see three days, and has a strange savings jar feature that can project forward month and year. It has updated animated graphics though. Had to cancel subscription, too bad.
Didn’t find what I need
I’m getting payed every 1st and 15th day of the month. There’s no option to choose this. That’s would be nice to have such option to type 2 payments that I expect. Of course I can choose monthly option and just do 1st payment+2nd payment. But that’s not convenient for me.

Design update disaster
I really love you. I use it every day for years and then they made a new one which is OK could have savings but recently they changed the whole look of the app and I find it very confusing to add your monthly budget. I will sadly have to not be renewing my membership look for alternatives Really a shame

It is good at tracking everyday spending just wish it had an option to track monthly as well.

Ich liebe diese App! Seit dem neuen Update nervt es aber, dass bei jeder Ausgabe die man einträgt immer eine ewig lange Animation kommt, dass man was ausgegeben hat, das fand ich vorher besser.

Zahlungen futsch
Ich nutze die vorherige Version, und für die Erstellung von Kategorien und die Nutzung von Diagrammen zur Analyse habe ich (einmalig) Geld bezahlt. Um diese weiterhin in der neuen App nutzen zu können, soll ich jetzt nochmals 40 Euro bezahlen? Nein danke, dann bleibe ich lieber bei der bisherigen Version. Sollte sie irgendwann nicht mehr laufen, sehe ich mich nach einer Alternative um. Für Haushaltsbücher gibt es zum Glück genügend Anbieter.

Hallo, nutze die App und auch den Vorgänger schon lange, seit dem Design-Update ist die Performance jedoch sehr langsam, bei Anklicken eines Eintrags lädt es lange bis eine Reaktion kommt (iPhone 14 Pro), bitte beheben! Ich kann gerne Betas testen!

無料だと使えないのかな？使い方もよく分からなかった。 何かにつけてプロ版と出てくるので間違えたら面倒臭くないのでやめた。 いちいちYouTubeに飛ぶのも今時っぽいけど見たくない人もいる。 文書説明のリンクは無さそうだし私には合わなかった。

例えば10万円予算ある場合、 毎日に割ってくれるが、 たまに1日中1万払った場合 何日間もマイナスになるのおかしくないですか？ 残った9万を割ってくるの普通じゃない？ 予算だからこそ毎日の変化はあるはずです
Disappointed with the latest changes
Hi, It’s sad for me to review this app with a 3/5, but the last major update a few weeks ago really brought the app down. The devs wanted to take away the list view and only keep the new daily view, but after feedback from the community dedicated to keep it- which is great! Unfortunately though, in the same update the changed how the list view looks and now it’s not as useful, as everything is put under one row instead of understanding the breakdown of short/long term transactions from the list view. Also it’s quite weird - after you click on the single budget row in the list view it brings you to what looks like the new daily view - but it orders transactions different than the daily view and mixes long term and reoccurring transactions together! It just feels like a mess. Will update my review when it’s fixed
Incredible
This app feels like it was designed for someone like me in mind. The idea of a daily budget is incredible but it firstly answers the question ‘how much money can I spend right now and it’s fine’ and that it has actively promoted me to spend less and be confident in the spending I do make. Love it
Impossible to use my backup with an IPhone
The method to transfert the backup file from daily budget must be improved because it is not working when you have an IPhone and a PC. I should be able to do it without using a computer.
Great for ADHD
I love that it focuses on one day. Very simple, but powerful design. There is great flexibility for creating your own categories. I recommend it!
Subscription broke
I am a long term user of your "Daily Budget" app but recently upgraded to your new app "Today's Budget". I paid for an annual subscription but today it says I have no active plan, and a padlock has appeared across most of the expense options. Please help!
Good, but still needs work
I used to use daily budget to keep track of my spending and I found it very useful. I stopped using it for a while, and recently decided to start again. In the process I was made aware of this new app, so I downloaded it and paid the fee to unlock everything, more than happy to support the developer. But I’m finding it much worse than the original, some small things have been changed that just make the things I want to do more difficult than they should be. Tapping on a day in the 3 day preview no longer shows the transactions from that day quickly and easily, and there are basically no settings in the settings menu anymore. The only way to edit the categories is via the new transaction button which is not at all obvious and kinda dumb. Similarly, there’s no easy or sensible way to manage recurring expenses, which used to be possible through a settings menu. Now to add a recurring expense, you add an expense and choose recurring, which also isn’t immediately obvious, especially considering there is a nice interface to set them up initially when you start with the app. To remove a recurring expense you have to go into the log of expenses and delete it… oh except deleting it will retrospectively delete that expense from the entire history, essentially corrupting your database and making all the numbers wrong. So the correct way is to edit an expense and change it’s end date I guess? That’s just really not obvious, and certainly doesn’t seem to be explained anywhere. What about if my mortgage repayment changes? I still want the expense there, I just want the amount to change on a specific day. I guess to do that I make the existing expense end, and then add a new expense that’s the same with the new amount starting on the following day? Why isn’t there an option to just change the amount of a recurring expense on a day? I REALLY want this app to be good because I want to use it and have it provide the insight into my spending and saving that is it’s whole purpose, but right now it’s not user friendly enough and from what I can see it’s even not even as good as the app it’s supposed to be an update from, which is quite disappointing.
