Simple straightforward
It’s the most simple and straightforward app. Fast responsive easy to use. No tables reservations mixed up.

dont know whats the point of the reservation function when we still have to check in at the store to get a queue number
It does what it does
Functionality is ok. Just too much words and information. Very “Japanese” interface and even fonts and spacing also very similar to Japanese apps… can make it much user-friendly and maybe also incorporate your loyalty program inside too because now I have to remember to bring your loyalty card everywhere I go
Not accurate
Reservation queue is not accurate. App says there are 52 groups ahead of me, so I went for a stroll while waiting for my number to be called. After 10 mins app said my number has been called and I missed it so need to register again 🥲
Earliest reservation only fr 8pm on same day of reservation
Staff advise just reserved, come bk later to get the q ticket again

I cannot register at all, tried numerous time still cannot. The app will just close by itself after I click ‘register me’… Very disappointed
Good app
Manages queue well. Interface cannot improve especially for booking from number of pax till the date selection and time. Quite complicated for people who are not IT savy. Not difficult for me.. but maybe for others

Multiple trials without successful attempts.
Redundant pages and no search function
It’s easy for the app to track based on location for a store that we’re nearest to, but when I want to find another location to reserve in advance, there isn’t a store search bar for easy search and it’s time consuming to keep swiping down to locate the store. I think the pages can be further utilised and to check on my reservations rather than having to go to my profile and then click on “reservations” to check them. It will be good to have notices to show current offers and push notifs to announce offers to entice people to make a visit

Every time I try to make a new user account it just crashes. Fix it pls!! Omg.

Very Japanese style app. Not so user-friendly.
It also says it will remind before the reservation Q but so far I never got such reminders. It’s an ok system if you understand the Japanese app mindset but quite old-fashioned app style for modern users.

Abit complicated about the 3 different ticket system. Should also include a menu in the app too.

Can’t even register a account without the app consistently crashing
Stupid system
First we need to download the app to book for reservations. After we got the reservation, we waited outside for our number to call. However, we never see our number appear in the screen after a long time and there are number called that are after us. We checked with the staff and he told us that we need to check in first with the reservation number with the counter. Furthermore, the app or the store never directs us to check in, how we supposed to know. What a stupid and fussy system.
