The app doesn’t work when having promo
It’s is super frustrating especially when there is a promo and it indicates through app purchase. The whole app hangs and we can order anything. A few of my colleagues also get frustrated over waiting for the app to respond. Even if we are willing to go to the physical store to queue, we are unable to enjoy the promotion as we need to order through app. Hope liho can look into this.
Basically Useless
No wonder it has bad ratings. Download the app for 1 for 1 and $0.99 rewards end up cannot even use it until the rewards expire.

inaccurate
constantly removes drinks from mobile order, but when you visit the store in person those removed drinks are all available... they keep narrowing the mobile order menu availability, did you like, want to discourage people from using the app or something? just shut it down then.
Horrible App
Very much wanted to support local brand but what can I say - app is so not user friendly with poor IT support & customer service team. App has issue with promo code redemptions yet they are unable to resolve it quickly. To make things worse, their validity for promo are short. Feels like being scammed. Want to use promo code to encourage app download and usage, pls do better. Dont cheat customers’ money to support your useless app.
