stupid stupid app
I ordered and had to pay. I topped up my playmade card wtv thing and after that tried to use it to pay for my drinks. Suddenly, they forced me to pay using debit card and I can’t withdraw whatever i put in my card.
buggy and nm apple pay
it always log me out of my acc, and whys there nm apple pay to order drinks?
Can’t update phone number?
I’m not able to update my phone number in the app. This also means I cannot collect points when I order from the kiosk. Please fix this.
Great Update
After the update, the app is way better to use and less buggy. It's been made easier to make orders for pickup and payment is more seamless now. Good update!
Differences in App and Store
App says order’s ready but store says to wait.
Great drinks, but…
It’s immensely irritating that one needs to log into the app countless times. What’s so hard to keep user logged in?
App
App intuitive and easy to use. 👍🏻
Lousy junk app
No birthday rewards
Total time saver with pre-order function!
Just bought my PlayMade with the ‘shortest’ waiting time ever! While at a treatment in Westgate, I went into the app, searched through the outlet locations and placed an advanced order for collection later. As I was walking towards PlayMade, I saw a big crowd standing around to wait for their order. YET, I simply went to the counter to pick up mine that was already ready waiting for me! Now that’s productivity if you don’t like standing around to wait for yours!
Nothing loads
Beyond the main page, everything else is just blank. Already updated the app so that is not the issue.
Great!
great experience! Good job
Login everytime
Turn on remember me, and face ID, yet get logged out with settings reset all the time
New interface, seems like app updated!
Easy to navigate, clear location and many drinks selection to chose from. Got 50% off voucher as well
Leave me logged in please
It logs you out every single time. That’s enough to hate it
Easy to use
Straight forward to use
App glitch
Been receiving the same notification alert on new Berry release flavour at least 20x in less than 5 mins and still on going!!!
Cannot go beyond OTP screen
App hangs after keying in OTP. Force shut, delete and redownload no use. On 5G so not a connection issue. Poor!
Logs you out every single time
Logs you out every single time
Horrible
Menu never tallies with outlets (e.g. missing toppings) and haven’t been able to reset my password successfully and log in for months.
