It is very good and seemless where you can gather points to spend on snacks or a meal
Does not work
Terrible app - it says not set up correctly so I can’t collect points. But I am logged already had tried resetting with the staff at the counter. Also why do u need full location rather than just while using app?

App Don't Work
Previously app allows apple pay for seamless payment and quick responses with food served to table number. Currently not working for the past couple of weeks, already missed eating it for weeks. Secondly, the price on the app is more expensive than if you order in person at the cashier, this felt like the app is cheating the consumers, I have informed the cashier about this but they don't know what to do about it.

Useless GPS location tracking
I pre-order my meal in the train to set to be picked up near my office. It’s already set correctly. But the location tracking sent my order to the GYG based on GPS’s nearby branch rather than the one I set and want to pickup from. What a useless feature and troublesome waste of time and energy to worry about the wrong location pickup.
Welcome voucher can’t be used!
It is only because their ads about the welcome voucher that I downloaded the app. However, welcome voucher is not available after multiple attempts. Store manager also cannot solve the problem. Very frustrating. Misleading advertisement
