I’ve done quite a bit of meditation, and usually don’t like to involve tech. But after hearing Liam on the Weekend University pod I decided to try FitMind. The methods and techniques are really resonating with me. I like the analogy of training our minds as we do our bodies as athletes. Thank you!
Good content but horrible interface
The app is extremely Laggy even with super fast internet. I have a 5G connection on an iPhone 12 Pro, am able to use all apps perfectly but with this app it takes ages to scroll through content, impossible to access content. It was good at first when I downloaded it a few months ago but has progressively become worse now. They have great stuff on here lts just unfortunate that the app doesn’t work
The Best
Combines the art of meditation with the complexity is neuroscience through an easy to follow lesson by lesson format. One of the best investments you will ever make.
It changed
Where did the fitmind program go? It’s not all sessions when it used to be a daily progression of small sessions
Fact Check
You’ll get notifications about little did you know “facts” here and there. Fact check them because they’re not always correct.
Best app till date
I love this app. Has all guided meditations for free.

Amazing app but expensive
This application is amazing but as much as I want to buy it, 2k a month for the Indian market is on the steeper side. Nevertheless, love the app 🤍
Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery…
…but the copy is never as good as the original. Be sure to try the Walking Up app before you settle for this.
App not working on sessions
Since a little while when I try to play session 23: Glimpse and other paths, an error appears saying ‘Download Failed, could not connect the server’, please fix it
1 week in
I’ve never made it to even a week with meditation before. This program is different because the neuroscience is explained alongside the practice, which really motivates me to keep going.
Beware of being charged without consent.
I have spent hours trying unsubscribe but with no success. They have taken payments out my account with out my permission. Just last night £49.99. I didn’t subscribe to this and have asked for a refund but with no luck yet. I advise people to be very careful when downloading this app as you will be charged without your consent.
Dark mode
Please add dark mode
good for one month …but not longer
not enough content to justify the cost
Push Notification content
The app sent me a push notification that started out when some interesting “did you know” content. Upon tapping on it, the app opens, but no associated content was shown. And the Push was also gone.
Incredibly good!
Highly recommend - the guided lessons paired with the neuroscience is super helpful
Destroyed by bugs
This had the potential to be a great app. The first sessions I listened to were really good, however, now whenever I listen to one, it cuts out at some indeterminable place before the end - the app just crashes. At first I’m so in the zone that I don’t notice it, then I realise and it completely destroys my focus. And that focus is harder to achieve the next time, knowing it’s probably going to happen again. Massive shame as I was thinking about subscribing. I’m on an iphone6. Would appreciate someone letting me know when this has been fixed so I can try using it again.
Good course but let down by a mediocre app….
The FitMind course is potentially a very good one, with a range of useful and interesting material. Unfortunately it’s let down by a mediocre and buggy app. It won’t remember where you are if you take a break during listening to a conversation, and even gets lost in keeping track of how far through you are. The app interface is also not very intuitive or visually appealing. I did email their support team several months before posting this review, and although they acknowledged the email they didn’t seem very interested my feedback and they haven’t made any changes to the app since.
Sleep section
Poor the reader mentioned each part of the body you should relax like they are in a race! Way to fast and annoying! Didn’t work for me at all and had to turn it off!
Nice app with some bugs.
I have noticed that in the daily Workout section I’m not able to edit the workouts that I have created. Whenever I’m opening the edit tab it’s directly minimises it self.
Favorite meditation app
I can see an improvement in regulating my emotions and separating my thoughts from myself after following the trainings! Metta meditation is something I never knew I needed but it has become an important part of my day
Amazing, except one major thing.
Not complicated, you just swipe to the trainings, press play, and start your meditations. The only thing is there are SO many trainings, but you can only do most of the trainings in the first level (out of around 20) before you have to start paying. I was doing so well till I realised that after that certain amount, I have to find a different app or even go on Spotify (which isn’t bad at all but this app is so good). It is really good and slowly but eventually, effective (well for me), but I just wish we didn’t have to pay. But I understand. 🍀Definetaly recommend though ✨
Loved this app
I really like this app, I’ve meditated for years and this app is so well done and well explained. I was going to subscribe for a year at £59.99 when I get paid tomorrow so was really pleased when I got an email saying I’d been gifted one month free by Liam. I just went to redeem the gift as 13 months for 12 seems a great deal until I clicked redeem and the confirmation came up…one month free, then £68.99 for the year!!!! So this month isn’t free at all, you tack it on to the £59.99 and I actually end up paying much more for the ‘free’ month than just getting the £59.99 12 month plan. As I say, the app is great, and maybe this is an error. But had I not have noticed I’d have paid over and above for the free month and now the bitter taste in my mouth makes me want to just leave it sadly.
Best meditation app
I have used this to find myself over the years , thank you guys for not making this about money. The guided meditation are elevating and soul searching .
Sound qualiry
On advanced levels, the sound quality is getting much worse. Like someone is speaking in a metal bucket.
Awesome
I am loving the classes in general as well as the organization of the classes is terrific. It helps me have a schedule to follow, which makes it much easier for discipline. Thank you so much for these wonderful classes.
First Lesson
Found it good The first part on breathing I could understand part two where does your monkey mine come from I found more concentration and very found it very difficult to grasp hopefully this will come it was very enjoyable
Wonderful app
I love the guided lessons, I am on day two and already I notice my mind calming down and I am more aware of my thoughts 🙏🏼
Best meditation app I found
The founder of the app has some good insights and explains it in easy understandable language.

Never would I have thought that an app on my phone could help me reach peace. My heart and soul thank you.
