WOW
I came across the movie today as though it were sent from the heavens. I am barely started and I feel amazed really. Thank you for such rich meaningful content so beyond excellent. I have a goal in mind that matches where I have arrived in this life.
Subscription scam
This is the second time I have downloaded the app for a free trial and of course with that accept that in “7 days” I will be charged. Of course I forget to cancel and I pay for the year sub, so be it but I better use it. NOPE! Somehow my credit card is charged for the second separate situation and both times I don’t have access to what I paid for. Cherry on top you guys have no way to communicate so idk how to get my money back. What a joke
Amazing but prohibitively priced
Incredible production values but 160 AUD per year is prohibitive. Around $100 would bring it in line with other apps and make it more accessible
Poor app performance for former synctuition audio
I used to enjoy synctuition app. Since the upgrade to MindSpa, the audio journeys fail to load most of the times when I try to listen to them.
Wish the app was functioning better
The sounds and the music are amazing and with good headphone , they transfer you to another world BUT, the technical side of the app was disappointing, it suddenly changes the track jumping from one track to another random one or it stops when the connection gets a little week and start over again .. that didn’t allow the experience to be enjoyable, after subscribing, I canceled my subscription, as it is relatively expensive app ..
New User
Excited for this journey
Voices
I find the voices spooky
Great concept but needs some bug fixes
I’m glad to go back to this app after two years and find it so well developed. However, the app is glitching, it randomly switches between journeys and/or music in the middle of a session. Sometimes it fails to load (downloaded!) content. Very disappointing, especially during travel. Needs to be fixed. For the rest, awesome concept, great job!
The old app was better
Synctuition was less fancy but better- this is driving me crazy that I can’t download anything for offline use. I can’t connect to the internet at work when I want to use the background music. It’s such a shame and I’ll be deleting once my subscription is over- it’s not worth the cost.
Really Good but Overpriced!
I used to use this app a couple of years ago and really liked it. Decided recently to give it another go but was shocked at the monthly price increase! Would happily use it on a monthly basis if it was a realistic price. Can’t justify $25 per month.
Amanda
Very relaxing !
Where is level 8?
Patiently waiting while I continue to pay, for several years now. What about your side of the bargain. And now nothing works. It will not play what used to work.
Sleepy time
All good so far except the cost
Issues
Ever since they changed it to MindSpa I have issues where the tracks won’t play in full. It cuts the last 30 seconds or a minute of each track so I don’t get to hear them in full. Really frustrating and there is no obvious place on the app for support or to reach out to anyone. I’ve been a subscriber for 3 years and I hate how they changed it to make it worse.
Not what it was
I signed up for a year a few months ago… The app completely changed after I signed up… Now you can’t download for off-line use or see history of what you listened to the nights before, instead there is a bunch of new features that I personally won’t use… The sound journeys are still there, so I guess that’s why it’s getting the three stars.
Amazing.
There are few things that have effected me so deeply. This is profound. Give yourself this opportunity everyday and see your inner self transform.
Such a rip off
I downloaded this app about three years ago used it for three weeks and deleted it right after because it was crap and ever since that time till today I have been charged for something that I didn’t use. How many people have gone through this? this should be on social media because this is robbery. I want my money back and apology!!!!!
A journey
A journey all for yourself. A sound bath of 3D binaural beats with sounds of nature. Great introduction
Not working properly
Unfortunately the app is not playing complete tracks of either the Sound Journeys or Sound Therapy. Part way through it skips to another track and starts that one from the beginning. I hoped they would figure this out but it has been going on for weeks. Since there is no obvious place to send feedback from the app I am hoping this will get someone’s attention.
Glitchy
Super glitchy since the new app. Loved it when it was Synctuition. Please fix the bugs! Tried reinstalling. My partner says the same thing. Glitchy!!
Great app
Been enjoying this for few years, great app would recommend…! Thanks happy journey
Excellent app but poor design
I have a credit in the Apple Store for 108 and the renewal fee is 98 and the stupid app keeps telling I have insufficient funds 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Great inner journey
Great inner journey !
Won’t family share
This app used to support family sharing but seems it doesn’t any more. Very expensive if that is the case.
App hasn’t been working
It was working okay with Synctuition; app hasn’t been working for 2 days after switched to this Mindspa. Also no trouble shooting option in app so no point of contact when something goes wrong (like now). What next?
Link to apple fitness app doesn’t work anymore
Hi first off great app i’ve been using this app since 2020! I absolutely love it! Somewhere in 2023 the apple fitness app has stopped receiving mindfulness minutes from mindspa. Will this be fixed eventually?
Don’t fix if it isn’t broken
Since the update this app is rendered useless. Worst ever interface but more worse is the tracks they absolutely take ages or simply hang. Rather than relieve stress it GIVES stress trying to settle with a meditation session. Instead a frustration session!
Good but not really good
it would be more perfect if it could be completely free for everyone
Upgrade does not have Download Option
I used to love to use this app. I would download and listen to the music in flight mode as I do not want any disturbance. However after the upgrade that option has not been activated and I just can’t use it for the purpose I purchased it.Please make it downloadable
Pricey
Retired on fixed income
Peaceful
This journey through time brought me a deep sense of peace. I absolutely love this app!
Change to MindSpa = Can’t Download Tracks
This is my first AppStore review ever lol. I absolutely LOVED Synctuition, used it every day. Now it’s an ironically cluttered and clunky app that NO LONGER has the most basic, important function required: being able to download the sound journeys. How was that feature not a priority when attempting to add all these new bells and whistles? I loved this product so much, and now it’s so inconvenient to use. I am extremely disappointed.
That’s great and Inspiring
👏👍
new material
was revolutionary when first come out, but hasn’t been able to stay updated. paying money and not getting any new stuff for entire year isn’t worth it!
Premium not working
I’ve paid for the full year and my apple settings say it’s expires in Feb 2023, yet I am still prompted to click on sign up for a 7 day trial in the app when I try to click on premium features. Help please.
Changed my life
This app has changed my life. I have listened to 832 sessions, each night before I go to bed. I am in my mud 40’s and never been able to sleep well. I have tried everything, every app, every medication. Someone told me about this. The first night I noticed I didn’t wake up as much. I continued each night, I noticed progress, I never had progress before. After a few month I was getting more sleep. In the first year I would say my sleep improved by half, I was so thankful. And the last few years I actually even fall asleep while listening to the meditation. Never in a million years would I ever think I would fall asleep in less than 20 min. I only wake up a few times a night but I’m able to fall back to sleep. Im working on reducing and getting off sleep medication all together. I never thought something natural would work for me because I tried it all and even with medication it only helped a little. I am so thankful for this app. It really has changed my life.
Absurdly buggy
This app is very buggy. It must be repeatedly reinstalled. Both my partner and I are experiencing the same issues. Please fix the bugs.
What a great journey
Really enjoying this journey, wonderfully different to anything I have tried before.
Don’t get what you pay for
The app doesn’t allow you the full year subscription that you pay for because it blocks future use unless you re-subscribe 2 months in advance. Very frustrating so in reality you pay for 10 months not 12 months. Also module 8 has been pending for some time now yet no advancements or updates provided for at least a few months.
Increase intuition?
The 3D-sounds in this app are nice and helps relaxing, but what’s the deal with the intuition increase? I listened to two first “journeys”, and haven’t noticed an increase in my intuition whatsoever. To me it just seems like some kind of marketing trick, but maybe it’s just me who already have very good intuition.
Something unusual and beautiful
An unusual app that transports you into internal places, you never knew they existed!
Does not allow to cancel subscription easily
I wasn’t happy with the app after a few months and wanted to cancel so it would not renew . It was extremely challenging to find where to cancel the subscription. Would not recommend
Glitching , frequently
My tracks keep ending with about 7mins to go ? This has now happened 3 times in a row ? I’ve usually had no problems, but with three in a row at the same time remaining I am considering this a problem at your end … can someone please contact me …
Effective
It really works I just wish the app plays all the time, half the time it doesn’t play, or i have to log in over and over again, then it tells me I have no subscription. So much bugs
Great quality sound
I like this app and I am happy I purchased the lifetime membership. I like the different journeys and the deep sounds, it feels profound inside. The mix of sound make it really convenient as I don’t have to choose and combine them myself so it’s time saver. For the richness of the sounds, it’s worth it.
Defective and cant get customer service
I have paid a full year and after 8 months All the tracks are blocked saying i have tonpay and that my subscription is done! I hope somebody from this app will contact me after reading this there is no way to refund or the months i payed for!!!
Intro
Loved movement between speakers, so much there, I have own sanctuary where I can choose who comes to share it with me
How to get monthly subscription?
