Great App helps me stay motivated. I just wish I could use it on my iPad in full screen. 😔 Please make this happen. I can’t be the only one who wants that.

Was great for the first year

They recently changed the platform where they no longer do new daily ritual content, they are reusing prompts from their library. Whenever there was concern about the new format as posts in the community, the comments and posts would get deleted. When emailing support to talk about concerns, they would not respond back. I’ve been an avid supporter of this platform since I discovered it. I put it at the forefront of why I’ve been recovering and rehabilitating so well over the past year of what should have been an ultimate disaster. And the big thing that has kept me going? The daily rituals. I was disheartened and extremely disappointed by the decision to discard new daily rituals - especially since that is what I thought was well worth the price of my subscription. The daily ability for this platform to connect with their users was something that made your brand stand out. I don’t mind having the occasional repeats. I understand growth. I’ve been a small business owner for a long time. But this is what it is - a plan that was not well thought out and now subscribers are suffering because of it. I’ve tried to be professional and optimistic in addressing it when I’m online in the community, and I just get more and more disappointed daily. There are so many options instead of what the company has decided to do. You could reuse rituals more than a year old. A lot of people who do the outreach for self care and utilize these types of platforms, are reaching out because of trauma. Trauma is not resolved overnight. Going further back in the library would help. Having guests record daily rituals so that Meha has the opportunity to do what she finds to be more important is another option. Directing users to a podcast associated with the monthly theme to explore a subject more in depth. Doing a new mini meditation just for the month would be helpful. But repeating content that is still fresh in the journals of your subscribers felt like a big slap in the face for a platform I’ve thought has changed my life for the better. My therapist saw such dramatic change, that she’s been recommending it to her other patients. I have friends and family members who have signed up. Clients in my business have explored and signed up. I just don’t understand why the decision was made to isolate subscribers. It’s completely changed my outlook on the community and caused me to reconsider what I once thought would be a lifetime commitment and a no worry expense, to something that I will be re evaluating once my subscription comes up to renewal. If I had gotten that email before my renewal for this year, I would have changed my plan.

The Best

This is the journal/planner/tracker that keeps me Interested through the whole year. I have tried others and always find my way back to Silk and Sonder.

Excellent app

I have used this app and the accompanying journal on and off for several years now. I really enjoy how flexible it is. You can adapt it to your needs and change it monthly as those needs change.

Beautiful, functional, transformational

I bought these journals during a time I was home recovering from a double mastectomy. I needed something colorful and beautiful in my life. Not only are these journals beautiful, they’re filled with prompts, trackers, spaces to journal and reflect, and even some light and fun activities like word scrambles. I’ve journaled and written for years, but these are paired expertly with an online component that is reshaping my digital life at the same time I’m resuscitating my written life. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Customer services

I would not recommend them due to poor customer service. I went to cancel day after payment and I am now out more money than I can afford for it. I asked for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible due to production. It’s a journal subscription. I should be able to get a refund. I will not be supporting this business again. I love support women business and small companies but I also expect more from them than I received from silk and Sonder.

Love!

I absolutely love my Silk + Sonder journals! The layouts are beautiful and practical, and the Eventbrite videos make the experience so motivating. They’ve truly helped me stay organized, reflect, and feel more positive every day. Highly recommend everything Silk and Sonder!

Do not subscribe

You will never be able to cancel. No matter what their fine print says. It’s ridiculous and unethical. Just buy yourself and journal and YouTube bullet journaling.

Mindfulness shouldn’t be this frustrating

First, the app is buggy and poorly designed. Features constantly glitch, journal entries disappear, and syncing is unreliable at best. It feels like an afterthought rather than a functional part of the experience. For a company centered on mindfulness and organization, the app experience is ironically chaotic. The customer service is disappointing too. I reached out multiple times about missing shipments and issues with my subscription, and the responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re not being heard — especially by a company that promotes emotional wellness and support. As for the journals themselves, while they’re aesthetically pleasing, they become repetitive quickly. Each month felt like a copy-paste of the last, with minimal innovation or customization. Not to mention they feel flimsy and low quality. At this price point, I expected more value and creativity. I’ve been a long time subscriber and over the years the prices continually increase without any additional benefits or offerings for members. I understand inflation but this whole operation just feels like a money grab and gimmicky. I really wanted Silk + Sonder to be part of my wellness routine, but instead it felt like a chore — both to use and to deal with. I’ve canceled my subscription and wouldn’t recommend this product.

New Member

The app is very easy to use and complete my tasks and where I need to go. On the other hand the organization is amazing and the help I’ve received from strangers all while using my monthly planner leaves me awe struck. I’m a new member and even in the four-five weeks I’ve seen improvement in areas of my life. I’m so happy I found silk and sonder and look forward to a very long relationship.

★☆☆☆☆ United States · v1.20.10 · 13 Feb 2025

Unscrupulous business practices

I made a one time purchase in order to experiment using the product and in the fine print it stated that it would be on automatic renewal every quarter (something I didn’t notice at the time of purchase and no option was given to opt out). When the time for renewal came I was given no forewarning to cancel the subscription and my card that they stored was charged. I saw the charge pending and asked for them to cancel the order which hadn’t shipped. They said they would cancel but wanted to know why I was canceling. I explained why (thinking the order was canceled and I’d be refunded) and they came back saying the order couldn’t be canceled and by this time had shipped. This all is quite interesting considering what this company preaches. All they want is your money - if they truly cared about your well-being, they would notify you of an upcoming charge and give you the opportunity to reassess if you want to continue. I’ve submitted a dispute to my credit card and plan to post some complaints so others don’t have this terrible experience I’m having.

Beyond expectations!

This app and community is so incredibly well designed! I have joined many groups online using different platforms (like kajabi) but this one is so much better. The types of things you can do in the app are amazing (e.g. Bingo, Resource image library, Discussion, How To library!!). Just wow!! Then there is the actual content-so inspirational, well-conceived, always fresh, and creatively delivered in multiple modalities! Dang, y’all! This is way beyond expectations and worth every penny!

I want to try it SO bad

I’ve seen a couple tiktoks, and this app looks exactly like what I’m looking for. It just won’t let me access anything. It prompts you to provide a phone number, so I did, and no matter what, it won’t send me a code to get in! I just wanted a daily prompt for journaling for 2025🥹

Life Changing!

I’ve been using this app and journaling system for a year and it has been something I’ve been able to maintain, despite years of failed planner and journal systems. I don’t feel like a failure when I don’t fill out every page or box. That’s huge for someone with ADD. Even the little bits I do bring me joy and focus, giving me the nudge I need to build solid habits and achieve my goals. Love it!

Be very cautious with this company. They run a very shady business and refuse to help you out. Will Jevon support this company again.
