Review AI “coach”
The AI coach constantly ignored topics I was uncomfortable “discussing” even after I asked it not to “bring it up” anymore. And price of subscription doubled
Really good, could be great
I have really been enjoying this app, but with just a couple of small changes, it could be even better. I love the layout, and how it’s so easy to navigate between the goals page, journal, and resources. I especially like how in-depth the goals section is and how you can add a checklist within a goal, track progress, etc. The resources are a really nice touch as well, and I especially enjoy the goal setting ones. I also love the quick daily sessions in the AM and PM. My only issue is that I wish you could change your settings in the app. For example, the time you receive the daily session prompts is set when you sign up, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to change that, either within the app or the website (this is not something that is managed through Notifications, as I checked there). There needs to be a settings section in the app to manage things like this easily.
No app w/o a subscription…
There’s no way to go beyond the “Limited Time Offer” subscription AFTER creating a login. So no free trial to see if it’s even worth A) your TIME & B) your MONEY. The way the economy is now, the inflation, bloated ads/apps & cost of living, why should WE pay YOU as a developer & “self help app” OUR hard earned money when we have priorities, bills, household, & for some, families that come before an app? Do we not deserve an introductory period to see if it’s even what we want or need? Apps like this KILL the market. iOS and others following the subscription-based model are a bunch of thieves. At least majority of the developers have common decency & allow some sort of “free” version or trial.
Like it but…
Really like this app so far but I wouldn’t want to pay £49.99 in one go without really having chance to explore over time. Their needs to be a monthly payment plan as well as annual.
👍
Very helpful for sorting out feelings and aspects of your life to work on. I love the care wheel! Then you can choose helpful tips on ways to improve weak points
I’m not buying your damn premium
.
Really Great
This really helped me and was really easy to use,I don’t find it necessary but if you want the whole ✨experience✨ then you probably need to buy premium. But the only thing that I’ve come across is seeing past goals reached that you can also see on another page. So overall I really like this app.
Doesn’t Live Up To Potential
I was drawn to Remente due to several promising features, such as the wellness wheel (an excellent way to visualize wellness progress), broad goal planning tools, and the inclusion of an AI assistant. Given that I already use AI a lot to help with organising and self care, having these features in one place, synced with my phone calendar, was appealing to me. Personally, I have no interest in the various wellness courses and audios promoted within the app, as there are free, superior alternatives, such as those available on YouTube or other wellness apps. Unfortunately, the AI assistant, the core draw for me, is only available with the premium subscription, which is quite expensive. While Remente advertises a 7-day free trial, it does NOT work — I was immediately charged £99 for the year. After obtaining a refund, I switched to a £19.99 per year subscription through Apple Subscriptions to actually give the app an honest try, but I still don't find this price justified, leading me to request a second refund after only two days. The AI’s limitations are also the biggest drawback. Although it can create tasks and plans, it cannot access or edit anything once it’s been created, so you can’t use it to check your schedule or refine your plans. This makes its usage very limited. There are many tools that I prefer over Remente for productivity tools, even if they are not all in one place, such as ChatGPT, Notion, Goals Wizard, Flowsavvy or even just a basic checklist on Google Docs. If the developers are still actively working on this app, I would highly recommend they focus on evolving Remente’s AI into a more comprehensive personal assistant for ease of use and revise a fairer, more transparent pricing model—especially when it comes to the free trial.
Looks like a great app but impossible at the moment to use on an iPad
The various screens like “Hello” again are so far off the left of a the screen that you can on read half. And then when it ask how was your day there is a big blue face - I presume there is a rating system under the big blue face but it is off the screen and impossible to progress. Looks like it works fine on an iPhone but I want to actually type detailed things and use a keyboard with the iPad. If you can fix the screen formatting on the iPad version I will definitely use the app and increase my rating.
Amazing!
I have been using this app for a little over three months now. It is absolutely incredible. I use the journal part all the time. I use voice to text so my journal entries are very detailed. I then copy those journal entries into the Coach part of the app. This allows the app to give me some really great feedback and advice on living a good life and making good decisions. When I am in a tough situation, it also helps going to the Coach and typing in my problem and it gives me really good advice.
Scam

Can’t see month at a glance
App is great! But I can’t see my calendar in full view. I would love to also be able to look at my month at a glance. If this was in place I would probably upgrade to premium. Please fix this ! But love the mental health check ins, the ability to journal, I can add notes to my goals and set a checklist on goals. It’s an amazing app !
Pricing.
I don't like that the app only offers a one-week trial period which is not enough time to explore and evaluate all of the features. After 7 days, it also wants $59.99 per year up front and does not offer a monthly payment option. I will be exploring competetors that offer flexible pricing.
Used to be better
I think what the app can offer is amazing but it’s the accessibility to those things that make it difficult to like. I understand that they have to make their money but I just wish there were more options for people who can’t afford the premium resources.
Stopped working
Stopped working out of nowhere one day won’t even open up uninstalled l and reinstalled it still doesn’t open just crashes
Terrible
Don't bother unless you want to go through answering a bunch of questions on your well-being, only to be hit with a paywall you can't get by to even try out the app to see it if it'll work for you. At a minimum you'd have to pay $16.99 for one month, no trial no limited version no one week try free nothing like that. Hey Remente here's my middle finger.
So far so good.
It’s say two with the app. I have downloaded and tired many apps like this. So far this is my favorite. Will update later on.
Journal problem
Every time I click on the Journal , the app crashes. I certainly don’t want to pay for this app if one of its key features doesn’t work. Do you have any suggestions?
Experienced a but
I really like this app, but there was a but where after the introductory video, the app would freeze on the life wheel page. Please fix this in a future update. Also is there something I could do to fix this myself?
super good
this app is exactly what i was looking for it gives you a notes part to write things you want to. which helps a lot more than having to write them on a separate app ,and it gives you lists of goals and even gives you a checklist of what to do. which helps ALOTT for me bc i have to organize everything to get things done and i’ve never thought about making checklist for ways to reach my goals.
Is it a joke?
I can’t access the app until I subscribe. The close button on the paywall does not work.
Love it but just needs a little adjustment
Great program i just wish that it integrates with my calendar for the purpose of time blocking
Good app but shares data with “business partners”
Good app, good design. Unfortunately it shares your user data with third parties unlike other journaling apps. Probably isn’t a huge issue but I just find myself unable to speak freely in my journals knowing that the info isn’t wholly owned by me, or that it might be sold off to another company in the future.
Pretty great.
I like the app. I’m sad that I can only have up to three goals unless I pay, but it’s better then the rest of these kinds of apps. It’s definitely the favorite out of all the ones I tried out. But, I have OCD (and I’m sure a lot of others who have this app do too), and I need more organization. Here are some suggestions to make the app higher quality: 1. This one is really specific and easy to deal with. I don’t know if it’s a big, but when you tap on a step and then it takes you to another check off list you can check off the entire step at the top (the little circle next to the step name). When you tap it, the step checks off but it doesn’t show you that it checks off. In other words, it doesn’t appear blue like it does on the main page. I think it’s a bug, because it’s really annoying and I keep forgetting if I checked it off or not. Overall, i think the check off button for steps should turn blue when you are looking at the step info. 2. Steps get cleared daily, or whatever you set them too, but you should be able to clear the check off lists within the steps. This is very annoying because I have a lot of check off boxes on some of my steps and when I check them all off I have to in-check them all the next day. So basically, it would make the app present itself better and look better overall if these check off lists got cleared daily with the step that they are in. 3. It crashes once in a while when you are editing goals. This definitely needs to be fixed. 4. When you are editing the steps and the checklist within a step, you can drag each one beneath or on top of another goal to organize yourself. (I like that. I think there should be more small things like that that help you organize yourself better). Anyway, when you drag a step or checklist item, sometimes it disappears if you don’t drag it fast enough. It leaves an empty space where it was and you have to restart the app and recreate the step/checklist. Thank you! I enjoy you app.
Awesome app for young adults for average and high achievers
I have used Remente for 9 months and found it extremely helpful for goal-setting and life balance. I used a similar app like this known as the Life-Work Wheel. I didn't care for the features and the development of the app wasn't marketing towards the right subscribers. The developer of Remente had put a lot of thought and care for people who seek to learn and grow. For anyone seeking a goal-setting and Life Wheel I recommend this app
Useless app
The app store is so bloated with useless junk and Remente is a perfect example of something nobody needs, nobody asked for, and nobody wants. It literally does absolutely nothing. You do not need this app. Do not waste your money on this junk.
Good but pricing could be better
I love this app and I’ve only had it 2 days. This app is helped me tenfold however I think the price is ridiculous. The fact that they can put a price on people’s mental health is quite bad. I understand they need to make money, but the stats show that there is a clear link between the money people have and their mental health. I think the price could be lower.
App crashes anytime I try to visit steps in the goals
So this app seems great but it crashes any time I try to tap on the steps for any goal I’m working on such as cutting sugar (for example). I’ve tried it both on iPad and the iPhone and both have the same result. Rather frustrating since I paid for a month. I’ve emailed support about it and if I don’t hear back I’ll delete the app and move on to something else. It’s a shame because, as I said, it seems great but if i can’t use it then what’s the point of having it?
A message to the developers:
Please correct the glitchiness! It freezes so often and doesn’t respond. Very frustrating. I know $4.99 for one month isn’t a lot of money, but a lot of my free apps function better. Likewise I suggest running spellcheck on articles before publishing as it feels amateurish and unprofessional reading all of this self-improvement information and stumbling upon typos and misspelled words. The pros are the concepts and it’s also pretty.
Wow!!
OMGosh. Finally found the perfect app that I will use almost every single day without having the thought of losing money on my mind. So excited to continue this great app!!
I can’t even use it
It wouldn’t even allow me to get past the intro like what am I supposed to do I wait but theirs no button or x
Sometimes
I don’t always feel like writing but it’s nice to have it when I do
Not for me
Well it’s ok for me. The journey keeps messing up so it’s hardly useful. Tried contacting support but they never got back to me with a fix. I did try goal wizard which I really like. For me I just don’t feel like the app is gelling me accomplish my goals. So for now I think I’ll give it a break.
Update removed some features?
I remember you use to be able to write descriptions and schedule out goals and have goals repeat daily. Those options seem to have disappeared after this new update? I like the app, but not being able to have repeat goals daily easily makes things frustrating for me. Please explain how to do this or bring that functioning back!
This app is great
There’s no problems or adds which is nice you shouldn’t have any problems with it at all
Wouldn’t even open
Download this app really excited and it wouldn’t even open. It kept crashing. I don’t have the patience for that
Great App, hard to find a replacement
Two years ago I had an Android when I first downloaded this app. It was perfect and really helped me mentally get out of a difficult time in my life. I purchased the year subscription which was $23, a good price for what it offered. I switched to an iPhone and I have been looking for a similar app and just wasn’t happy with what I was finding. I was relieved when I found this app again but sad to see the year subscription increased so much or maybe that’s the price it has always been for iPhone users. 🤷♀️ Either way I will continue to use the free version until I find another app that can let me plan ahead at a cheaper price.
Won’t let you add any goals in free version
Liked the app until it started refusing to let me add goals unless I upgraded to the premium plan. It gives me a message saying I can only have three goals in the free version. I currently have added 0 goals and it won’t let me add any unless I’m on premium, so I’ve just deleted the app. It’s impossible to use effectively without paying, so forget it. Don’t advertise a free platform and then refuse to let us use the free platform. Edit: I’ve now received a response from their help team saying they can’t replicate what I was dealing with and to reach out to them. I don’t feel encouraged to reach out to them based on that reply. I have no incentive to take the time out of my day to post a review if I am not actually dealing with the issue I described. If you can’t replicate the issue, I’m not encouraged the app is worth it or that a tech team could resolve the issues. I’ve already troubleshooted the app, logging out and back in, deleting and redownloading, all of which failed to resolve the issue.
Almost awesome
As an iPad Pro user for all things, the lack of being able to have the screen flip is almost a non-starter (unfortunately). But if everything else worked like a charm, maybe I would use it. I only used the free version and I personally don’t mind what some other reviewers complained about with the free version. The price point for the Premium seems reasonable for a coaching app if it is completely dialed in and the content feels valuable. Here is what I loved about the app. The interface is simple and fun to use. The wheel of happiness is really cool and the way you can scroll the timeline and see a time-lapse display of how you feel about any one sector is helpful and interesting. The journaling is nice and setting up my day was fun and easy. Why I lost my positive mojo? I decided to edit my goal. There is no button that lets you edit a goal, but there were the ... in the upper right hand corner I press them and the program terminates and I’m out. I try it 3 more times, same thing. Maybe it is a simple bug or whatever, but setting up a program like this (especially if you invest in the Premium version) takes lots of time and I just don’t want to invest my time on a program that is buggy from the get go. I may try it again some day because it has potential if the courses are good, the bugs gone and horizontal workspace available.
Perfect for keeping you on track
After cycling through many of these apps throughout 2019 I can confidently say that Remente gave me the most success. It kept me in line and made sure that I didn’t forget about it. Unlike a lot of the others, Remente excels in all areas that it wishes to. From keeping you on a set schedule all the way to tracking your mood, there is a lot of value you can take out of the app. One of my favorites about this app is that it doesn’t overload you with notifications as well, whatever you set is what you get. As for setting goals, Remente has a great layout. They offer their own Goal Plans as well as allow you to create your own very detailed plans for the future. After so many failed attempts on other apps, I wasn’t very optimistic going into Remente but luckily I was quickly enjoying it.
Doesn’t Recognize My Premium Payment
I paid for premium account and it refuses to give me access. Tried everything to reset. Can’t find a good contact to get help.
Email needed
😭
Good, but pricey.
The app is fantastic, I want to use it to document my days and look back on them to see my growth, but to do so you need the premium upgrade. Meaning you have to pay. I thought it was understandable but then saw the price, £12 is a bit much. £3-£6 maybe but an app that costs £144 per year is a bit much and disappointing.
Definitely Cute UX Design. Content and Function?
This app is so cute it makes you want to buy it right away! There are lots of great topics on the app for personal growth. Dig in a little deeper, however, and you’ll find that there’s not really anything special about it. It has general information. The “Goal Plans” are basic lists of information. For anyone who needs guidance in achieving the goals, you won’t find it here; no detailed insight provided. “Boosts” are tips - about a paragraph of reading content that lacks significance and relevance. “Courses” are no more professional or in-depth than you would find in a blog written by an average person. There are articles within the materials from “experts.” The “Master Communicator” course, for example, doesn’t even touch on the foundation that our communication is built on. It doesn’t discuss self-talk, positive voice, self-esteem...okay. Like many other people have said, you must pay up! The free version won’t keep you around long! It’s so cute, and the topics are great. There’s something mysterious about what you’re going to get if you upgrade. Will it suddenly be fabulous? Read the description of the benefits of going premium and you’ll be far from excited. Very cute! Great ideas! Consider analyzing some other apps for the structure and organization. Improve the content. Nice dashboard as far as I can tell. Lastly, offer a free trial. Anyone who believes in their product has no issue doing so.
good stuff
this is one of the best mental health apps i have found so far, personally. The others are usually so limited and you can only really benefit if you pay a fee. But this app is a very easy to use app to help you just refocus and reflect. It’s exactly what I needed right now. And the gentle reminders really do help. love it!
Underwhelming
I paid for a quarterly subscription because I wanted the premium features (no trial period for this app). I’m bummed I bothered paying for it, there isn’t any difference from the free version as far as I can tell except that you can add more goals. I did the motivation goal and it gave me actions like “create a SMART plan” but doesn’t go into detail into how to really set up a plan or be held accountable for it. I had to google to get an idea on how to start. I’m not sure what the Insights tab is for because it didn’t analyze anything about me. Even the life wheel just showed me visually how I’m feeling in the moment about certain aspects of my life. But there weren’t any tips or suggestions based on that data. I signed up for Fabulous and I feel like that app delivered what I expected from Remente as far as resources, alerts, detailed letters to motivate me, a calendar view of how many times I’ve consistently kept up with a goal, etc.
Good review
I think this app really helps you if you have some problems in your life you don’t know how to deal with or have some struggles either way it really has a positive vibe and will help you achieve in life
Disappointed
I thought the upgrade would allow me the extra functionality the app needed and it didn’t. I went back to them within the 14 days (that they expressly mention) to say I wanted to cancel my upgrade. I emailed twice (the only option) and got no response. It’s been 4 months and still trying. Very disappointed.
I can’t read the article to the end
Why every article cut off in the middle. I am a premium user.
