A very powerful and effective spiritual exercise!!
I am so grateful for this App. It has helped my soul to heal and to flourish. I have found it both soothing and convicting, comforting and challenging…offering very real exercises to draw closer to Jesus. I can’t recommend it enough!
Fantastic app but bad voice selection
I loved this app until the foreign accents of the different readers made it impossible to follow along. This app is made by a man whose ministry is primarily for men. Why use women with hard to understand foreign accents to read the prayers? Please make it so you can choose the voice you want.
Awesome!
These prayers have been so helpful for me. One thing that takes it down to 4 stars is I wish I could reset the sections. It’s hard to remember where I am.
Great app… poor update
Latest updates for app has music significantly lower in mix which is unfortunate as I was really enjoying the original experience. Now at the volume I’m used to, the voice is way too loud!
The 30 Day To Resilience
This was such a liberating and insightful wonderful experience. I do in fact, feel more resilient and confident to keep putting Jesus first on a daily basis and simple yet impactful ways. I feel so good about strengthening our relationship. THANK YOU!
App does not open!
I have tried to open this app on my iPhone but onlya white screen appears. I have tried to report the problem through Apple and directly to the web developer but have found no way to do so. I am seeking to deepen my faith through John Eldridge”s excellent One Minute Pause NOT the frustration of not being able to find help! My friend has had the same exact issue on her Samsung phone and ended up deleting the App:-(
Start and end your day with this
I heard about this through a podcast John was on discussing his book ‘resilience.’ It has been a tremendous help in learning to start and end my day loving Jesus and allowing him to heal my soul. Only suggestion to make this app 5 stars is to allow airplay so I can hear it on my smart speakers. Thanks!
Blessing
This has been a blessing and what I needed right now in my life. This has taught me to meditate deeper in the Word and to glean so much more than I ever expected. Thankyou for developing this app for people like me. It has refreshing, awe-inspiring and very revealing.
Deep, meaningful, helpful
My husband and I both appreciated 30 Days to Resilient. Difficult concepts were made easier to comprehend. We grew closer to God through these sessions, bringing us more resilience in a difficult time of life. Thank you.
I still love this but...
I enjoyed having the facility to mute the music and/ or voice. These valuable options seems to have disappeared in the last few days. Could they be restored if possible. Thank you in any case for such a helpful app to keep me keeping in tune with God.
Changed my life
This app has been such a blessing. Going through the 30 days to resilience and experience Jesus felt like I was being ushered into a deeper place with Jesus. My walk with God has been completely changed and the way I sit with Him will be forever different. Thank you John and your team, with all my heart, thank you.
Thank you
Thank you to this app, Ive become more resilient in knowing that God is with me, peaceful mind and strength for my day ahead.
Pause
This App is so great I have been angry and stressed and this app works for me
You need this. We all do.
This has been an absolute blessing to my life as well as to the lives of the people I’ve shared it with. I’ve received beautiful ways to help me along in my prayer life that are going to be pillars for my spiritual journey with Jesus. Learning to pause in this continuously fast paced world is so so vital. So grateful for this ministry, and all things from the Wild At Heart team.
My favorite App
God has used this app to help me in so many ways. I’ve been on a journey of learning how to pray and giving more time to pray. I heard about this app on the wild at heart podcast and it’s been transformative for me and all the people I share it with. Highly recommend it!
Awesome App
I have been using this app for a bit over 5 years. Sometimes it is a rescue, other times an encouragement and it always calls me deeper into Jesus. I have been through the Experience Jesus and 30m Days to Resilient programs multiple times and always discover something new each time.
Anchors My Day
I have been through some very rough waters the past two years. The Pause App and all of its programs have helped me keep my faith and my hope anchored in Jesus Christ. My trust in God grows stronger every day by using the app over and over again. Bless John and his team for making it available free of charge.
