爪力極弱且客服只會甩鍋，極不推薦！
在這平台同一台機台夾了 10 幾次(大約花了3000多日幣)，結果什麼也沒夾到。爪子根本沒力，每次都只是輕輕「摸」一下娃娃而已。向客服反應爪力太鬆，對方竟然暗指是我技術問題。 但我先前在別的平台、甚至這平台的其他機台，都是 10 次以內（甚至 4 次）就能順利夾到，很明顯就是這台機台設定有問題！客服只會一味否認，並以「還是有其他客人靠自己實力夾到」這種話來甩鍋。當我詢問究竟需要玩幾次才能獲得工作人員的協助（Assist）時，客服卻回覆「對所有顧客皆不公開 Assist 的次數」。 完全不透明的機制加上檢討玩家的客服態度，令人非常失望，再也不會消費了。 I spent over 3,000 JPY and played the same machine more than 10 times, only to end up with nothing. The claw had virtually no strength and just lightly touched the prize each time. When I reported this to customer support, they implied that it was due to my lack of skill. However, I have easily won prizes within 10 tries (even as few as 4 tries) on other platforms and other machines within this same app—proving that the issue clearly lies with this specific machine. The support team simply denied any problem, claiming that "other players managed to win on their own." When I asked how many attempts are required to receive staff assist, they refused to answer, stating that "the number of assists is not disclosed to customers." Unfair machine settings combined with a support team that blames the user. Extremely disappointing experience. I will never spend money here again. このアプリで3,000円以上使い、同じブースで10回以上プレイしましたが、何も獲得できませんでした。アームの力が極端に弱く、毎回景品を軽く撫でるだけでした。サポートに「アームが緩すぎる」と問い合わせたところ、こちらの手腕（技術）不足であるかのような返答をされました。 しかし、直前に他のブースや別サービスでプレイした際は10回以内（4回ほど）でスムーズに獲得できており、明らかにこの台の設定に問題があります。サポートは問題を一切認めず、「自力で獲得しているお客様もいる」と言い逃れをするばかりでした。また、スタッフのアシストを受けるには何回プレイが必要なのか質問したところ、「アシスト回数は公表していない」との回答でした。 不透明な設定と、ユーザーに責任を押し付ける誠意のない対応には極めて失望しました。二度と課金することはありません。

Be warn this app is getting cheating and suspense your account once if u invest and won much items, they do not provide any proof and just suspend account and quote there is violation, need to report this to the Japan police for conducting such cheating practices

Irresponsible
There was a problem with the machine when the prize has been stuck. No staff comes to assist and the customer service has told me that cannot be assisting because the spending has not been reached even though the prize is stuck and non-moveable. Since I have spent so much previously, I have to continue spending to catch “air” until they can earn enough, then the staff started to assist. The second incident is when the prize fall, the arm length becomes insufficient to reach the prize. They say this is not considered as winning. The staff came to assist, but the staff move the prize away from the original position instead of retain it at same position before it falls, the staff intentionally makes it much harder to get so that they can earn more!

It is almost a specification that can be removed with about 5 plays, so it is so conscientious that you are worried!(Laughs) I think it's worth trying .

Won a prize with free play but need to pay JPY800 to purchase points for the shipping fee. Totally not worth the play. The app is not very user friendly and are mostly in Japanese language making it harder to understand the concept. Still prefer Toreba which gives clear overview and provide free shipping.
