Worth it
Thank you for this app, but I just have a request for fixing this issue, when the dispatcher send me trip in the same day, I cannot get this notification. But other days in future is OK. Thanks
Lots to be desired
1) allow me to sync or export trips to calendar or google calendar 2) give the option to send notifications for upcoming trips at various lengths of time: day before, hour before, etc 3) there’s a weird bug sometimes when I click on a notification of an assigned trip, the app bounces between the “upcoming” and “in progress” tabs in rapid succession
Could be better
The app is decent when it works, but it’s not always reliable, as others have mentioned. It sometimes has connection issues. Additionally, notifications are not working properly. It would be great to have notification badges on the app icon to see how many pending trips I have. This app would be 5 stars if they removed the 3-second timer, added dark mode, and had CarPlay support.

I sincerely don’t understand how anybody could give this app fewer than five stars—brother, do you not remember how cumbersome it used to be to fill out trip manifests by hand?! This app does all the work for you, it could not *possibly* be any easier to use.

As this app have connectivity issues . Last few months it’s been getting very frustrating as this app keeps crashing and doesn’t connect to network it’s keeps on buff mode.

Suggestion
This is as simple as it gets for drivers. Relevant info is clear and simple to use. Unlike most apps however, when there are changes made regarding jobs, allocations, locations etc, the app doesn’t show a wee red circle on the front of the app. This would be a useful addition to remind drivers of notifications that haven’t been viewed yet. Can you also make the app compliant with Apple Car play so that drivers can view details on the car screen instead of’ or in addition to the phone display. Only info required would be passenger name, contact number, job card number location for PU and DO
Constant Loading loop for pending jobs
Please fix this problem. It keeps delaying my jobs and keeps happening at least once a week.
a good start, it could be better
This is much better than filling out pieces of paper to submit for each ride provided. that being said, I do have a few programming suggestions: 1) use notifications badges. if I am not with my phone when the alert comes in, I will never know there is a job waiting for me to approve. 2) allow for custom tones. the iPhone version plays the default alert tone. without badges, there is no way to identify that tone as being meaningful. 3) make it CarPlay compatible.

Probably deserves 3 stars for functionality… However, this app pulls of a full 5 star review for great customer service from LA and 5 stars for the ease of use it provides for running my business. I hope the LA team keeps updating the app and making improvements!
Navigation issues.
Even if you enter the postal code, the system can still take you to other cities. What a great navigation.
Please remove the three-second on settings.

Everything is fine except for one problem. The app is on constantly accessing your location data with GPS, even when not in use. Battery drain

App rarely notify about new jobs. Badge does not show when Jon are added. The office have to Call me every time they send a new job. Please make it work. Other than that is a good app. Then I give 5 stars. Sorry

Unstable
At times I have to restart this app several times. I’ve found it to be extremely unreliable and unstable most of the time. Always have to have a paper backup.

I have to turn my iPhone on and off five or six times a day.I am constantly getting the stupid spinning circle in the middle of the screen and it is extremely annoying… Especially while I’m driving.

Solid app
This is a pretty solid app. It’s nice to be able to switch between Google and Waze. Notifications seem to be hit or miss. I would like to see them add the ability to go back and view completed jobs.

Garbage
I’m not sure if the people that developed this app know their business. I’m not sure they’ve ever been in a car before. Every action in the app has a 3 second timer and there are a dozen steps to every task so simple things take far longer than necessary. Heads up to drivers being asked to use this software: there is no tipping function built into the app. I’ll say that again: somebody built a car service app but didn’t consider how drivers would be tipped. Folks I wish I was making this up. Also random items that will be missing from the bill, so you’ll need to know the total in your head when you ring your passenger up or you’ll have no idea what to charge. If you’re being asked to use this software: run!!!!
