Great app and great support
Horrible code
I’ve been locked out of my car for hours because of their trash code and horrible maintenance of their app. Very low quality service.
No Access app
Unauthorized Access to the Driver AML app As I send this message I cannot open the app because it said that I was deactivated. I want to know the reason. It ask to see my administrator. Thanks!
Customer service
You can’t get anyone on the phone. We you need a matter to speak of importance. They do not respond in a timely manner on the app.
Worse app ever
Delete the app bring back phones cause ya boomer of a car rental company is trash

They are all rude and never help the drives, if the owner of the company don’t do this, American lease will be bankruptcy by 2025.

Bad service
Wait too long, costumer service extremely bad. People are on their phone or talking to each other while costumer are waiting. Don’t go there
Hidden charges when you will return the car
As per contract, they told me that i have to pay weekly rent and if i want to return a car i need to tell them one week before through app. I followed the procedure but they charge me $120 extra because there app has some issues and it does not give the exact date when your week will end. Their mistake, their app have issue, their fault and still they steal $120 from my account. Guess what! They don’t even pick your call.
Disaster
Never see a payment app doesn't work and the stupid security alarm in the car is been peeping non stop I've been on the phone waiting for almost an hour for anybody to answer and never happened worst company ever to rent from Do Not Recommend
