Платят слишком мало пустая трата времени и топлива в пустую ехать к клиенту по 20 минут а потом убирают работу а если повезло получить клиента то меняют его цену после посадки посадила в итоге за час заработаешь 5$ которые уйдут на бензин и остаешься не с чем в этой компании водители совсем не заработают никаких денег что за благотворительный фонд по наживанию денег с наивных водителей которые ждут в списке ожидания в убере и лифте и все деньги забирает себе компания жаль что тлс пока не додумалась проводить расследования в этих мошеннических схем компаний ведь мта платит совсем другие деньги за эти поездки не может поездка из Бронкса в бейридж Бруклина стоить 20$ это минимум 80$ поездка с учетом траты 2часов времени на эту поездку!

Full of bugs
There’s always problem excepting trips for the driver when Waze is on when you hit on the trip to accept on the notification bar, it doesn’t show on the app. When they send you a trip before you finish the last drop off it’s hard to accept. There’s always a bug.

I think Myles is doing great and I’m liking it but one thing I think drivers need respect from the support team they don’t speak professionally
Didnt resolve the issues
Cant accept the ride while doing a job. Cant update payments on app. Just not working. Please update any issues on time cuz not everybody have time to come to the office for small issues. Everybudy is buzy.

Excellent app to work great interface super professional the only bad things is that they take to long to pay they take almost 3 weeks to deposit your payment if they improve that could be the best voucher apps in the market.

This app doesn’t have any standard for payment minutes and miles And if you’re stuck in a traffic, they don’t pay more Who said this app is the best in New York City? I’m so surprising for that. The best are Uber and Lyft only

Just as the title says. This app needs to be able to run as side by side not have one device designated solely for it. Need to run on the IOS screen with IOS Stage manager support as a side by side and multi app running on the same screen instead of swiping between apps when notifications are popping up.

These company its the worst app ever i seen. the app has no map the dispatch its horrible the pay its so low they break every single rule on the book they will make you drive 15-20min to the passanger make u wait nother 15min u have to call the passanger they will never answer their phone then you have to call dispatch wait at least 10 min so basically 40+ min wasted and you only get $5 no show fee. I went to the office i spoke to the mean asian guy very unprofessional i explained everything so basically he said it is what it is he admitted with his own mouth that they break the rules and they don’t care.nyc has rules its called minimum wage basically he said we don’t care everything documented and alot of screenshots of their fraud system. so since that day they flagged my account basically few days ago they suspended my account today went to the office they made me 2 hours bold guy front desk kept laying to my face telling me the guy named Igor its not here telling me he comes in at 1pm while Igor was upstairs. After 2 hours Igor shows up and tells me you’re done with us you’re account it’s suspended when i asked what is the reason he didn’t have answer then he switched blaming MTA he said we don’t know i said how can Mta suspended my account without any explanation amd MTA doesn’t own this company his response was they don’t need to explain anything hahah what a joke. Igor you mess with the wrong guy buddy i called Mta just the way i was thinking they told me no thats not true we can’t suspend anyone in myle app MTA has nothing to do with that company’s policy. Mr igor someone is lying most likely you and the unprofessional stuff u have in that office but we gonna find out tomorrow im calling TLC ,DPU ,Taxi union and hiring a lawyer im gonna put my name in your paycheck.
They lied to us about the ride’s bonus but besides that it ok

There is lot of things to write but they don’t care about the passengers and the drivers and only thing they care about their business. Even they don’t deserve one star. When anything happens and we call to call support we have to wait more than 15 minutes. Can you believe? Please update your office with necessary staffs.
