This is a horribly predatory company that should be out of business. They have zero concern for the driving partners who pay their checks. Terrible customer service. They also take zero accountability for their own mistakes. The absolute worst.
Worth it if you make it worth it
The reality is, you’re paying to destroy somebody else’s car. They cover all maintenance and even towing and things such as new tires if you pop one on accident. They respond extremely fast for approvals. If you drive 40 hours a week and your rental costs $400, that’s $10/h it costs you. If you’re driving 60+/h a week, suddenly the cost per hour drops dramatically. They also let you use it for “reasonable personal use” which basically means don’t take it on a road trip, but you can be using it for basic day to day stuff. Renting to drive for uber/lyft/spark/etc only makes sense if you actually do the hours because you’re paying for something you’ll never own but you also never have to worry about a major sudden repair that you can’t afford. TLDR: you need to actually be working the hours to make ANY rental worth it. By the way, the issues people mention about poor customer support and stuff are all years ago posts and the company seems to have made drastic changes because they’ve worked with me every single time I’ve ever had an issue and they were fast about it. I can only give 4 stars because they don’t have electric options- if they had some Tesla’s I could rent, it would be 5 stars. You get what you pay for you- and the cost at the end of the day is actually up to you (per hour cost)
OVERCHARGED
I used the rental company for several months. I decided to end the rental. I didn’t have time for drop off so I let them come get it. Then I returned the key to the office, and there is STILL a $300 key charge, after returning the key plus several calls. Yesterday, I called again and they even hung up on me. They also didn’t take the $250 deposit off my bill. I planned to pay, but NOT that much of an overcharge. I could debate some of the other charges, but those are the main TWO that NEED adjustment. I have been reaching out for months. Now decided to write a review. They deserve less than 2 stars, but I rented the car willingly for $400/week for a few months.
New app update
The new update on the app it kool however if your making a particular payment when you type it on the keyboard a number then the keyboard doesn’t go away so you can confirm the payment so I had to call the customer service number to make a payment please fix this on the app please
No issues so far
Been with them for 2 weeks and I’m starting week 3 tomorrow they are the best company to deal with so far Finished my first 8 week run with buggy in Atlanta best in the area

Buggy has worked with me when I didn’t have the money to pay the weekly payment I was 4 days late. They do everything they can to help you keep your rental so you can make money.Thank you, I would recommend them to a friend or family member. In fact I’ve told countless people who were looking to get into rideshare about buggy.

worst company you could ever rent from. cars are not in the best of shape and way too expensive per week. and what they don’t tell you is they service the the vehicle no matter where you are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. REPORTING TO BBB

Took my deposit
I had to pay a deposit for the car and they promised they would send it back but when I returned the car they didn’t. I called multiple times and there was still no help. People either hang up or say they will call back with the progress but never do. They also charged me for days they said they wouldn’t. They closed because of weather and promised I wouldn’t be charged for the days the physical store and roads were closed. Their cars are also expensive. Honestly an awful company. India based scam company to steal money from their customers with over priced services and promises. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this app or use this company.

I haven’t had any problems with the app. Everything is working just fine. Buggy can be very convenient and has helped me a lot!!

Avoid This Rental for Rideshare! Hidden Fees & False Promises
Rented a car for a month to drive with Uber, but the excessive fees made it impossible to earn a fair wage. The rental itself was overpriced, but the worst part was the **$6 "processing fee" per toll**—often costing more than the toll itself! Even worse, a **manager promised to remove the charges** and transferred me to customer service, where the next agent had **no idea what I was talking about**. After working long hours, high gas prices, and these hidden fees, I ended up making **less than minimum wage**. **Stay away** if you're doing rideshare—this company squeezes drivers with unfair costs and empty promises.

They are super friendly and nice customer support service. You probably don’t know how to use the app they always respond if you call the right team for support. It’s way better than Herts company. Most the time they will say God bless you. Tell me other companies does that,also if you have a hard situation just let them know they will help you and give you the best they could . Herts does that or other companies near by. Never 👎

Don't do it.
This company is the worst for renting for rideshare. They charge you a hefty deposit and first week up front then immediately charge you the following Monday even if you picked up the car on a Thursday or Friday. They cut the car off as soon as you're late. They call and threaten you. They're Indian employees are associated with scammers so you start to get calls and text for scams like express lane tolls, and tickets that could affect your license and they seem to happen when you use a toll road. Don't make the mistake of renting from them, go with avis, or one of the others that won't cut your car off because you're a day late and a dollar short, and buy a car even at $700 a month it's cheaper than the $1600-$1800 you will give them for a basic level Chevy Malibu.

Useless
The only thing this app does is let you know your rental info (vehicle info, and how much you pay) Other than that forget it there’s no customer service info, If you try to get any useful information it freezes and you’re done… the option to have someone respond seems like it’s for advertisment purposes only so again completely useless, on top of Buggy being the most expensive rental company with hidden fees and the price advertised in the Uber app is false advertisement, getting anything done in the app forget about, just call and wait on hold!

New things need to be changed
They need to give you the option to remove a card on the app instead having to call customer support to remove it for you. The phone options changed where i was able to call the billing department directly now i get just customer service and it goes straight to voicemail. This is totally unacceptable and things need to change. Give us to power to add and remove cards in the app. If not they will charge that card and they have not been good on communication and getting back with results.
