⚠️ WARNING — Please Stay Away From This App
Guys, please be very careful with this app. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from it. I used this app in the past to make money, and everything was okay at the beginning. However, over the past six months, I completed work worth more than $2,500, and I still have not been paid. I contacted their Finance team countless times. Every time, I received what appeared to be an automated/AI response saying that the payment would be processed within 30 days, but the payment never came. On top of that, I was also incorrectly charged/credited due to an issue on their end. When I contacted them about that issue, I was told that I could not reverse it or go back and correct it. I have spent a significant amount of time contacting them and following up, with no meaningful resolution. Please do your own research before working with this company. I would not recommend putting your time or money at risk. I’m sharing my experience so others can be careful and hopefully avoid going through the same situation.
Nice app but could be better
The app is user-friendly, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn’t receive as many offers as I expected. Definitely recommend GetTransfer for hassle-free transfers!
Doesn’t pay on time
Everything works fine with the app, now they have reduced the commission percentage as well but. This app takes 3-4 months to pay to drivers. In today’s world where payments go through in less than 24 hours, they have created slowest system to pay to drivers. The customer’s payment process as soon he/she accepts the offer but it takes 70-80 days for it to reach to driver. I have no idea what kind of scam it is.
Need to add more features
1- If a customer arrives earlier than the scheduled pickup time, the driver should be allowed to adjust the pickup time accordingly. 2- There is no clear breakdown of earnings per trip, and completed trips are taking too long to update in the system. 3- Payments should be processed on a weekly basis to ensure timely compensation for drivers.

Very Disappointing Experience – Payment Still Not Received
I have been working with GetTransfer for about 2 months, and I am still waiting for approximately $1,800 that they owe me. I contact support almost every day, but I keep getting different responses. Sometimes they say there is a system error, and other times I receive an automated AI reply that does not actually solve the problem. They have a 30 working days payment plan, but it has already been around 2 months for me and I still have not received my money. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I worked for this money and I expect to be paid on time. I would not recommend other drivers to use this platform until they fix their payment system and start paying drivers properly.

As a driver I really like transparency in app.
Did not Pay
I did many rides in a month. But unfortunately they did not pay me single penny. All the time they have lame excuses. I work more than US $ 900. Sent many emails but any one bother to contact me. All the time i got auto reply. No driver helpline number. If any one got response please help me.

Warning to Drivers — They Don’t Pay
Very bad experience. GetTransfer has not paid my driver earnings even though the promised 30-working-day payment period passed months ago. I contacted them three or four times through messages and emails, but they have not solved the problem or paid me. They only delay and make excuses. Based on my experience, this feels like fraud and a scam. Drivers should be very careful and avoid accepting trips until GetTransfer pays its drivers.
