Rien ne fonctionne
Après plus d’un mois de discussion avec des gens qui répondent au bout de cinq ou six jours, je n’arrive toujours pas à me connecter à l’application ni sur PC, j’y suis arrivé en envoyant un document avec mon adresse d’adressage que m’a fait parvenir mon expert-comptable. Je me suis mis cette URL en favoris et je peux y accéder qu’en partant par-là Je ne peux pas envoyer des Factures par mail, après les avoir faite, j’ai deux sociétés une des deux est inexistante.

Cela fait plus d’une semaine que ma pièce d’identité est examinée, alors qu il est précisé 1 jours ou deux , nous arrivons bientôt en septembre et je ne sais pas si mon compte est effectif ! Et aucun numéro à appeler ni adresse mail pour avoir des infos

Mise à jour fin mars 2026. Impossible d’accéder à mes anciennes factures et devis. On me demande des choses incompréhensible! Je recherche une autre application car j’ai des factures à faire….

Eine tolle App, aber nicht für das IPad ausgelegt. Für IPad Nutzer würden mehr Kunden diese App nutzen

J’utilise depuis pré de 5 ans ce logiciel en payant c’est vraiment bien. gros bémol l’application mobile n’est pas assez complète. ( pas de possibilité d’accès à la gestion du compte) merci de bien vouloir faire des mises à jour pour rendre l’application mobile plus complète.
Numérotation de facture ?!?
Le logiciel ne vous propose aucune numérotation de facture cohérente, si ce n’est Fact test 1 impossible d’avoir une numérotation correcte par exemple année mois, date, puis un numéro qui s’incrémente

L’application dans son ensemble est simple d’utilisation et complète, j’ai la version payante. Serait-il possible de développer une version tablette optimiser pour. Car elle et ridicule sur l’ipad pas ergonomique l’écran et petit en paysage. Voilà sinon très bonne application

Wenn man die App öffnet und seine Rechnungen anschauen will, dreht sich das Rädchen minutenlang bis man endlich die Rechnungen sieht. Manchmal öffnen sie sich gar nicht. Ich habe immer eines der neueren IPhones, das aktuellste Betriebssystem und die App wird natürlich auch immer aktualisiert. Das Problem besteht aber seit Jahren. Ich dachte Digitalisierung soll entlasten und nicht belasten 🤔

Très bonne application, Simple et rapide, il manque simplement la possibilité, par le biais d’un devis envoyé de créer un acompte sans pourcentage près défini, mais de choisir le montant souhaité.

Not a app that you down oad and can’t use unless you pay. Actually able to design professional invoices and send them in a few clicks I downloaded 4 apps before this that were all pay before you could make a invoice fantastic for me exactly what I needed 5 star!

L’application était bien mieux avant, on pouvait visualiser le résultat final de nos brouillons avant de les envoyer maintenant on ne peut plus ce qui rend l’application totalement obsolète. Merci avec votre maj vous avez supprimé la seul action qui était intéressante sur votre app.

Depuis quelque temps impossible de me connecter à mon compte
Bonjour depuis quelque temps il m est impossible de me connecter à l’application sur mon IPHONE PRO MAX , j’ai fais la mise à jour afin de ne ps voir de soucis et toujours le même soucis. Cela devient contrariant car sa fais depuis 5 jour je ne peux pas établir de devis pour mes clients. S’il vous plaît apporter une solution à mon soucis car il me serait regrettable d’aller chez votre concurrent alors que tout fonctionnait très bien avant tout ça.

I just started freelancing. I’ve had to send invoices before, creating and editing my own, but this has made things SO EASY. It makes sorting out payment after the job quicker (especially for repeat customers and job types) so I can focus on other things. Would recommend 👌🏼

Très bon outil pour démarrer une activité
Que se soit sur le web ou par l’application, cet outil est complètement adapté pour le départ d’une activité quelconque. Manque juste un peu de personnalisation de facture mais sinon rempli bien son job. Personnellement j’ai la version à 17euros par mois et cela suffit amplement pour démarrer ( Je suis dans le secteur mécanique automobile ).
Déçu
Si ce n’était pas aussi chi*** de changer de logiciel de facturation, je le ferai de suite. Tout n’est pas à jeter bien sûr, mais au niveau de l’app, quand je clique sur factures, ça mouline pendant au moins 3 minutes. J’ai pourtant un très bon réseau. Donc c’est un enfer à chaque fois tout ce temps perdu.

ça avait l'air top mais je tourne en rond dans les paramètres impossible de modifier le pays de facturation pour mettre la france ... dommage

I unfortunately have had problem after problem since the update last year. Every time I email the customer help I don’t get a quick response and I am unable to run my business effectively as a result. Very very frustrating
iPad issue
App is just what I needed. Works perfectly on my iPhone and PC, however when running on my iPad it does not fill the screen ??
Account gone!
I’ve been using this app for a few months and have found it very easy to use and it has been great for my invoicing needs. Until the most recent update. Now I can’t log in and it is telling me that my account doesn’t exist. Please fix this ASAP.

Parfait, sauf que des fois j’ai envie de modifier la Facture après avoir appuyé sur approuvé mais je n’arrive pas, dans la version d’avant c’était possible et le deuxième c’est au niveau des dates y a un soucis je ne sais ps pourquoi mais quand je mets une date de facturation et j’enregistre après je redémarre l’application je trouve aujourd’hui au lieu de la date enregistrée je sais pas si vous voyez ce que je veux dire mais je trouve que l’ancienne version est mieux et plus simple… 👌🏼
Only invoicing app that works for me
I’m a freelancer with a huge variety of clients that’s been using Asto for a long time - since the announcement of their closing Zervant is THE ONLY and I mean the only (I’ve really tested them all) - invoicing app that works for me. Option to change template, clear UX and great flexibility. The only thing I would please please ask from the dev team is that you add the option to use letters in the invoice number prefix - this is something I find essential as a freelancer with many clients to differentiate between jobs. Otherwise perfect so far!

Great app but something missing
It would be great if we could duplicate information we insert for payment. Instead of retyping it over and over again (referring to the item being invoiced for if this is workdays. So I could copy and paste multiple times and just change the dates)
Crashes everytime I try to open it. Hopeless!

Not working properly since recent update.
I use the app for making and sending invoices. It has been great but since a recent update to the app it hasn't been working properly and I can't approve and close an invoice or mark it as been paid. I can't save the invoice as pdf to download to file on my iPhone. I can't send the invoice by email or share it from within the app. I just get a message saying oops that hasn't worked. I have sent a couple of messages regarding the issue with no response from the company, so I am hoping that they will respond to this review.
