A stupid Bank App
I never used a bank with such stupid process. We accidentally appointed non-European colleague as account holder, and as a result (???) the account was deactivated. And we wanted to fix this issue by appoint another European colleague, and we were asked to close the account. Because the non- European account holder cannot appoint another account. This is the most stupid process I have never seen.

While we like the offerings we think it is too expensive credit card and general yearly accounting rate. We plan to move to another bank soon.

Une application à l’interface conviviale et un service client irréprochable. Tout est clair et facile. On a bizarrement envie de se connecter à son compte en banque.
Pésimos servicio al cliente
Abrí mi cuenta hace dos semanas y no he podido empezarla a usar. He mandado varios chats para ayuda al cliente y me mandan un mail diciendo que se comunicarán lo antes posible y ya llevo así una semana.
Some basic bugs
Mobile says my account is closed and web app says it’s open. My account is open 😉 Also, quite a few feature/ function disparities between mobile and web app.
Pas au niveau de Revolut Business
Qonto c’est très bien mais attention les frais montent très vite. Pas de carte pour les paiements à l’international par défaut donc 2% par charge en USD par exemple. Les options sont très basiques et ils y a des encarts constamment pour vous rappeler de passer au forfait supérieur. Avec une vraie carte à 20€/mois et quelques fonctionnalités, on est à 50€/mois. Pour une EI, c’est un peu cher surtout comparé à Revolut Business qui offre les même fonctionnalités à… 9€/mois. De plus, Revolut propose une option “commerçant “ avec l’option Tap to Pay pour encaisser directement sur votre iPhone.

Frozen Funds
Currently Qonto is illegally withholding funds from me that are being direct deposited from a German employer as well as child welfare funds paid by the German government. They continue to tell me excuses and promise the money will be available within a week and I am now having to pay an attorney to take legal action. Highly recommend that you do not register for an account with Qonto for this reason.

Ca fait presque trois ans que je suis chez Qonto pour ma petite société, et très contente notamment : leur service client, réactif, compétent et super aimable. Leur interface web. Leurs notifications et communication. Les banques traditionnelles font pâle figure ! je continue avec Qonto

Quand cela sera t’il opérationnel? Voici 3 mois que ceci était imminent En attendant je vous propose un abattement de 50% sur le prix de la carte J’ai deux comptes chez Qonto le transfert de l’un à l’autre prend plus de temps que vers un compte étranger. Étrange et déplorable
