Fast delivery
Perfect
Terrible tracking and then still delivered to the wrong address!
Order was placed at a store that’s a 5 minute drive, but took two hours to arrive, and was delivered to a house 4 houses down.
Good but needs fixing with some things
Decent app but there seems to be an issue when different areas have same road names and numbers, sometimes it changes the location. Luckily in my case it’s not far from me and staff at the other store are always super helpful but someone might not even realise and their food could get delivered somewhere else after paying.

Its Still Broken
I have now placed the order six different times on different occasions for various Pizza Huts in my neighbourhood all of them after about a 30 minute period whether for delivery or collection they get marked as cancelled but after online the money does not reverse and I have not driven to ghost those six times for some reason there is a time out and it doesn’t work no store received the order.
Address functionality is really bad
App itself is not bad and work quite well. The user interface is good and it is easy to place your order. However, it doesn’t remember your setting correctly, specifically addresses. And the address functionality is really really bad. It keeps mixing up addresses. You can find it through the search, but then pulls it through incorrectly, which you can only see after the order is confirmed. This results in the order being often placed at Pizza Hut’s no where near your actual address. Then the pizza either arrives cold, not at all, or you need to phone to confirm where the order has actually been and change the address. This defeats the purpose of the App entirely!

Good but not Great
User interface experience is good. There are some address issues, for example I put in my address correct but once I finalized my order it had changed on the order history. I paid by card on the app but soon realized there’s no track order function which gives MAJOR ANXIETY!!. There was a pay cash/card on delivery option, for all my anxious people that is the way to go. For me paying online provides obligation ties - like cash/card on delivery they could just choose to ignore your order. So for that reason a tracking function can go a loooonngg way. Also there’s no refund or complaint option on the order history - when my order arrived it was missing a topping but the driver was more than willing to go back. If there was a complaint section I could’ve claimed the money for the missing topping and saved the driver time and petrol. My order did get delivered though the second time around as well, thankfully 😅🙏🏾.
No driver tracking
Why can’t I track my driver in the app? Order was supposed to arrive 20 minutes and I have no update as to where it is. This is just off putting because all the other have this feature

Why on earth is there a persistent notification on this app?! And it’s just so frustrating not be able to track my order when i place it. Another thing, do you even keep order history on this app when i have signed in? Seems it’s forever new whenever i sign in.
Great but don’t trust the payment gateway
The app has improved a lot over the years but I don’t trust the payment gateway for credit and debit cards. Maybe look at integrating ozow for instant eft payments.

Address issue

I have never experienced anything wrong with the app. The prices are so much more affordable than other apps. I’m obsessed! I’ve never had a wrong order. Thank you pizza hut for the quality pizza and desserts! From a satisfied customer !
App needs fixing
App does not send the order through to the Branches. You recieve an email confirmation thinking your order is being made, just to call when time exceeded to hear your order did not arrive at the branch.

Ridiculous delivery time
I had my order confirmed at 19:45 and have not received my order at 21:21 Radiokop Pizza Hut has seriously disappointed me and they have no available support numbers that work
