👍👍👍👍👍

Faulty
Used to work fine. Now cant delete messages and have a red notification stuck over it all the time for unread messages. Sloppy coding. Stuff like this makes you use your credit up, delete the app, and go somewhere else. Petty? No. Their app has become an in-your-face platform for advertising, while others make just as good coffee without pestering apps.
Slow and too many steps
The old Vida app was great. This one is slow and has too many extra stepsZ
Service Sandton City
You have such a great app but you also need friendly and efficient staff behind the counters.I was at your Sandton City kiosk today and the service was so poor and so slow ,it was like your staff was doing me a favour
Excellent service at Waterfall country estate
vida e caffè at Waterfall Country Estate is consistently amazing and one of those places you can rely on every single time. BBB The service is excellent — staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They get the basics right, which makes all the difference. Orders are made properly, coffee is fresh, and there’s real attention to detail. If you ask for something specific — like a latte extra hot — they actually do it properly. No eye-rolling, no half measures, just competence and care, which is surprisingly rare. It’s a consistently pleasant experience: good coffee, friendly people, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Verdict: Reliable, professional, and welcoming — exactly how a great coffee spot should be.
Mr Davidlea White
Excellent service. I should be charged R10 for whipped cream topping. This is the same as cocoa sprinkle or cinnamon sprinkle. It should be compliments of vida
Great and easy App
Well done Vida! The App is great and functions well.
Good but App is a little laggy
Nice but needs that smooth transition, but jumpy in parts.
Original app good. This one is great!
Nice app evolution with smoother experience and great features. I haven’t used it yet but ordering ahead is definitely got me excited. Well done, Vida é Caffé!
