I just moved to eastrand Boksburg and as a person who relay with Zulzi l just found out the app is not working this side..please expand cause l miss using my Zulzi app
Not happy after update
Having to spend a minimum of R100 to get things is forcing customers to buy things they not intending to get.. complete disappoint. It’s now literally the same as other apps. Very unhappy
CARD TOKENISATION
Please can we please get card tokenisation. We use virtual cards and It’s getting frustrating having to enter the CVV every time one checks out.
They can do better.
The drivers are losing the plot. It’s even more expensive than Checkers. They have imposed a minimum checkout fee. This is really not a good app anymore. They’re only convenient because of their hours.
Functioning of the app
I love Zulzi, but the app has a tendency of not logging in and saying I need to check my connection and try again. And when I click the try again button, nothing happens the page just stays the same. Because of this I cannot buy anything or use the app in general
Fast deliveries ever
Zulzi is the best and fastest delivery platform. My orders are delivered as quickly as possible, Besties keep the dinks cold 🔥🔥
Bad side
Cannot sure client order history which means you can’t trace back to your order on undelivered items. Cannot easily report on the app you to call or email to get to communicate your frustrations.

Other than the app being dreadfully slow, I love the concept and love the convenience ✨✨
Inaccurate app, out of sync constantly
It’s been years and Zulzi vang master simple hos tracking and real time location updates. Unbelievabley BAD
Map problems
The maps always has problems its either it doesn’t show the driver at all or it just shows tge driver at the wrong place

I love the convenience of the delivery but the scones where not baked properly and I always order them
Nice one
Slowly but surely getting it right. One comment, if you are under pressure and app crashes, just have a pop up to inform the users, it will help you and the customers and prevent upset patrons.
Laggy app
App is very slow and laggy. Search bar on occasion refuses to work.
App Performance
The app constantly freezes. You can't track your order on the app when a driver is on the way as the location is never accurate. The new feature with the security code is neat but then when the app is constantly freezing, I have found myself in multiple situations where I cannot even go to the screen to get the code to give to a driver. The performance of the app has greatly decreased with all the new additions (which we love).
Fastest delivery service better
They are way better than uber and checkers, fast delivery and convenient times to order - I have been Using it for like 2/3months now and damn I’m impressed
Rubbish App
This app is rubbish.
Happy but..
Your site can be frustrating to search through. When looking for tin foil I got oil. Could not find some items even though they’re in the store. Service is outstanding
Payment not user friendly
When I get to payment, I don’t have an option to switch between my cards. I actually have to allow the payment to fail first before it takes me back to payment page to change the cards. Cmon Zulzi developers man, this is a rookie error. Please fix this soonest
App tracking
The App is convenient. But they have to work on their driver tracking. It seems to show that the driver arrived based on the estimated arrival time and not the actual driver tracking
Practical innovation
Zulzi is one of the most underrated innovations in SA. Ordering my prescription medication and essentials in one cart, paying with medical aid + debit card in a single transaction, at 10pm… From bed… That’s next-level customer experience.
Surge Charge
I’ve been using the app for years. Since this new surge charge. I honestly don’t want to use it. If it’s peak hours. I rather be given an option to either wait longer to get my order later or pay. Not be compelled to pay it. Already I’m paying delivery fees. If they stick to 15 min delivery time. Why must I be imposed to pay for their efficiency?
Great but could be better
Please provide the ability to turn off marketing notifications. I only want notifications related to my order and nothing else.
Great Service but the app glitches
I love the service that is provided, how quick the delivery is, the availability of items, etc. But the app always glitches. I find myself not being able to change my location, pick items or like now - not being able to even use the app once it’s open - like I can’t press anything. It’s just stuck. Please fix it.

Service
From 15mins delivery to an hour sometimes 2 hours. They are service is no longer good like it used to be. Driver taking our change instead of crediting it to wallet. I hate Zulzi lately

Very poor Service, I’ve been waiting for now 30 minutes just for them to finish preparing 2 items.
Searching
Search engine needs to refine, fir eg a huge waste of time wading through white toilet paper and white bleach and white toothpaste when you searched for white sugar
Canceled order and dont want to refund my money
I ordered and they canceled order and said my money will be credited. It is not credit nor refund. They dont answer messages nor calls. I wish there was 0 or negative star rating coz they deserve worse than that
Not reliable
Zulzi full of nonsense the driver comes to the gate for 1 min then disappears and if you message him in the app he does not respond Aaron moyo is the driver they sent this guy comes and goes immediately even my security says he never waited for 1 minute, this is bad service
No support
Things are usually fine. But when something goes wrong there’s no way to contact anyone. I’ve placed an order and paid, and not received the goods in 5 days and no message nor any way to reach Zulzi.
Great App
I find the app easy to use. The options to approve or reject substitutes is great. Your service has improved greatly since the start of lockdown.
Bad service
Not sure how they got this starting. Just check their online reviews you will be shocked . Worst service ever. Thank god we have other similar apps opening in South Africa one such is called YASSIR, excellent service. For medication I can’t get the name of the app it’s Pretoria based with the most helpful pharmacist. ZulZi thinks they doing a favour to you. Worst service ever. Don’t fall for 20 mins delivery. Wait time time is minimum 80 to 90mins.
Poor service
Whoever answers the contact desk is an absolute waste of time and never answers calls. You’ll be number 1 in the call queue for over 30 minutes as if you’re calling the bank. Deliveries sometimes run over an hour late with no message from Zulzi with regards to whatever the issue is. And there’s nobody to contact

I placed an order for delivery between 10 and 11 am on 15 September 2019 and as of 11:25 no one has arrived The app then crashes and blocks you out when you try to track your order - not very impressed

Best grocery app out there
I absolutely love this app. It does the job always and on time. I enjoy all the features it now has including options for what must the pickers do if they don’t find your product. It’s also great that it works seamlessly with Woolworths, PicknPay, Spar and Dischem (based on where I live). Thanks for a superb app 👌🏾

Update Terrible
I agree with everyone else. The new update is terrible. I used to be a die hard Zulzi user and told all of my friends to use it but now my food is never delivered on time and the app is more confusing than ever to use. Also I don’t understand why they can’t make a favorites category. We all shop for the same products over and over and should be able to access those items quickly! I only buy my produce from Woolies and the new update makes it very difficult to figure out which store I will be ordering from. Zulzi please come out with a new update to fix these issues ASAP as I’m afraid you are quickly losing customers.
