I love using the app. However sometimes in store I am not able to scan my slip and when I get home to a strong WiFi signal the slip says it is expired. Is there a way to rectify this so that a regular user can still scan their slip later when they are unable to do so in store and not miss out on points?

Forcing biometrics
Why does your app force the user to use biometric identification?? It simply won’t allow you any access whatsoever if you don’t enable it. The only thing that would come up is your selection of cupcakes. Please rectify this matter. No app, should force me to save a fingerprint especially a restaurant group that has nothing to do with my safety. This is not even a banking app…

A good app with a nice design and useful info, but doesn’t allow you to leave tips as your transaction is immediately declined when you try.

App not properly integrated
This App is not properly integrated into the different store point of sale systems. There is one store, Canterbury Crossing OTM that have no clue how the App works and buying there is ALWAYS a stuff up. It’s just bearable if I’m buying one drink, but buy more than one thing and pay using subscription and a Vitality Voucher and it’s a colossal mess up. And the transaction history on the app is so inconsistent. For the same purchase using the same payment method but at a different store, the transaction value is different WTF??
No birthday cake?!
Indulge in a free slice of cake on your birthday? Not. For the past two years the app hasn’t recognised my birthday even after deleting and registering again. On my birthday I went into a branch and mentioned this and the waiter shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, you aren’t the only one. No free slice of cake on my birthday! 😕

Cancelled order
I placed an order via the app. When I got to the restaurant they did not have a clue about the order. Then I got a notification that the order was cancelled because items are out of stock, despite them preparing exactly the same order. And now I have to wait 7 days for refund.
Too many app updates
The app, powered by YOYO, is always updating. I use my app at least once a week and every 2 weeks I get to the counter and open the app only to be held at a loading screen. Not being able to access the QR codes to load points, I order without using the app only to see later that it needs an update again. It feels like a conspiracy. They promise you rewards for being loyal but then make the app in such a way that you are not able to use or access these loyalty rewards due to system updates.

I can open this app! All I see are the coffee cups on the cover. I tap, swipe, bang and nothing happens! How does it work? There are three messages for me on my Home Screen but when I open the app nothing!

The app crashes from an iPhone. I have lost points and unable to scan my slip because it is always failing to respond. I have re-installed the latest version numerous times and it still has the same issue
