Buggy App
The app initially was fantastic but now it is becoming a headache bugs everywhere: - error while paying bills - exceptions while making credit cards payments Worst is their customer care who is just interested in closing tickets, i have removed all the bills and credit cards, next would be garage which already started giving errors. I feel they are shutting shop soon.

Regarding PPF and PF tracking
For PF, manual tracking feature should be there when it is managed by Trust so that it is easy to track as for many, the PF is managed by trust Also for PPF, the total interest earned should be displayed separately as we have option to add interest transactions so we can know how much interest earned so far.
Report and withdrawal
The US stock ledger and holding reports are not getting properly through the app. The download statement shows incorrect data. Why can’t we get a contract note for each executed trade in our email. The fund withdrawal is only through Federal account, request if the access can be given to other bank accounts.

I've had money stuck for three months and INDmoney still hasn't fixed it. This app is completely useless for trading or stock investing.
My Funds page UI is messed up
Earlier it was showing total return on bottom right and 1D return beside fund name. Which was good but I don’t know from where you got the idea of this new UI where at bottom right shows 1D return. First it looks bad design wise as it is wrapping the text second it is confusing. Knowing total return upfront seems good along with 1D return besides fund name. Please change back. Also if possible add a persistent filter. So if we want we can set the filter as per our need.

Dedicated dashboard for SIP and Stock each!
I’ve been loving this app so far, but I really miss having a dedicated SIP dashboard. I don't recall the exact layout before, but I was expecting this area to improve rather than become so hard to find. Right now, checking basic details like my total SIP amount, individual investments, and P&L requires navigating deep into each separate SIP page, which is frustrating. Having a central dashboard to see all SIP investments and totals at a glance is such a fundamental feature, could you please implement this as soon as possible?

Latest app upgrade is very bad. Stock specific view is very bad no live data from cboe. UI design is bad. Please roll back this upgrade.
New UI changes are unnecessary
I have been using Indmoney for more than 6 years. However in recent update, the 1D Return and Total returns in mutual funds can’t be viewed simultaneously. I think this update is unnecessary.

Just wanted to thank the devs for making such a nice and beautiful app, I love the little animations and logos, and the smooth app experience. Sounds like a paid review, but I genuinely just wanted to thank the team, no unnecessary cross selling, no paywalled premium low tier system.
Credit card payments are not happening
I don’t know who is the dev whether they are reading logs or not but it’s not happening from months looks like engineers are sleeping.
Money withdrawal bug in family account
Hi Team, The app is used by multiple members of my family, each with access to their respective family accounts/wallets. However, I noticed a potential security/authorization issue today. I am able to initiate a request to withdraw money from another family member’s wallet. This appears to be a bug, as family members should ideally have view-only access to other members’ wallets and should not be able to initiate withdrawals. Could you please review the access permissions and authorization controls for family accounts to ensure that it allows only view and doesn’t have access to perform actions?
Unable to add fund into IND Money App by using my IDFC FIRST Bank Savings Account.
Unable to add fund into IND Money App by using my IDFC FIRST Bank Savings Account. Second issue is After closing Digital Account with Federal Bank Powered by IND MONEY App still my Federal Bank Customer ID or CIF ID showing enable, Please send email to Federal Bank and ask them to Disable my CIF id, I will Thankful to you.
Not working my funds tab
The my funds tab in app is not showing anything. Mine is an older version of IOS 16. Can this be fixed, it was working fine till last week.

The referral program doesn’t work most of the time and the support and help center is pathetic

Disappointing change to 1D Change
The recent decision to restrict the 1D Change feature to shares held through INDmoney is a bad move. One of the key advantages of INDmoney was being able to track your overall portfolio across different brokers. If I have investments with multiple brokers, I should still be able to use INDmoney to see the combined 1D movement of my holdings. Restricting this feature to INDmoney holdings makes the app considerably less useful as a portfolio tracking tool and feels more like an attempt to encourage users to move their investments onto the platform. Some users may have chosen INDmoney specifically because it worked across brokers. Changes like this can fundamentally change how those users use the app. Please reconsider and bring back cross-broker 1D Change tracking.

Such a big company and can’t event effort people who has little knowledge around transactions, how their app works. Disappointing support !!
1 day change feature
The 1 day change feature should include stock price changes from other brokers as well, this was there earlier but now it only shows stocks from indmoney
Not able to make federal bank account
Im not able to make a video call for making a federal account as it ask for microphone access and the permission for the same is not available in the settings. Im using iphone 16 pro. I have updated the app as well. Please solve this issue.

Poor experience on iPad
Landscape mode doesn’t work and once charts are opened in F&O, the back button doesn’t work, so you are forced to exit and reopen.

Indmoney app has many options available for investing and tracking of investments but main application of stocks trading and investing is very ordinary. Information is not available in handy way for stocks, GTT not useful for buying at low prices, order status not clear when buy triggered until it’s filled. No way to cancel unfilled triggered orders. Opens NPS accounts for existing NPS holders also. Graphics looks good but details not informative and so on. If I compare with Zerodha this app is nowhere near to them for stock trading, investing interns of ease of operation.
