Kindly introduce a download option for scheduled repayments in excel which may be very much useful to calculate the xirr.
Deception
Every other bond of theirs comes with uncovered and misleading attractive “returns” and “offers” For eg, take their bonds which advertise as “zero TDS” have a catch(only upto 10k) All they do is continue to mislead and expect people should have read a 200 page document
Attention HUF customers
This app is not suitable for HUF customers, I’m facing too many issues as online service is not available

Everything is good but no customer support. Last 3 days i am trying to chat with wint customer support in app but non of agent joining the chat.

App glitch
The app is continually glitching and in iPad it can’t be used properly. Some default screen is always coming up and can’t be skipped. Resolve it as soon as possible.
Refer & Earn
I am giving 3 star main for their conditions on refer & earn. The money is credited to user only if the referral installs the app via browser. It sounds like an intentional mislead condition as no user would install app via browser when they are redirected to App Store.

FraudApp
am having horrible experience with this platform and after a month its ordeal still continues. I cn surely say thy are fraud. Thy pay up intrests on time, but last transaction with principal & intrest, thy skip saying its paid to account. Most investors are stuck with same issue. They do not have customer support over phone and only email, thy revert with same reply for weeks. Raised my issue with SEBI grievance and smartODR. Hope to get it resolved soon. Request readers to be cautious and don’t invest any, at least large amounts with them. Be cautious.

For investment in bond, this platform is very good, easy to invest easy to withdraw.
False claims
Beware while using these apps that re popping out on Instagram every other day. They have no customer services department. They claim that if you send them a whatsapp query, they will respond under 45 mins. All false. They never reply. There is nowhere to send email and complain about your money lost in transactions while their app malfunctioned. They are spending huge money in gorilla advertising on YouTube and Insta but not spending a dime on customer services. Be careful while trusting them with your hard earned money. Go for any old and respected platform instead.

Good Trustworthy Organisation
Very professional, great app, great organisation with a great team. 25/May/26 edit. Developers look into the timing of the messages that are sent to customers. Receiving updates in the wee hours of the day is not what a good developer would do.
