I’ve been using it for years more or less since 2019. Easiest exchange to use and now has so much more compared to then. Even my mom uses/can use Swissborg to trade bitcoin 😂 not sure what else I can say about how easy it is to use hahaha

Bought so much BORG coins 2022 and can’t seem to access it in the UK anymore. Seems like a scam

Firstly, I love the SwissBorg app. It’s clean, easy to use and feels solid and intuitive. Great UX. Back in 2021 their matching engine to find the optimal prices felt beneficial. However in 2026 time seems to have left it behind. The market is now saturated with high frequency arbitrage - rendering this feature almost irrelevant in high cap assets. It feels to me like now it’s simply another exchange with high fees that’s lost their USP. I’d recommend it as safe, secure, great UX and support, etc. But there are lower fees to be found on Kraken, Binance, Coinbase Pro, et al.
Bugs répétitifs et transferts trop lents
Application simple à utiliser en apparence, mais malheureusement beaucoup trop peu fiable pour un service qui gère des actifs financiers. Les transferts sont très lents, et les bugs sont fréquents : portefeuille qui ne s’affiche plus correctement, impossibilité temporaire d’effectuer des échanges ou des transferts de fonds, fonctionnalités indisponibles sans que l’on sache clairement quand la situation reviendra à la normale. Lorsqu’il s’agit de gérer son argent et ses cryptomonnaies, la fiabilité et la disponibilité devraient être irréprochables. Une interface agréable et intuitive ne suffit pas si l’on ne peut pas accéder à son portefeuille ou déplacer ses fonds au moment où on le souhaite. Après utilisation, je trouve malheureusement que SwissBorg présente bien plus d’inconvénients que d’avantages. Une amélioration importante de la stabilité de l’application, de la rapidité des transferts et de la communication en cas d’incident est vraiment nécessaire.

L'intégration de TradingView pour une meilleure lisibilité des cours sans changer d'app. Ce serait Bienvenu. Surtout depuis que vous avez intégré les prix à l'déclenchement. Et comme toujours, baissez les frais , c'est un enfer !

I’ve been using Swissborg since 2021 and I love it! It’s safe and secure and offers the best spread the best fees and has excellent hands on real life people in support.
Crazed company
Don’t use a VPN or access from abroad. All of a sudden regardless of having an account for many years and never changing behaviour, you’ll be harrassed relentlessly. Even if you reply with an explanation—as if you should need one—they won’t leave you alone. Plenty of far superior platforms out there.

Bonne application de manière générale, mais les frais de conversion annoncés sont la partie visible de l’iceberg.. Malheureusement, les taux de change appliqués sont extrêmement défavorables et cela augmente considérablement les frais totaux. Cette application n’est plus compétitive.
Sécurité du compte
Il n’y a pas la possibilité de mettre en place de 2FA pour protéger le compte je trouve ça assez limite, d’autant que le code pour accéder à l’application est seulement de 4 chiffres, on avait ce niveau de protection dans les années 2000….

Good App - Broken Widgets
My experience with this app has been positive since I started using it a few years ago. However, recently I have noticed that whenever the app needs to update, it seems to break the Home Screen widgets after the update has installed. Then I need to delete and reinstall the app if I want my widgets to work again. Become really annoying as I liked the overview without needing to open the app.

The worst
Without a doubt, one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to misfortune to be involved with. You would need a four year degree to try and understand it and good luck trying to get any help. You end up conversing with a stupid robot for God knows how long and then which will take two days at least and then nothing or minimum I cashed in some coins to GBP account and guess what? It’s missing Try and get some support to help you with that I would 100% not recommend this and do yourself a favour and keep clear

Slick interface, slippery business tactics
Another bank masquerading as a “ freedom in finance” crypto provider and exchange. Swissborg does not fulfil the promise of decentralised finance by any means. High fees, restrictive withdrawals where they block your money without justification or explanation, and played with tactical outages. Don’t even think of transferring any of your gains to self custody, because they will instantly label you a high risk customer and block your account.

Diese App ist perfekt für Einsteiger und die apys haben wollen, leider nur4* weil Bezahlung mit Karte kostet was, und der Link den man bekommt funktioniert nicht, ich habe ein Code bekommen und habe investiert und bekomme nicht das premiumticket.
Intrusive
Opened a SwissBorg account to use crypto to buy into my new cfd platform, they froze my account, then wasted a whole day asking me about the why, the where, with who, what, how much I was going to invest, photos, passport, and questions that started to get just a bit too intrusive for my liking. Whilst I accept security is a good thing, they lacked the foresight that profits from the cfd would ultimately be routed back to themselves.

The support team is unresponsive and dismissive, acting like they’re above us users. This is unacceptable for a project I trusted. I was enrolled ind an ETH yield program that froze my money for 2 years. This last year I was told the exchange was frozen and because it was external, my money was unavailable. This year I watched the yield disappear and the value on the account drop by 2/3. Scammers. Now I am struggling to transfer my money back to my Canadian account and that seems to be impossible

They locked my account without letting me know anything. They force me to prove my identity which was already done. There is no help link on their website or app. Basically if I don’t I can’t reach my funds. This is not professional at all.
Great concept and app
Swissborg is coming up with great innovative concepts in order to motivate and empower the users of the platform and token. In regards to the app itself, I have one feature request: currently there are charts of both the overall balance and the balance of each currency. However, it would be useful to have a better idea of how the value is developing, when one invests regularly, if a chart of the profit rather than the balance was available. Both in absolute value and percentage of invested fiat currency, and both global and per invested currency.

J’aime énormément cette plateforme. Il n’y a que des bon point sauf! Sauf pour les frais de retrait qui sont super cher et les rendements qui sont pas ouf… Le service est super car ils répondent vraiment vite. L’interface est magnifique et la prise en main extrêmement simple est amusante à utiliser.
Français fuyez vous êtes suspect
Déjà plus de 48 h pour essayer de retirer un tout petit montant en jeton pour sois disant un contrôle de routine.
Frais
Attention SwissBorg vous impose des frais cachés. Manque de transparence. Impossible d’avoir une réponse claire quand aux réels % de frais.

It’s really a good platform. It’s instant . But sometimes the fee’s are abit high. Very secure no problems. Keep up to date with my portfolio no complaints about this app.
Not to be trusted
Swissborg trading platform is a total Ponzi scheme avoid it at all cost. They will scam you. You can check the negative reviews at trustpilot reviews website. Many of their past customers have been scammed by these crooks. I have to close my account when l realised they were about to scam me. Be warned!

When I succeeded in emailing customer service, the response was immediate and satisfactory. But searching for the email on the SwissBorg website was unsuccessful. A time consuming Google search eventually revealed it. Readily accessible customer service is essential for me.

After 3 weeks of investing tried put another 5k but the app never let me deposit the money and suddenly got a message your account getting deactivated so take all your fund out within 10days and the not even giving reason so amateur!! But am happy got a different crypto app and invested in that a big amount so carry on scamming people 🤬👎🏼
