I feel this app isn't as seamless as they claim. Unfounded verification request and holding funds. I wish if Bridge was slightly more transparent and easy to reach on customer service!

App utile et qui marche, mais quelle interface horrible d'un autre monde. Tout est complexe, mal pensé, les mots mal choisis, c'est lent, textes trop petits, etc... Dommage d'avoir une si mauvaise expérience utilisateur pour une app aussi pratique.

L’idée d’adosser un rib à une crypto est surper, mais avant d’en arriver il faut se farcir l’app. Et la c’est moins bien.. pas intuitive du tout, discordance d’information entre l’app et l’interface web, l’utilisation n’est pas intuitive, paramètres pas directement accessible, 2 icônes identiques ou presque (différence de couleur seulement) sur la page d’accueil pour faire des choses complètement différente.. bref l’interface peut largement gagner en facilité d’utilisation, en simplicité

Stable, Trusted & Convenient
Have been using Bridge app for over a year. Have recommended it to many friends who now use it as well. User interface could be improved a little for simplicity for novice users, but other than that have had no issues. Crypto > Fiat exchange is consistently smooth (2 business days settlement). Also comforting that they’re physically present and regulated in Switzerland unlike many others we’ve dealt with.
This is a scam!
If I can give this piece of crap company a zero, I would. They don’t even deserve a star. I transferred 1k to my account and when I checked my account a few days later to do a transfer, my account was 0.00. I sent messages a few times to inquire and to ask for a transaction history or a statement, but no response. When I check the portal for transactions, nothing was coming up. They were responding to me very promptly when I was setting up my account and now they don’t even respond to me. Do not do business with them. They are a joke!

Die App bietet scheinbar endlose Möglichkeiten, von Blockchain und Kryptos. Swapen von einer Blockchain zu nächsten Funktioniert Einwandfrei, wenngleich diese Abläufe für meinen Geschmack recht kompliziert sind für den Anwender. Kryptokauf innerhalb der Schweiz bequem (und zu fairen Konditionen) direkt vom Bankkonto möglich. Herausragender Kundensupport.

Utilisé principalement pour les 500€ de frais de transaction gratuit mais l’iban change sans arrêt et pour l’achat de MPS c’est un peu la croix et la bannière. Bref ça demande à être un oeu plus smart.
Good idea, strong basis but still big room for improvment
Guys as I said you privately, you delivered a good app. The fees are really low for share holders of the MPS token and this is a plus. This wallet offer all features expected for a custodial wallet. There are still some points to address: 1) the Look & Fell, it’s too poor and technical. Please work with good UIX designer in your staff and re-design it overall, you can benchmark with C98 wallet! 2) the wallet Connection is not persistent so for example there is no way the manage all remote connections in order to use them in different days or just disconnect. The current version has a really bad experience since when you set, for instance, a security inactivity time out of few minutes, you cannot either complete a transaction from the app as you lost everything altough the wallet remains linked in the website. 3) there is no feature to download the Statement of the wallet, that can be expected for tax purposes, at least work on it for Swiss people! 4) too many tokens do not show the price value and this is valid for all chains BSC, ERC… So for instance the SHIB token on BSC is always zero value. So wird! 5) how to grow without a referall strategy? So please start to add bonus tokens or returns for your shareholders to refer and invite new contacts to buy the token 6) how to increase the market cap without a stake opportunity? Come on, almost all tokens can be staked to enjoy some returns in value and increase the adoption and curiosity outside. See the CHSB SwissBorg as benchmark on this Last but not least, please promote your token, promote and add value to your continous efforts. You must be listed on famous exchange. On this I would suggest to join the cronos chain and consider to move the token on their chain in order to raise up capital funds and step up the global Rank. English is not my Language, but I Hope this si clear enough for you to address and take care of my suggestions. As I am your big fan since the inception so my expectations are high as I know you can face them! Do you, contact me for details or clarifications

Funds stolen
All my funds were stolen from my wallet .It is a mystery as I am the only one who has the phrases and my phone.I did not visit any sites or pay anyone on any site.I am told by support that there is nothing they can do .They have no idea of whose wallet the money went to. It was done overnight while sleeping.

Something’s up with this
Not only can’t I use the main feature of this (buying and selling crypto) but you can’t even hook it up to a mining account. I have tried tirelessly with support to no end. All in all, I will have to find a better wallet that can do it’s job.
Really easy to use
Been using it for a day, without any personal mad verification (without providing ID but just general info). Have been using the app without getting any problems at all. Can purchase BTC using my card, and literally got no problems. The only problems I do have is the fees for card transactions (could be better) and making sending with bank accounts less-confusing… like maybe add a direct link with UK banks or individual country banks like NatWest/Santander/etc. Also trying to send money directly not to your main wallet but external wallet requires you to verify it by sending crypto which is a bit of a hassle. Apart from that, great app, thanks! Definitely would recommend if verifying yourself has problems.

Misleading/NA to US
Misleading that the developer does not disclose at any time that it is not useable in the U.S. in the App Store. I was going to recommend this wallet to friends and family, they live in other countries. If the developer is going to trick people into downloading it only to tell them later, during verification, that you can’t use it then they can’t be trusted. I think I’ll just use the native wallet the Swiss bank I use just developed instead.
Huge potential
Mt Pelerin is the best entry/exit between retail banking and blockchain infrastructures. I hope they will provide access to domestic UK accounts and provide Credit/Debit Card service.

Update -3 stars: Recent changes in their terms lead to anonymity no longer being a thing. It is KYC now. You have to give them your bank account info. This is NOT the way. I will use other P to P Bitcoin-only services from now on. Bye bye. As for normies: The UI design needs a lot more love. The app is called …”in the UK” in the Swiss apple store. Very weird.

Now I'm accused of lying
Bridge developer responds to my reveiw blaming me saying I provided them with the incorrect information regaridng the sellimng of XDAI to GBP. This is an outright false. I provided them with what was asked for which was a local GBP account number and sort code which is correct. They also asked for an IBAN. The form said, "Don't have IBAN ?" and then asked for a BIC code. Which I also provided them with. Where does this mysterious IBAN number come from ? As I did not enter one. And now they want to charge for the return of the funds. Which by the way, I still don't have.

Wow finally an app where i can sell almost any crypto for real money! Us dollars! Rather than jst having the option to swap and pay 200 in gas fees! I can withdraw cryptos straight to my bank account, including from polygon network!!

Connection to Honeyswap not working
1st glance, the initial page is clumsy not professional you should really work on the appearance. When using Face ID should automatically login. When using HoneySwap it does not connect to wallet on the Gnosis chain. I had to go to ImToken to connect HoneySwap to my ImToken wallet to buy MPS. Come on guys this should be flawless. I know you can do better. Why using Wise it cannot transfer to your Newchatel bank? Wise says transfers cannot yet be process to your bank. I don't understand why therefore Wise works perfectly with SwissBorg app. I think you are in the same country. IBAN for Wise should be fixed pronto. Aller poussez vous le derrière les gars, je vous encourage, vous êtes capable... aller hop cascade.
