Liberals always complaining
It’s a great app and it’s very convenient. I use it every day.. I can’t believe anyone but probably someone else so smart would give it less than a five star review. You can order a meal or any food and have it delivered in minutes. You can pre-order food and have it ready in a moment.. I’ve been using the abs since 2017 I never had one problem.
Can't login anymore
Since the latest update, I can't login on my account anymore.
Slow and buggy
The app is very very slow and the Lifestyle Collective doesn’t work at all. Tried several times to get tickets to Lacma and encountered numerous errors despite being a member. Frustrating and couldn’t book.
Unable to Sign In
I was putting all the info in. First name, birthday, phone number and etc. Until the email, i typed the email and press confirmed. It told me to remove symbols such as the “@“ symbol. The “@“ was the only symbol I had on the page, no symbols in my name. Just the email. How am I supposed to sign in?
Best app ever
I love it
Errors Everywhere
This app would be wonderful except it doesn’t work. Enter your name and it will give you an error saying “remove special characters from name field” There are no special characters Mr. erwhon app.
Notifications Popup
An enable notifications pop-up appears every time you open the app. No matter how many times you deny notifications, it’s still there. Why??
App usability
Poor
Bakersfield, CA
Please build one in Bakersfield we won’t disappoint
glitchy
title suggests common experience with the app. Erewhon has been slightly declining
Update to my previous review
Yes the app has come a long way. However why does searching for an item only show the first 50 results? Unless you know the specific names of items the app is pointless at adequately returning results.
Not customizable
Idk why you can't request certain fruits or veggies be removed from a smoothie if you can change every other thing. Also there should be a "no honey" option-- I'm trying to hack the menu and have started over like 4 times and am about to give up. Also the app crashed twice.
Great
Great place but we need more all over the world
buggy and annoying
it won’t let me delete items from cart (they just reappear). and the app has no notification tuning. so you have to accept annoying 10% discount notifications or turn off all notifications (thus making orders more difficult)
Needs improvements
Everything takes too long to load, images of items glitch often and the app is kinda hard to navigate. You can’t really find some stuff in categories and you have to manually search for the brand, which i don’t like to do because i like seeing other options of the same thing from other brands. Just please make it smoother to work with.
Erewhon App
App is okay, the order actually for when it’s ready isn’t really accurate and I’ve placed a order through the app for pickup and I was charged a different price outside the app.
Works :)
Yay
Horrible
I can’t even scroll on this app without it closing and shutting down on me. Fix this please
Eh..could be better
This app crashes frequently and does not give accurate information regarding products and location.
The best, the best, the best. ❤️💚💙
Love Erewhon!
Terrible app
If you share an account with a partner this app will constantly log you out. To log back in they send a code to the phone of whoever is the primary. They haven’t fixed the issue for two years. Such a pain.
App is confusing
App is confusing
Erewhon is him…
The best!
Scam
You pay monthly but they try to bill you for an entire year even when you cancel. It’s slower to check out as a member. Not worth it. Also i thought it was 10% off but its 10% towards mystery account money that i have no idea how to use.
✨
Love Love Love.
Unable to place orders
I’ve had this app for a few years and just within the past three months they release an update which blocks almost every single online order unless you tip heavily. That’s the information I got from the Venice location. So apparently now you cannot even place an online order and they tell you they don’t know what to do when you email them. They say sorry that screenshot doesn’t help we can’t help you just come into the store and purchase instead of having a delivery. Well, thanks a lot.
Top Gun of grocery
3 trips is all it takes and you’ll become a club member. Water Coffee Bread Sweets The best things in life are here.
Can’t order anymore
Suddey stopped working a couple of months ago - express re-order. I’ve been using it for months and then one day it just didn’t work try deleting reinstalling re-logging in everything still nothing.
Oh amazing
My favorite go to in Los Angeles amazing experience the best organic and health selection in a grocery presentation. It is truly amazing and LA icon.
