Very poor Customer service
Since August 26th, I have been calling repeatedly. I was on hold for 6 minutes each time, but the call kept disconnecting without any reason. I still have not received the promised bonus, and I have lost a lot of balance due to these calls. The customer service has been very poor. I will also be including this entire experience in my feedback to you, so you will see all the details I’ve mentioned here in my formal complaint as well.

Horrible customer support , been using the app for 2 years Amazon Uk Giftcards glitch are still not fixed I was wrongly charged 2000 dirham and forced to pay it

Dont trust their kiosk machine!
I paid for my mobile bill in their kiosk machine and its not reflecting at all! I paid a huge amount in the machine and their WhatsApp customer service also doesn’t respond!

It is giving error invalid code when entering OTP received by sms i tried more then 10 times but still I can’t use the app totally disappointed Developer please fix this issue

I have recently added some amount in the nt payment app wallet, and tried to recharge my two indian numbers, which was failed Also i tried recharging uae number again it showed some error. Now after getting an update to the app when i checked its showing my amount has reduced!!! I cant believe they took money for which i dint get any service! This app is lacking development! Their chat support never works, their app crashes often, their payment structure is unpredictable! And if anyone planning to keep money in their app wallet, be ready to loose it for no return service! #Refund my money and give support

App did not have the advertisement shown on the social media page. Furthermore, the live chat in the app does not work. Selection range in the app for services is very poor.
