I Try with 3 different phones didn’t work. Contact the manufacturer ,I sent 3 videos they never responded back … bad experience and Business with them

Love this app but have some suggestions
I love this app and with my LED sign you can have (almost) infinite possibilities! And works really well on an iPad with an Pencil 😃. I have 2 suggestions to make the sign even better • #1 is having more colors like orange or purple because that will look really good in Halloween signs and also more possibilities. I feel like the hardware is in the sign • #2 is having Live Activities sync to the sign like a countdown timer that you can customize or the score of a game. Overall I love this app and sign, 5 stars from me 😎
Easy to use but lacking basic text operability
1. There is no comma (punctuation mark) to use in the text. 2. There is a character limit for each text message, but it doesn’t tell me what it is. 3. You can only have one line of text in the badge at a time. I would like to include several sentences. 4. I can’t reach the developer’s website, so I hope they read the comments and help me out! Thank you.
Music is broken
This app is great, it lets me do more than I thought it could. I can upload my own photos and gifs, as well as edit them and make my own graphics and animations. The one thing I'm bummed about is that the music doesn't work. The only song that plays is the pre-programmed jingle bells song, the rest of my library is either silent, or makes a long buzzing noise. Either way, music won't play so I can't sync it up to the graphics.
Needs Work
App rarely ever updates. No way to share animations to download. My biggest dislike is that it displays the loading percent on the led bar when you load an image or graffiti.

Auto-Rotate Presets – Let multiple saved messages scroll on a loop every few minutes without manual switching. 3. Custom Profiles – Save full message sets for quick swaps (e.g., “Airport,” “Weekend,” “Errands”). 4. Smarter Static Layout Tools – Ability to visually anchor phrases together or preview how chunks will break across static display screens. 5. My bluethooth can’t even find your device. Your instructions don’t say to push any buttons on the LED display so I can connect to it through the app. I would rather throw it away before I give it to someone else. There is no way to connect at all especially when there is no button on your device to have the Bluetooth to pick it up

The app is good. Definitely needs an update with more pre-programmed quick signs. Otherwise printing, your own messages is great.
Crashes in iPad
I really like this sign and app, but one thing I hope they fix is the sharing feature on iPad. I like to make my designs on iPad but then control the sign with my phone. But whenever I try to share the design from my iPad, the app crashes. If that feature can be fixed, then I’ll happy raise my rating!
Good could be better
App has a lot of built in pics and gifs which is cool. What would be AMAZING is if they allowed us to share our creations. I use this at work and would love to send my creations to a college for when I’m out they can update the ticker. Food for thought

Bought a sign a couple years ago for my restaurant. Very durable even in Texas heat. The software is simple and the author has fixed a lot of bugs! Works great on my iPhone 16 Pro Max!!💪💪

Can you guys allow us to explore other custom created presets made by other people? Or are we stuck with the one on the app? I think that will make this an amazing experience to see what other people create
Cool but very Basic
You’d figure at the bare minimum you’d be able to change the font size. Nope. So rather than making it a bit smaller to fit on the screen it flips to the other page to show it and back again. Hopefully they add the ability to adjust font size, add a second row, etc. Unfortunately because the app is so basic I cannot use the screen for my intended purposes and it will be returned.
Clock function is non existent
I wish the app actually looked like the photos In the App Store. I can’t find the clock function anywhere or the discover tab.

Where are the updates and animations?
If you’re buying this too, have a customizable sign then you better enjoy ultra, tedious, monotonous, and frustrating tasks. After suffering through an entire screen of flipping pixels to a custom image, it is very easy to accidentally click off of the app and instantly wiped all of your progress. Very disappointing so I tend to stick to the premade animations. There’s a caveat to that also, little to no updates at all within the whole year of 2024. The animations that are preloaded on the app are the same ones that have been there since the beginning several years ago, and not even the broken English has been corrected on some of the preloaded slides. I would write this a five out of five if it was actually updated like they say they are going to at the end of every comment. Seriously if you’re reading my comment right now, then look back at all of the previous comments and look at the developers response, and almost every response. The developer claims they are working on those very updates that they need to update their app. I call Fuy because I have emailed the app developer several times and I’m not just being a crazy white lady about it. I had to email a server in China several times and never got any response. At least some of the other people leaving reviews got responses, but I’m afraid this app may be dead. Remember, Epstein didn’t kill himself
Lacking some features but works
Would be nice if it didnt pause music when you open the app. Would also be nice if it didnt automatically display the last message. A setting to toggle this behavior would be good.
I just love it can’t wait to what’s new
Well been using for months and just love it so many people just say it cool but I have a few ideas for this wonderful app. 1. Would love a section on top showing what is being projected on screen for Quick display on what’s being shown . 2. A section we’re all my favorite screens can be that I like to use one one box for quick picks that I like. 3. Auto switching we’re I can pick a few to be swap out buy them self on what I pick 4. Have projections all in there own section like Christmas, holloween, eyes not all scrambled around and etc. 5. Well more ideas to come like I say love this app and screen will be buying more add to my collection Thanks you

For a sign displayed in a car, it would be nice to make the app Apple CarPlay compatible.
The app is buggy
The application consistently removes the text I have generated, and all prearranged collections of themed symbols and signs have vanished. I was compelled to uninstall and reinstall the application. This issue has recurred three times. Can you identify the root cause of this problem? An observation I have made is that when I attempt to select a text, the interface becomes unresponsive for a brief period, resulting in the sudden disappearance of all my creations and your prepackaged signs.

Excellent Product
This sign has been great. One thing that would be a really nice add would be the ability to schedule a graphic. I understand this would require some changes to the firmware but adding that feature would solve problem I have with needing to change the sign at times when I won’t be physically present.
Why wouldn’t you want to use this product?
Because the product is slow when you need to display something, it has very bad resolution, barely enough features. Also, if you’re looking at programming it? Forget it. If your phone or iPad falls asleep while you’re doing something else before saving, it will wipe everything you worked on. I programmed an entire sequence from scratch, went to the bathroom, and when I came back my phone was sleeping and when I turned it on, I was wiped. I cannot believe how incompetent this app is and how no one has fixed these bugs. I don’t believe an update will come anytime soon. So BEWARE. Here are some other bugs I would like to call out: The app takes so long to use, deletes things randomly, undo button deletes tons of things that shouldn’t have been undone, redo button doesn’t work at all, app constantly crashes and no one can figure out why. Really, whoever makes these products needs to sort themselves out. But in the meantime, just find something else that works better than this.

Good but needs improvement
I like what it allows me to do especially customizing and creating my own designs. I do have issues with saving designs while creating it. For some reason as I step out of editing the animation frames, it doesn't save the work I just completed. Please fix this

Very small strip
I received my light strip after seeing a video of it on someone’s windshield as 2 giant eyes all the way across the front of the vehicle. When I opened the package the strip is only 18 inch’s and wouldn’t even go half way across my car’s windshield. Very disappointing and I don’t see anything saying you can link 2 strips together so this looks like a waste of money.

Diverse Softwareabstürze
Soweit ist die App ganz okay. Leider gibt es je nach Endgerät unterschiedliche Probleme. Beim iPhone kann man fertige Graffitis nicht mehr editieren. Software stürzt sofort ab, wenn man auf den Button zum editieren drückt. Beim iPad lassen sich die Dateien nicht teilen. Auch hier, wenn man den Button drückt, Software Absturz. Außerdem wird beim zeichnen gerne mal eine Linie durchs Bild gezogen, bei einer bestimmten Hand- oder Fingerbewegung. Zum Glück lässt sich das mit der „Back“-Taste schnell wieder rückgängig machen. Wenn dieser Fehler behoben wären, gäbe es auch mehr Sterne.

What happened to the single eyes? There are only 6 options now. There used to be about 10 choices.

Overall it is a great app I would like to suggest a few features I would like to see, so it is possible to take advantage of the device’s full capabilities. 1. Any RGB color when making graffiti/text/animations 2. Tuya smart support, if possible 3. Fix the drm music 4. Allow sharing of graffiti/text/animations 5.Allow storage of multiple graffiti/text presets on the device itself

It disconnects from Bluetooth every time I leave the screen to use a different app. I have to reconnect it to Bluetooth every single time which is distracting while I’m driving. I wish it would just stay connected. Please fix.
