Bluetooth
Not sure if it’s the device or the app, but it won’t detect the Bluetooth for my controller on ambient car lighting. Bummer lol, at times it shows, other times it doesn’t.
Iffy
Lights worked great first day .. second day not so much … found a fix and now trying to disconnect power and reconnect so the lights work it won’t communicate with the app at all … please fix your app .. its horrible
Good quality
The LED light strips I got for my room work perfectly fine and have for 3 years at this point, my real concern is the app. It used to work but now when I try to sync my lights to my music it doesn’t play any of my music through the app and the lights don’t change colors, I’m looking for a fix as we speak!
Crashes
Used to work just fine. Then all the sudden started having issues and now it crashes every time I try opening the app.
Very buggy
I got these led star lights and needed to download this app because the remote that came with them didn’t work, occasionally it glitches out and the screen gets stuck, or won’t let me change the color or brightness, or the worst one, won’t let me turn the lights off! So I have to unplug the lights every time and the switch is hard to reach, I know the switch situation is like whatever because most people WONT have that problem it’s just very inconvenient. Overall I would recommend if the lights require you to get the app and it’s still fun when it works

Hi guys...this app is working great for lights I installed in my car, the only thing missing that would be amazing would be if you could make the app compatible with apple carplay. Is that possible?!
Par lights - typical FOREIGN issue. Infinite idiot loop.
Instructions are so unclear even for an engineer. App does not show devices on Home Screen. App does not control any of the devices. I BET THIS COULD BE NICE —- if it works but it doesn’t. CANNOT create/reg an account from within the app. It asks you for a verification code without being able to send you one. Infinite idiotic loop. App support sends you to a link that does not exist but links you to several other nonsensical non English pages that make zero sense when you translate to English without being able to find help for the light app and for creating an account. It has 2k downloads because I downloaded it 2000 times. Frustrating.

This app is good about changing the colors and yeah. But my remote keeps glitching and keep doing different colors! fix the led please!
Light is great—app not so much.
Love the poolexa pool lamp and the controller, but the app needs work—the on off timer is confusing to set up and I can not get it to work no matter how much I try. Please make it better! Rebuild it with Claude Code!!
Good but needs improvement
Got underglow for my motorcycle, the app automatically syncs to the system and it’s got some neat features, it needs some updating, bug fixes, and maybe some more features. Other than that it’s just a budget app for budget LED’s
Add CarPlay functionality

I have the Heart Horse Car Exterior LED Strip Lights, 71 inches Multicolor Flexible Dynamic Hood Light Strip, it works very good with this app. I have request, can you add a “Knight Rider” mode to the app? If you’re don’t know what knight Rider is, just search online and watch the introduction to the tv show. You will see the knight Rider lights on the car 😊
Upgraded phone
Upgrade my phone from iPhone 16 to the 17 and now I cannot get the Bluetooth to pick up the lights through the app and the lights are on the same color as I left them. Any ideas on how to get them to go into pairing mode.

The app may need an update, some colours are not appearing when they are selected. (Red, yellow, purple) can we get a app update please

Thank you for updating so quick to liquid glass with the navigation bottom bar because not even a big app like WhatsApp hasn’t even added it yet so props to the developers!

App is guaranteed to crash. Once you close the app you have to delete and redownload it just to launch again PLEASE FIX THIS

I unplugged my led lights. Wouldn’t work for a while. Then I plugged them back in then I tried again like a month later, Starting working. Relief
Bad to worse
App has so much potential. SO MANY of us in the Car community rely on this app for the wow factors that are advertised like music and voice. But they simply just do no work whatsoever, unlike some I’ve never gotten them to work. But other than that i mean it does whatever works
Microphone required
Very nice app but doesn’t have the option to use a microphone. I need this so that I can plug in an external input to the microphone. All the other apps have a microphone except this one.

Very scammy
I got a new device that is pretty cool that has led lights on the sides of it, and had good reviews. This app however has two stars, and seems not to be trusted. It asks for your location at all times, and requires you to delete and reinstall the app if you want to use it. They also have some grammar issues. I saw a Chinese symbol when trying to register, it says “regist” by the way. The send verification code did not work. Long story short I think this may not to be trusted. If you figure out how to use this, I wouldn’t recommend sharing your location.
Make a block list
Make a block list instead of favourite slots because I only don’t like a few and I like to keep it on auto mode for my DMX light strip

Updated the app and now it won’t connect to my rgb headlights which have been working flawlessly for the last 3 months.

The App is working with my car LED strip. It is good that change the individual RGB-LED-DMX lights separately. However the app settings are very tricky. The colours you choose in the App does not truly reflect to the colours in reality. An improvement would make this App a really good app

Used this app for symphony ambient lighting in my car, works flawlessly. Very impressed.

I read alot of poor reviews but they must of updated the app because I’ve had no issues connecting to the lights and the app has worked great for me
Won’t work right
So I got some LEDs and they worked great at first, but now they won’t turn a solid color and they only do patterns. I’ve tried like every button in the app and I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice now and it isn’t working still. Also what do the K1, K2, K3 buttons do? Idk how to fix them.

Terrible App
Does not even deserve one star! The app does not work. Will not connect to my rock lights on my truck so I have no way of turning them on. There is no way to reach out to the developer. This app never gets updated. TRASH! Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Works well enough with my light
This app can be used with a variety of third-party lighting products. How well it works will depend to a large extent on your actual LED light. It is something like “Smart Life” but only uses Bluetooth connectivity- and is nowhere near as good as a Wi-Fi app. This app will be more compatible with some lights than others- but don’t blame the app for failings in the light!
Needs an update.
Pretty bad for the car. You customise the colours but it doesn’t work. The controller crashes if you look at different modes meaning I have to disconnect my battery pretty long as it’s in the boot under a lid with 12 bolts. Ok for just one colour but as I said don’t try look other modes as it’s just crashes. Don’t try customise the light sequence as it don’t work it just does its own thing.

Brought a starlight kit and says use this app but the app doesn’t have a meteor or Twinkle function. Please reply

so randomly my lights disconnected, and when I tried to connect them, I can’t find the thing when I scan the barcode and now I’m just stuck with purple lights

The static query 8bit bug is now fixed. Thanks a lot. However the timer settings are lost on a app update, this is a little annoying, I wonder if the timer settings could be remembered between app updates
CarPlay
I like the app. I Can’t really use it as I have to bring out my phone all the time. but if the developer can make this app Apple CarPlay compatible it will be 100% the best

Doesn’t work and connects once and then doesn’t open. Reloaded reinstalled 5 x no luck.
Music
I connected straight away, very easily. But is there anyway to connect your music to your Spotify or Apple Music because that would be better for music.
Update only work g with 1 light.
The latest update has made it where my app only finds 1 light instead of the 2 that I have. Kinda pointless when you have them as halo lights for your car. Will up the stars once fixed.

My remote will not work; we’ve tried new batteries, I’ve reserched it, and I “commented “ on the app. The app works, but it would be nice if the remote would work since I spent money on the LEDs and remote not the app. Anyone else with remote problems? Does anyone agree with the second section??
