There is nothing wrong with the app, it let me control my LED lights even if I were in a different country, it gives you more options that your regular remote wouldn’t provide and it’s free

Why does it need my Gmail password??
Why is it when I went to open the app I put my Gmail in but then it asked for my password?? Why is that? It should only ask for my Gmail because they ask for your password I wouldn’t personally use the app jsut in case this app is a scam
Good but bloated.
What I mean by “bloated” is that it had a lot of unnecessary features that really harm the experience. I use my LEDs a lot, mostly for turning on and off. However I am constantly getting annoyed and frustrated by ads and having to LOG in just to use it. I get selling cheap LEDs isn’t super profitable, but forcing a video ad just to turn on my LEDs is super annoying. Also logging in, why? I don’t get having to sign up just to control my LEDs. It’s weird honestly. If the video ads and forced sign-up were removed, this could be a really solid LED-controlling app. Sucks that it is brought down by unnecessary decisions.

The app works; however, after all the annoying adds that one gets exposed to. This is the reason why I only have one of these lamps, having the need of 3 more lamps.

Why am i watching ads to turn off my lights. I bought a product/ products already just to go to your app and see ads before I can turn off my lights. Like I want to go to bed not watch an ad. Also you cannot un-add a device even if it’s a device you do not currently own. I accidentally added strip lights and now theres no way to delete it as a device. Why? Just add a remove device option- or maybe i just missed it; but genuinely I cannot find it and if its there its too hard to find. Otherwise the app works well- turns the lights on and off just fine. Has fun settings and stuff.

Definitely Chinese spyware, considering that the LED device has a microphone in it that cannot be turned off. The app itself is okay enough, though the ads can be a bit much a lot of the time.

I don’t know what the other people are talking about the ads take less then 10 seconds and i use it a lot the Colors are calibrated and stuff and the app works perfectly I especially love it cause I made my friend think her LEDs are haunted by connecting to them and changing the Colors. I love the app allot also cause my receiver for my LEDs is at a bad angle making it hard to change Colors with the remote while with the app makes it really easy. You need to download the app if you want to change your LEDs easy.
It stopped working randomly
I wa gaming then I looked up to see that the led stopped showing color I tried to unplug it an replug it but it still didn't show

I just wanted to take a moment of my time to give you an honest and trustworthy review of this app. Keepsmile works great and can usually auto connect to your devices, and is a great way to control your lighting displays and sound features. But to be honest, this page looks very sketchy and this is to the brand and app itself. KeepSmile is a great app, but getting people to try it is another challenge within itself. The low reviews because of advertisements and the login issues hurt your brand. But what really hurts your brand… is the foreign languages states on all pictures and the app Installation main face. I believe if you took out the foreign clashing text, your brand itself would see a jump in downloads and sales. Good luck, and so far for me this is a good app. But if I get hacked, if the login gets messed up, if this is a scam. I will be contacting apple headquarters, which I work for… and I will assure you this app will be disabled and shutdown, and I will give you the lowest review and reign terror on the customer service line.

This is a must if you lost your remote it is a little hard to set up but other than that I love how you can make custom colors with this app I totally recommend

Tbh why would I need to create an account for a light switch? And when I do forget my password it has a timer for a code to rest it, which is taking forever to get in my email. So if you forget your password. You can’t use your LED light no more. 1 star.

Fade not working in app or on remote
My remote won’t work with fade function but works for solid colors and I just got these lights. Thought that the app would help and can’t even set to fade.

Always Disconnects Device
Every time I go to turn my lights off before I go to sleep and it’s incredibly inconvenient. Like clockwork, 10pm and later I have to get out of my bed to unplug the device and plug it back in every single night. I tried downloading the app again and forgetting the device it doesn’t matter.
Scene feature does not work for me. Any feedback on how to solve it?
Title says it all. The scene features for my led strip light doesn’t work all the other features do so its pretty strange is just that one that doesn’t. Other than that app does its function and I don’t mind the pop up ads to keep it free
Functional app but desperately needs an update
The app works as intended and allows you to control your device remotely! However, the interface of the app is horrible- it doesn't look like it's been updated since they released it. Not sure if this is my device or the app, but some of the colors do not match the color of the light which makes it difficult adjust. Also, in order to control your light, you need to watch an ad of some sort. If they made it so that I was able to access my device while an ad was playing, I would not be complaining. The fact that I have to watch an ad so that I can turn on my light is absurd.

The app works as it’s intended to but if I have 2 different sets of led lights I can only use one and the set up time is long so it takes forever to turn on or off the led lights overall it not the worst but there are better apps for led light remotes

Im trying to set the timer and for some reason its not turning off at the time I put, or turning on. If Im doing something wrong please tell me because I don't know what to do. OK NVM IT WORKS I LOVE IT!! But just one thing to change is the sticky stuff because it stuck to the paper that you peel off and so i had to use tape

Every time you open the app when you need to turn on or turn off the light, it makes you see an ad for 5-7 seconds, UNBELIEVABLE! Never buying their product EVER again

The app itself is amazing, but for people reading—be careful because there are some pop up adds that are saying your device has been hacked—it probably scams you or really does give your device a virus, so be cautious when you first open the app.

The app has worked fine for me for like two years but out of nowhere my LED lights just didn’t want to change color for the remote nor the app so I tried everything to fix them and it’s still not working

It’s good but after a while it wouldn’t let me connect to my Bluetooth and still won’t work I’ve tried everything plus resetting my phone and nothing worked I lost my remote so now it’s stuck on one color

It’s okay
I’ve had no ads, no issues with customizing but you should be able to keep a palate for the people who make a colour and forget it hah. The sticky part comes off easily in the LED lights but I used tape.

Mid grade lights app has malware
The lights are okay but I’ve had better ones with more color options and variety. These ones struggle to connect to the app so I have to unplug and plug back in Everytime. The app has malware ads and if it wasn’t for my remote literally not working I wouldn’t keep it on my phone 🤷🏻♀️

It’s not even bad and idk why people are saying it takes a minute to skip an ad! It takes 5-10 seconds it doesn’t glitch and it connects really easy. I saw one review that was 5 stars and that is the only real one.Its amazing go argue with a wall of u think not sorry! ✌️

Hello, I encountered a problem with my LED lights (light strip) here is the problem. When I select a scene for example: colored jump, it does not start I tried with all the scenes and I encounter the same problem every time on the controller or on my iPhone. It just happened today when I installed them yesterday.

Why are there’s so many ads
There shouldn’t be ads just to turn a light on and off. Mine didn’t even come with a remote so I had to get the app and it’s super annoying when there’s pop up ads everywhere when I’m just trying to turn on my lights
I don’t know what they are complaining about
I got the app for a while (3 months) and still got no lag, no ad, no anything! If they could add a Color pallet where you insert the colors digit, that would be perfect!
The colours don’t work
On my strip lights, the blue colour does NOT work and it is my favourite colour. I also want my lights to turn pink but they can’t!!! I can’t even put white!

The app is great but the colour wheel doesn’t function properly, there is no red and the light colour doesn’t match the colour wheel, also my light flashing function has completely stopped working and that was a bummer. Also we should be able to choose six custom colours like on the remote. please at least fix those bugs so the app is the best that it can be.
